As night fell and the night was calm a small shop opened it's door's and a sign hung that read OPEN. It was a slave auction and there where quite a few to choose from this time but as the auctioneer waited for his customes he had a young boy named Micha setting everthing up.

Sayuri sighed as she looked out the window of the carriage. She was going to a slave auction and she hated them because they would get whipped. They arrived and her father, the king, stepped out of the carriage and she followed suit.

As the small room began to fill the auctioneer looked at micha and nodded as he went to shut the door. As micha finished setting thing
s up he bumped into a girl as he turned around. " I'm sorry." He told her as he held out his hand to help her up.

Sayuri took his offered hand and said "It is quite alright." She smiled and the king looked at the boy. He went to talk to the auctioneer.

As he helped her up, he let her go as she made it to her feet and said. "I have to get back to work I ask that you dont tell the auctioneer about this please.

As the king made his way to the auctioneer, he asked what can I help you with sir?

The king said "I just came to say how well that boy is working. Is he a slave?" Sayuri nodded and skipped over to her father. "Daddy, I know who I want." she said with a smile.

[Black_Moon]

As the girl went over to the auctioneer, he thought "I'm in troble now" so he made himslef scarce.

The auctioneer said. ' Yes he is very well trianed and yes he will be for sale later tonight now if you'll excuse me I have ot get sarted." And so he did.

Sayuri stuck her tongue out as the auctioneer turned his back. "Ouch." she muttered when her father flicked her ear. They went and stood with the others and Sayuri told her father who she wanted.

As the auctioneer made his way through his slave it was finally Micha's turn.

As Micha made his way up the stage, He got a few cat call's from the girls there that was no surprise to him he had always got that but he sat at the edge of the stage as the bidding began at two hundred gold pieces.

The king put in his bid of 500 gold pieces. Sayuri watched the auctioneer and then the slaves.

As the bid of 500 gold came the auctioneer said. ' Sold to the man who bid 500." he smiled he dident think he would make that much.

As Micha got up and tried to make his way over to them he was forced down by the auctioneer and was told. ' Not until I recive payment boy."

Sayuri watched and rose. She pushed him away and said "You should be nicer or they will turn against you." She lead the boy away as the king rose to pay the gold. 'Now he will whack me.' she thought. The king went to the man and said "Sorry about her." He handed him the pieces of gold.

As the king turned around Micha hugged this girl to protect her as he knew the look in this man's eye's well.

Sayuri said "I'll be fine. Lets go so I can show you around. I'll Sayuri." She lead him to the carriage. The king muttered under his breath and climbed in after his daughter and slave. He sat across from them.

Hello Sayuri.' He said in a velvet voice that would make even the hardest heart melt, As he sat next to him and said. ' Where are we going?

The king replied "To the palace." Sayuri rolled her eyes and asked Micha "So what is your name?"

[Black_Moon]

He smiled at her and said. " My name's is Micha Souen Miss Sayuri but you may call me whatever you wish." he said as a memory moved thruogh his mind of his last training session.

"Call me Sayuri." said Sayuri. The carriage stopped and they got out. The king said "Micha, stay here for a minute." He pulled his daughter with him and whacked her. "Quit acting all sweet. He is a slave." he hissed. Sayuri said "Yes father." She would have said something else but really did not want to. So she quickly returned to Micha and said "Let me show you around."

He got out and did as she asked as they made there way to the castle he took her hand and asked. 'You live hear." he aske da little shocked

Sayuri glanced at her father and muttered "Yeah we live here." She was scared of the king but would not show her fear.

He smiled at her and asked. " Do you need anything tonight.' He smiled as he said this she was very pretty he thought.

Sayuri muttered "Beside somebody to kill him not really." She stood up straight as the king looked back at them and said "No thank you Micha." Behind her back she was nervously play with her ring.

He bowed to them both and noticed that she was nervious, he asked. ' Are you alright you seem tense for some reason." He smiled at her hoping that would help.

Sayuri smiled and said "He can get to be a little angry at times and it is not a pretty sight at all. He is P.O.ed at me because I started to learn to fight." She lead him to her room.

[Black_Moon]

He looked at her and said. ' Well I can understand if it's for self defense." As they made there way to her room it was a very large room he then said. ' You have a very lovely room.

Sayuri smiled and said "This is what he sees." She went to her door and locked it and pulled Micha into her closet where a secret door was. She walked into a library. She looked at him and said "Don't let the king know of this room, please."

As she took him to what looked like a libary he nodded to her and said. ' Alright I wont." He promised her.

Sayuri hugged him and then backed away and said "Sorry."

I looked at her and asked. ' What for princess? I dident understand what she was sorry for.

"The hugging...I do that when I'm excited. Do you play an instrument?" she said as she walked over to a corner of the library.

I walked over to the piano and started to play.

Sayuri smiled and grabbed her flute and started to play with him. She knew this song pretty well.

As I let the song in I shut the piano and turned to her and said. ' Your very good Princess." I said watching her as she set the flute down.

Sayuri smiled and said "Lets go before 'daddy' decides to come in." She left and stood in her bedroom and glanced out the window. Something made her feel uneasy but she was not sure what it was besides the fact she would have to go to a University tomorrow.

Are you all right Princess? I aske as her mood seemed to drop, as we stped back into her room I took her hand and said. ' If you need to talk I can listen." I gave her a big smile

"You can listen at dinner." Sayuri said as she closed the closet door and pulled her hand away and started to tell him the rules as her father walked in. "Dinnertime." he said and left.

I'l find out at dinner." I said as we made our way to the table I dident take a seat but stood next to her if she needed anythign.

Sayuri looked at him and said "Have a seat." Her father said "So are you ready to leave for the University tomorrow." "I'm not going." she said calmly.

AS I sat down and they started to talk about a university I thought this cant be good I wonder if they argue alot.

Sayuri stayed calm and looked at the ground and chuckled a bit. The king said "You will go do you understand!" His daughter just smirked and said "No."

I looked at sayuri and asked. ' Why dont you want to go?"

Sayuri said "Because I don't want to learn to be proper." She saw some of the knights come in and jumped to her feet and went to talk to the commander.

I watched her get up and said to the King. ' Why is she set against this.??

The king said "She has wanted to be a knight." Sayuri smiled and twirled and said "Cool, at dusk." The knight commander nodded.
