Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 02:23 AM
Mmm.... A sister, maybe? Unless you'd rather have a mom or an aunt. What was I before?
Alyce_Astharose

Guendolen_Sama

Okay, I'll be that again. :)
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 02:32 AM
Okay, I`ll add you down. ^^
Hey Guen? Have you seen Sweeney Todd? The one with Johnney Depp in it?
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 02:33 AM
Not as yet, no. I want to, but haven't gotten around to doing so.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 02:38 AM
*nods*
Well, i`d recommend it.
I feel like the song Epiphaney right now...
Want a link to hear it, perhaps?
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 02:41 AM
Sure, why not? I've heard good reports. I just don't know when I'm going to get to see it. Stinking lack of income....
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 02:43 AM
If you lived near me, i`d be more then happy to let you borrow my copy.
Anyway... My mutual feeling towards the song stops at 1:30.

I`m having some strong feelings...
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 02:52 AM
I appreciate that. I'm sure I can find someone who has it, though. And what strong feeling are you possessing?
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 02:54 AM
Well, its gone, so not matter. XD
*glomps*
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 02:57 AM
Oh my. **topples over** And that was a neat song. Very intense!
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:03 AM
Most of the lyrics around the beginning, was how I felt. >.<
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:05 AM
Ah, yes. Well, if the feeling has passed, so much the better.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:11 AM
*nods*
So, are you excited about christmas?
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:37 AM
Actually, yes. Not as much as normal, perhaps, what with feeling bad about not being able to buy presents for anyone. But I'm going to make cookies, so that's something. And I'm still looking forward to it. The holiday is inherently happy. So long as my parents don't bicker until my brother and his wife arrive, that is. :P They tend to do that....
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:41 AM
Ooo... Cookies. ^.^
I hope you have a wonderous christmas!!! ^^
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:41 AM
Thank you. You too, though. :)
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:43 AM
Arigato. ^^
But, on a differant note, wouldn`t you say, that DW has become unfriendly?
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:48 AM
There's been an increase in tetchiness recently. People have gotten really, really, ultra-sensitive and touchy. I wonder if it's associated with the time of year- negativity does spike in cold weather, and being cooped up inside makes people cranky.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:50 AM
*nods*
I just have... noticed... People are more unfriendly here, then before the time I was gone.
Honestly, Once I get what I wish and such, I don`t know I`ll be coming back here.
I miss all my old Bestfriends on DW, like Helpme848... I wonder whatever happened to her...
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:52 AM
Me too. I don't remember the last time I saw her. What is it that you want, exactly? I would miss you if you were gone, I must admit.... I'm hoping this grumpiness is just a phase that'll run its course.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:53 AM
What I want, or want to do, I won`t be able to until I`m eighteen.
You know that certain someone on here...
No... I really don`t think I will be missed here.
Your pretty much the only one who doesn`t ignore me.
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 03:55 AM
Oh, yes. Why would that send you off for good, though? I'm sure other people would miss you, too. Sometimes you get surprised. I know I was, when I realized I was, well, almost-famous. Or at least better known than I guessed.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 03:58 AM
Its cause she`s the only reason I stay on here.
I`ve come to dislike DW, but, I`m not ready to leave it yet.
No, I REALLY doubt anyone will miss me...
I`ll just be a shadow on their mind.
Thats all I ever am.
There, but not really there.
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:01 AM
That's sad.... It really is.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 04:03 AM
Its the truth though.
I`ve been here since the start of DW, when everyone was "friends"...
Nevermind... Sorry you had to hear all that. *hugs*
Wait... am I still allowed to give you hugs, or would you prefer me not to?
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:04 AM
It's okay. That's what friends are for. You know, I wish I was around for those old golden days people talk about periodically. Makes me feel like an interloper sometimes, really; one of the masses who descended and ruined it for the tiny tight-knit cluster of pals.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 04:06 AM
No, I don`t think of you as one of the newer people, I see you as one of the "elders", your kind, and your willing to chat to anyone, Which is what rarly any of these people on her do.
I will admit, if I do leave, I will miss you alot.
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:09 AM
Maybe if that day comes, we can keep in touch via e-mail or something. And I'm glad I'm not an interloper. I'd hate to have plowed in and broken up something good, you know? And I'm an elder because of my age. ;) Though that does make a difference. I think that might be part of the problem- so many young people all bunched together at once is going to lead to fall-out. Much of the time, the young are prone to histrionics, misunderstandings, and all sorts of other things that will explode if there's too much all put together. If only we could find a way to draw in some more even slightly older people. Then there'd be more balance, and I think less of the drama that tends to burst out left and right these days. It would have a diffusing effect. Sure, you get dramatic adults, but teen drama is like nothing else, mark my words.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 04:12 AM
*nods*
I`m having a dramatic moment myself as we speak...
But often it can be settled if they just have a listening ear.
I don`t hate DW... Just some of the people.
Hates a strong words... dislike...
I think however, I`d want to meet you in person one day... Hehe... Silly coming from someone you barly know but... I still would.
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:16 AM
There's the problem- so many people are turned inward that they don't listen to each other. That's why I often tend to be the listening ear for everyone, it seems.... And it's like they all have contests to see who can be the most miserable and beleaguered. When you do that, you can't reach out and help someone else due to focusing so much on presenting yourself as a low and suffering soul. If only people would be more willing to listen as well as talk.... And I'd like to meet you, too. I don't think that's strange. It'd probably be fun.
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 04:18 AM
I agree... Some of the drama that goes on for no reason is absolutly silly... And would be enough to p!ss off anyone who is usually in the state of happy, or content.
Also, Well, we`ll hopefully meet sometime in the future. ^^
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:23 AM
Or rather, it goes on for petty reasons. Someone misunderstands someone else, and then instead of sorting it out reasonably, they blow up at each other and cause a huge ruckus that makes everyone really upset. Or people can't agree to disagree, but instead rant and rave in a huge fight. Or someone is in a bad mood and takes something personally when it wasn't, and it all goes downhill from there.... I seriously don't remember being like that, when I was that age. Have things changed that much? But yes, with luck sometime down the line we'll be able to meet. And take the town by storm. ;)
Alyce_Astharose
12-21-2008, 04:25 AM
Hey... Guen... I honestly want your opinion... Do I seem like the person you just mentioned and as we talked above?
I want to prove my character, and thats where I`d like to start.
Guendolen_Sama
12-21-2008, 04:39 AM
You mean like some who whines and complains to the point of being unable to help or sympathize with anyone else because they're too busy airing their own problems and trying to be the most pathetic? Or who blows up at the slightest provocation, misunderstands at the drop of a hat, or refuses to argue in a civil fashion? No, you're not. You don't do that. If anything, you're opposite. You imply things are wrong but won't ever say anything directly.
Alyce_Astharose
12-23-2008, 04:10 PM
I see, thank you Guen for being honest. ^^
Sorry I wasn`t on for the last day or two, a winterstorm passed threw, and out internet company had some difficulties.
Guendolen_Sama
12-24-2008, 04:49 AM
You're welcome! And hey, I understand. I was gone literally all day, due to various sundry things.
Alyce_Astharose
12-24-2008, 04:41 PM
*hugs Guen*
So, how are you? ^^
Alyce_Astharose
12-26-2008, 10:29 PM

Alyce_Astharose
12-26-2008, 10:39 PM
Just trying to figure out what will be my next siggy and avatar theme.
*hugs*
Guendolen_Sama
12-26-2008, 11:22 PM
Ah, I see. Need any second opinions?
Alyce_Astharose
12-27-2008, 01:25 AM
Sorry for disappearing, I went to play Eukre With my family.
And yes, second opinions would be great! ^^
Guendolen_Sama
12-27-2008, 01:28 AM
The one you have now is pretty.... And hey, I'm no one to talk. I've spent half the evening napping.
Alyce_Astharose
12-27-2008, 01:34 AM
Ah, Arigato. ^^ The song is Color me Blood Red by Malice Mizer.
Hey, Nappings a GOOD, thing. XD
Guendolen_Sama
12-27-2008, 01:36 AM
Tell me about it. Especially when you spend all day drowsy.
Alyce_Astharose
12-27-2008, 01:39 AM
*nods*
And hey, its the day after christmas, unless my schedual(sp?) is all messed up.
Guendolen_Sama
12-27-2008, 01:48 AM
Yes, indeed it is. Boxing Day, as they say in England. :)
Alyce_Astharose
12-27-2008, 02:09 AM
ROTFL. XD
The must be BIG boxing fans over there.
Guendolen_Sama
12-27-2008, 02:09 AM
It's not about boxing. The idea was that the day after Christmas was when servants and the poor were given boxes of food and other practical gifts, for service and charity. Hence, boxing day.
Alyce_Astharose
12-27-2008, 02:49 AM
Ohhh... I didn`t know that... XD
Guendolen_Sama
12-27-2008, 02:50 AM
A lot of people don't. I'm just a font of odd knowledge. ;)
