a young assassin is hired to eliminate a girl/boy (whichever you perfer)
Every time he/she tries to kill him he finds that he /she cant
The first time the girl/boy prevents it him/her self
The second time the girl/boy is simply not there cause he/she knew it was going to happen
The third time the assassin tries he/she emotionally cant
Between the third and second try they get to know each other and fall in love
The setting is a city
Time is Futuristic
The characters are both involved in wealthy powerful buinesses
okay that sounds kewl which do you want to be?

Hagime just finnished with the meeting. His father walked over to him and said "good job son keep up the good work." Hagime smiled and said "don't worry i will dad." He turned and walked out he was going to get some lunch.

Emiko watched the boy in a amused fashion.Since she was hanging from her arms on a post light she couldnt see much (and he couldnt see her) but as she saw it he was a goody goody. "Shame though he has a kinda nice smile" Emiko said that because she had to kill him.
Hagime whistled to himself as he walked to the near by taco bell where he got himself a taco and a drink. As soon as he finished he walked into the park for a nice walk.

Emiko had now been following the man for a while.She jumped through the tall oak trees as she watched him walk in the park.It was filled with children and mothers. This wasn't a suitable place to kill the man.
Hagime looked at his watch and walked into the rest room. He had about a few minutes to get back.

She pushed off the tree with pliant legs."This is not the place or time" she said scowling then went off to watch him from a safer distance
After he washed his hands he came out. He looked at his watch and he started running back to his job if he didn't hurry he'd be late.

She jumped out of her hiding place and pushed him out of harms way.Before being seen she jumped out of the way herself and dissapeared

Hagime looked around trying to find who ever saved him. He didn't see anyone so he ran back into the building he had come out of.
