Amber hugged her knees to her chest as she sunk down into the overly sized and overly cushioned chair, dust puffing up everytime she moved. She chewed on her lip as she stared down at the crinkly old book that rested on her knees. 'Ever since we...we did it, I haven't seen him. Maybe.....Is that all he wanted from me? But he said.....Why would he just disappear like this? Maybe....'
Amber shook her head violently, blinking back tears and coughing a bit on the dust. 'No. I don't wanna think about that...Not-..Not Rage. I don't want to think of him like that. Not until I'm ready..' She sniffled and slowly opened the book, trying to concentrate on the blurred words in front of her.

Amber laid down on her bed, taking her pocket knife out and started tossing it in the air and catching it. '...Ok. If I'm pregnant, then no problem. I'll just raise the kid myself, occassionally getting help from Silence or Mika if need be. No problem....' She took and deep breath and flicked open the blade, tossing it and catching it again with precise care to not cut herself.

'..I s'pose I could get a job as a bartender again; it paid fairly well, but the hours were hectic....I'm not really trained to do anything else though...Waitressing is still an option, but I'm so damn clumsy that'd I probably drop everything and mix up orders....' Amber sighed and caught her knife in mid-air, setting it down for a moment.
She stared at the ring on her finger for a minute before pulling it off and throwing it violently against the wall. 'He can have his damn ring back. I'll find someway to mail it to him...I hope it broke,' she thought angrily. Amber picked her knife up and started tossing it up and catching it again, forcing her thoughts back to the matter at hand. She could vent later when there was time. 'An apartment is probably my only choice for now, but maybe if I save up for long enough I can buy a small house somewhere...'

"I don't care," Silence growled. "He hurt my little sister, there for I reserve full rights to hurt him and be sure he won't be getting other girls pregnant then leaving them."
Amber chuckled again and hugged her sister again. "I appreciate that..." she said quietly. She sighed and pulled herself up, holding out her hand forr Silence.

Silence smiled, and took her sister's hands, struggling to her feet. She sighed heavily when she was steady, and placed one hand on the small of her back, the other on the bottom of her bulging stomach.

Silence practically waddled through the door. Over her shoulder, she said, "hopefully you'll only have one baby. Two is soooo heavy," she said with a smile.

Silence reached out and took it. "Of course, Amber. I trust you not to do anything, but yes." She said, dropping it into the pocket of her sweat pants.
