A Weekend Alone (Keke and I)

Basically a girl gets stuck in the school friday night because the custodian locks up without knowing, as does the teacher, and they find each other and basically just stick around for company so they aren't alone all weekend.

Kiahnna slowly walked down the halls, sighing quietly. She had stayed late in the library to study, she was really behind in a lot of classes. And great. She was locked in. She trudged over to her locker, shoving everything inside and sinking down to the floor, putting her back to the locker.

Angel growled a bit, staring at the locked doors. Great. Now there was no way out all because he had to work late. He walked around the school calmly.

Kiahnna decided to continue studying. She pulled out a math book and started to look it over, even though nothing made sense to her.

Angel stopped in the middle of the hallway and looked down it. He blinked a little, raising an eyebrow seeing a girl.

Kiahnna sighed in frustration, looking over thte book.

"Need any help?" he asked quietly walking to her.

"Yes." she said in a frustrated voice. "I don't like math." she mumbuled.

Angel sat next to her and glanced at the book. "Bring out a sheet of paper. That might help," he said calmly.

She pulled a notebook out of her bag, and got a pencil, too.

"What problems are you having trouble with?" he asked softly.

"All of them." she mumbled quietly. "I'm not good at numbers. That's why this is my third time in algebra.." she said, slightly embarrased.

"And what grade are you in?" Angel asked leaning against the locker.

[keke313]

"Junior." she said, slightly embarrased she was in a class of all freshmen.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"And I'm guessing you're also taking Algebra 2," he said softly.

"No. I haven't gotten past Algebra 1 yet." she said with a sigh.

"You won't get through high school. Haven't you gone to tutoring?"

"Parents won't pay for it." she said, shaking her head.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"They have free after school," Angel said calmly, "Teacher's offer it."

"That's what I said.. they just don't want to, i guess."

Angel shook his head a bit, sighing a bit. What are parents thinking these days? he thought to himself.

"So... How am I supposed to get X then?" she asked, pointing to the book.

"Do the opposite of everything," Angel said calmly.

She nodded slightly, working out the problem. "So like this?"

Angel nodded calmly.

"Then.. how do you do that line thing? I don't get how an equation is a line." she said.

"Ask your teacher," Angel said calmly, "I'm Algebra 2 teacher."

"Oh.. well don't you have to know Algebra 1 to know algebra2?" she asked, looking to him.

Angel shrugged a bit.

She sighed, haking her head slightly and going back to the book.

Angel watched her calmly.

Kiahnna closed the book, all the numbers giving her a headache.

Angel stood up calmly.

Kiahnna stood with him. "Oh.. I'm Kiahnna." she said. "I'm not in any of your classes.." she said.

"Colone," Angel said, "I know you don't."

"Are we the only ones stuck here?" she asked.

"I'm guessing so," he said calmly.

Kiahnna nodded quietly, biting her lip.

Angel started off in a random direction.

Kiahnna sighed quietly, walking back to the library with her laptop.

Angel walked to his room.

Kiahnna sat on the couch in the library, typing away.

Angel graded papers calmly.

Kiahnna eventually came up to his room, sat in the back, and kept typing so it wasn't quite so lonely.

Angel glanced at her, raising an eyebrow a bit.

She looked to him. "Something wrong?" she asked.

Angel shook his head and began to grade once more.

Kiahnna continued to work.

Angel soon finished, leaning in the chair a bit.

Kiahnna leaned back in the chair, sighing out of boredom.

Angel glanced up at her.

Angel rubbed his eyes a bit.

Kiahnna looked at the clock, sighing quietly. She couldn't believe they were going to be stuck here all weekend.

"Should've left," Angel mumbled a bit to himself.

Kiahnna nodded. "Me too.. now we don't have any food.. at least.. I don't think we do.."

"Got the kitchens," Angel said still looking at her.

She looked at him. "Aren't they locked?"

"Got keys to any room," Angel said shrugging a bit.

"Oh.. well then I guess it's good I got stuck at school with a teacher." she said with a smile.

Angel nodded, playing with his hair.

Kiahnna leaned back in the seat slightly.

Angel stood up and streatched a bit.

Kiahnna looked over to him.

"Let's head down," Angel said leaving the room.

She nodded quietly, standing and leaving after him.

Angel walked down to the cafeteria taking out some keys.

Angel began to make something quietly.

Angel shook his head leaving the room.

Kiahnna's lips turned into a tiny frown, following after him. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing's wrong," Angel said turning around.

"Oh.. okay.. Do you mind if I stay with you? Big, empty, dark, abandoned schools kinda scare me.." she mumbled.

"Do what you have to," Angel said calmly.

"Well, are you going to get all annoyed if I stay with you?" she asked.

"I'll tell you," he said calmly.

"Okay.. I'll just keep my mouth shut." she said with a tiny laugh, continuing to walk alongside him.

Angel glanced at her, shaking his head a bit.

Kiahnna watched the ground as they walked.

Kiahnna pressed her lips together, watching the silent school around them.

Angel soon walked to his classroom, checking on some things before shutting off the computer.

Kiahnna bit her lip, leaning aginst the back wall of the classroom.

Angel glanced at her raising an eyebrow.

She looked at him with the same questioning look.

"Never mind," Angel said shaking his head a bit.

Kiahnna took a seat on the floor, looking for some variety besides the hard school-issue chairs.

Angel picked up his papers and shoved them into his breifcase, leaving his chair unocupied.

Kiahnna watched him silently.

"You can use my chair," Angel said calmly.

She shrugged quietly. "That's fine, the floors alright with me."

"Take it," Angel said looking at her.

"I told you, I'm fine." she said with a shrug.

Angel bobbed his head a little.

Kiahnna rested her head back on the wall, closing her eyes lightly.

Angel sorted through his papers.

Kiahnna pulled out her phone, flipping through her texts.

Angel stuffed his papers in his briefcase and walked over to her.

Angel pushed back his hair calmly, sitting next to her.

Angel looked at what she had been typing.

She was working on a History paper about World War two and the assassination attempts on Hitler.

Angel glanced back at her.

Kiahnna smiled politely at him, stopping work on her paper and closing her laptopl.

"You didn't have to stop working," Angel said calmly.

She shrugged. "I was sick of talking about religious contradictions and failed assassination attempts." she said simply.

"Try again later then," he said softly.

[keke313]

"The paper's due next week, and I'm already mostly done." she said with a shrug.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"Better get done while you're here," Angel said shrugging also.

She sighed. "I'm out of good words." she said, resting her head back against the wall.

Angel nodded, dropping the subject.

Kiahnna closed her eyes lightly as she rested back into the wall.

"Something wrong?" Angel asked softly.

She shrugged silently. "Well.. I'd kind of rather not be stuck in a school all weekend.. no offense, it's not you.. I'd just rather sleep in a real bed and beable to hang out with friends and stuff.

"Get used to it," Angel said, "We're stuck here."

She nodded quietly, slowly standing up and walking downstairs into the lockerroom.

Angel watched her, still sitting on the floor.

Kiahnna came out and went to the school's indoor pool, usually used for gym classes, but she just felt like swimming. She was dressed in her own swimsuit, not a school issue- a plain black halter top bikini.

Angel got up and went around the school, quietly exploring it.

Kiahnna went up on the diving board, trying a few new sequences.

Angel stopped at the swimming pool.

Kiahnna continued to dive, experimenting with new flips and whatnot.

Angel smiled a bit.

Kiahnna sighed quietly, floating on her back and looking to the cieling.

"Everything alright?" Angel called.

"Yep, I'm fine." she called through the echoey room.

"Okay," Angel said going to the edge of the pool.

Kiahnna continued to float around the pool, her eyes closed now, not seeing him.

Angel took off his shoes and socks, rolled up his pants as he placed his feet in the pool.

Kiahnna felt the wave of his feet and looked over at him.

"Hey,"Angel said softly.

"Hey." she said, moving so she wasn't awkwardy floating, swimming to the edge of the pool as she smoothed her wet hair back.

Angel chuckled a bit, smiling at her.

Kiahnna smiled, swishing her legs around in the water.

Angel watched her calmly.

Kiahnna looked over at him. "So do you like swimming, or only getting your feet wet?" she asked.

"I don't have any swimming gear," Angel said softly.

She shrugged. "Couldn't you find some school issue trunks or something?" she asked.

[DennyxHawkIonari]

"They won't fit," Angel said calmly.

[keke313]

She rolled her eyes. "If they can fit that fat kid in my class, they will certainly fit you." she said.

"You don't want to see a grown man in those," he said.

SHe laughed. "Fine, be that way." she said, resting back against the edge of the pool.

Angel rolled his eyes and shook his head.

Kiahnna continued to swirl her feet around in the water.

Kiahnna pushed off of the wall and started swimming laps.

Kiahnna smiled, climbing the tall ladder and pulling a double flip into the pool, executed perfectly.

Kiahnna flipped the wet hair out of her face, smiling back at him.

Angel looked away quickly.

"What'sa matter?" she asked, swimming towards him.

"Nothing," he said shaking his head.

She floated next to him in the pool again, letting her body rise to the surface again, so she was floating on her back, looking up at him.

Angel glanced at her calmly.

Kiahnna let her head brush against the side of the pool, closing her eyes lightly.

Angel smiled as he lightly brushed his foot against her.

She giggled, playfully shying away from the spot his foot had touched her, it had tickled a little bit.

Angel did it again on another spot, smiling a bit.

She laughed, smiling up at him. "What are you doing?" she asked, still giggling.

"I don't know," Angel said softly.

She laughed, poking his foot, soon relaxing her body again.

Angel chuckled a bit.

She grinned. "Hey! I got you to laugh!" she said, poking his foot again.

Angel smiled as he shook his head a bit.

She grinned up at him, watching him slightly.

Angel poked her again with his foot once more.

She squeaked in surprise, then poked his foot again.

Angel chuckled a bit.

She smiled playfully up at him. "IF you keep that up, i'm takin you down here." she said.

"No you're not," Angel said shaking his head a bit.

"Yea, I am." she said, laughing.

Angel chucled lowly and pulled his feet out of the pool.

"Oh, come on, I was just joking." she said, rolling her eyes. "I promise, I won't pull you in."

Angel shook his head a bit.

"Come on, don't be such a fun sucker." she said, pushing away from the side of the pool.

"I'd rather not," he said calmly.

She sighed softly. "Will you at least stay and keep me company?" she asked with a fake pout.

Angel nodded a bit, smiling at her.

Kiahnna smiled, floating on her back and kicking around the pool.

Kiahnna glanced over at him with a tiny sigh.

"What's wrong?" Angel asked softly.

"You're just being a party pooper, that's all." she said dramatically.

Angel smiled and shook his head a bit.

Kiahnna smiled, continuing to float around.

Kiahnna closed her eyes, stretching her arms out and relaxing.

Angel stood up and took off his shirt and pants calmly.

Angel's head finally popped up.

Kiahnna grinned. "Thanks for joining me." she said.

Angel nodded a bit.

She smiled softly, swimming around the pool.

Angel watched her floating a bit.

Kiahnna came up next to him, poking him.

Angel smiled as he lightly splashed her.

She giggled, splashing back.

Angel playfully swam away.

Angel chuckled and stopped swimming after a while.

Kiahnna smiled, catching up to him.

Angel pushed back his hair.

Kiahnna smiled. "You're a fast swimmer."

"I used to play on the swim team here," he said shrugging a bit.

"I'm on a dive team outside of school." she said.
