Selene walked along the dark ally looking for the perfict pray for tonight she craved fresh blood for a body instead of from a container like normal. Selene never really knew how much she had missed taking the blood of stranger until this very night. Her silver eyes watched as the cupple from the drama house up ahead came pouring out laughing and talking. Selene waited for the perfict one to come out. A lone man who looked sadend by the joy around him. She fallowed him to this ally she now stood in just watching him and waiting for the right momment.

Vlad had stayed in human form as the night went on, the moon shining brightly above him. He smiled toothily at the thought of changing and feeding off one of the humans down below. He was high above the street, watching the traffic go by from his perch atop a city building. His eyes scanned the alleyways and backstreets, hoping he could find a mugger or common thief amongst them. He spotted a lone man walking out from a house and heading through the alley. He grinned and leapt down 4 stories to the ground, landing silently and swiftly rushing to the edge of the street.

Selene grined seeing her chance to attack. She swiftly slid out of the shadow and came at the man. He did even see it coming, the man barely had a chance to scream before Selene's fangs where in him draining him of his blood. She wiped her mouth after killing the man and looked futher down the ally for another victum(sp). Her thurst not quite quencied(sp. She smirked apon seeing another man not far from her. Selene quickly slid back into the shadows as she approched him.

Vlad stalked the troubled looking man as he advanced down the alley. He knew that no sane person would go walking down these streets at night unless they held a guilty conscious. He grinned and followed the man silently, matching him step for step, waiting to bare down on him and rip his sweet flesh to ribbons. His arms began to change, and his pants ripped apart as huge muscles rippled through his body.

Selene stoped short of the man feeling a strange presence near him. She scand the area to find who or what else was stalking this yummy looking man. Selene grew inpastiate wanting to taste the man sweet blood so she broke out from the shadows in a full out run. Whatever was after this man would surely see her and fight for it's meal but Selene needed this man's blood to much to care.

Vlad stood up and was ready to strike when he saw the woman advancing from the other side. He roared loudly and ruched into the man, pinning him to the ground. He held him there, staring at the running woman and growling. He scales along his spppine shot up and writhed about wildly. His claws dug into the screaming man's neck and snapped his vertebrae in half.

Selene slowed her advance hearing the loud crack in the mans bones. She glared at the creature before her, her red eyes going back to silver. "Fine take him, but be warned beast, this is not over." she stated stepping back away from the creature. Selene couldn't believe her eyes she hadn't seen one of her enemies in so long she thought they had all left this place. He must have reconized her as a Vampire or he wouldn't have broken the mans bones. Selene shook the thoughts of the creature from her mind as she turned away from it.

He growled deeply, watching her as she backed away. He grinded the bones into dust as he backed off from the corpse. "Take him, his blood still flows red..." His voice was contorted and raspy, as the scales on his body fell onto the ground and sizzled away. "I have no need of him, and your hunger is greater than mine. I will leave you be..." He looked up and jumped straight onto the wall, climbing higher onto the roof.

Selene turned and watched him for a moment. Why would he let her have him. They were supposed to fight each other that was how it always went. She slowly walked toward the man just waiting to see if it was a trap. Selene never really trusted anyone not even her own race. She was a loner vampire and probly the only one who thought that the torture his kind went through from the Vampires was wrong.

Vlad sat atop the roof, watching the girl approach the corpse. He smiled when she hesitated, knowing that she probably thought it was a trap. He shook his head at the thought of jumping down on her and ripping her to pieces. He knew it wasn't right to harm someone that did him no wrong. He looked about the alleyways, hoping to find another victim that looked suspicious. He only hunted criminals and thieves when he was feeding, so he knew to keep too the backstreets where they hide.

Selene looked down at the man then up in the other man dirtection, her silver eyes glinting in the moon light. She smirked a little then dissappeared from sight leaving the man there on the ground mostly unharmed. She had picked up on a young woman not far away and went after her. As Selene finished the girl off her mind went back to the wereanimal she saw just moments ago.

Vlad looked back down to see the man untouched. He growled under his breath and huffed. "Well, I guess she didn't like my offering..." He jumped down from the top of the building and landed quietly next to the corpse. He sniffed it surface, then bore down on the back of his neck, chewing and tearing into the flesh. Most werewolves would have drunk the blood, but Vlad enjoyed devouring the whole body, to make sure no one would track him down.

Selene slowly walked back toward home feeling daybreak nearing. She wondered for just a moment if she would ever see that strange creature again. He seemed way different from what she had heard of his kind, Selene sighed when she reached her home. She went in and walked up to her coffin, taking one last look at the lovely night sky before laying down and closing her coffin tight.

After gorging himself on a few people, Vlad stood and wiped his muzzle of blood. His scaly hide began to shift and drop away, sizzling along the ground as his human form came back through. It was an intense pain he had to go through, but he learned to manage through the burning feeling. He shucked off the old skin and smiled as daylight appraoched. He stretched his body and sighed happily. "I wonder what that Vampire girl thought of me. I didn't act like the others, so she was probably a bit confused. He smiled and stuck his hands in his pockets as he started walking home.

Selene layed there unable to sleep, she was restless. But why, she had never been like this for this long. Selene tossed and turned but found that sleep wouldn't come. Then out of no where she heard a crash then flet her coffin being lifted. Selene could hear some men shouting and screaming. "Burn her burn the Deamon." that when she knew this was gonna be bad, it was day and they were going to expose it to her. Selene felt a flash of fear hit her then anger, as she heard a man prying at the lid of her coffin.

Vlad continued walking, then came across a commotion across the street as a group of men came out of a house screaming and carrying a coffin. Vlad's eyes widened and he rushed to them, slamming one of the men into the side of the building. His skull split into pices, as the other men stood in awe, dropping the coffin and trying to run. Vlad roared loudly, catching one man from behind and slinging him over his shoulder and smashing him into the ground, snapping his spine. Vlad growled as the others ran off, leaving the bodies on the ground and the coffin hanging against the wall. Vlad shook his head and walked over to it. He tapped it's top, hoping that it's occupant was still alright.

Selene shook her head after being tssed to the ground. She hesitated in saying anything to who ever just saved her life. But then spoke. "I'm fine, just a little beat up is all." she was holding her arm and looking down at the little cuts hear and there on her legs. It was nuthing she couldn't handle if it wasn't for the fact that it was daytime.

I'm taking you home with me, and there's no buts about it, being as you're trapped in there..." He smiled and lifted the coffin up and onto his shoulder. People stared at him as he walked down the street, carrying a whole coffin along like it was nothing. He nodded to some, and winked at others as he passed. His house was quite a ways away, so he tried making conversation as he walked. "Being as how we have some time, what's your name? And how did you get in this mess in the first place?"

Selene sighed knowing this man who ever he was, had just saved her life and she owed him quite a bit. Unsure of how much she was going to have to tell him just to pass the time she sighed again then finally spoke. "My name is Selene Vigée-Lebrun, i am a 2nd generation half-breed blood Vampire, in fact my family has been her for many generations. Explianing why i just got dragged out of my house on the other hand is a bit difficult(sp). So who is it that I owe my life to?" she asked< anyone that knew a Vampire knew that once you save them they have a life det(sp) to you.
