They have to clamp the flesh to make sure that the needle goes through and goes through straight. It's like taking two sharp peices of thick metal and jabbing them into the flesh of the inside of your nose just before the cartiledge. Is vury painful... And bloody....

That's the only part that hurts, though and it's only for a few seconds. Once the piercing goes through it's very pleasurable (it was to me, anyway).

BlyBly, I'd say to get the nose piercing. Lip piercings are o.k. but the piercing will eventually wear through your teeth, you could contract heart disease from the saliva getting into the wound, and your lips will swell up. Of course, oral sex will be better for your partner.

Nose piercings won't cause heart disease and they won't wear through anything. Your nose swell a bit but it's only noticable if you touch it. And if you're really horny (like me) then you'll get pleasure from it.
