Bio: He use to be a human prince. Now he is something like a demon. His eyes shine crimson red now, his teeth are fangs and from his back sprouted bat wings. He is a battle scared monster. Thanks to an old spell caster's curse, placed upon Adam when he refused her one nights refuge from harsh storms and gusting winds.

Morese walked carefully into the cracked and crumbling court yard. He called out for anyone who might be there but figured no one could hear him over the impending storm. He pulled the door open and tried again. "Hello?" he called. "Is anyone there? I'm lost I'm afraid and I need a place to stay the night."

"Not if he doesn't find out." The first pointed out. There was a loud 'hmph' and the sound of wood and metal against the hard stone of the castle.

"Hello?" Morese called again, "Who's there?" He turned around, holding his lamp up a bit more to try and see who was speaking. He saw no one. "I don't mean to be any trouble," He said, "I won't stay long, I promise."

The man got no human being. He got no animal for that matter either. Before him hopped a Three crowed, lit candle stick. It was moving.. Let alone talking. "Right this way." the 'man' said as the candle stick gave a dramatic bow.

Morese stared at him for a long moment, eyes wide. "I-I wh-what- what is this?" He stammered. "A t-talking candle stick?? Maybe I really am mad."

"Lumiere (sp) at your service." He said as he stood straight. An old clock hobbled towards them, muttering words of discomfort and nervousness. "The master wont like this." he said to Lumiere once more.

Morese shook his head, then looked at them again. They were still there. "I-I'm terribly sorry," he said, "I don't mean to be any trouble.... perhaps I should just go..." He wasn't sure how comfortable he was in a castle with talking decorations.

"Oh shut up clocksworth." Lumiere said. "None sence. The storm out there will drown you down. Come, follow me." he said, hopping away.

Morese followed dumbly, not sure whatelse he could do. The candle stick was right. The storm was much to bad for him to try and find somewhere else. There probably wasn't anything for fifty miles at least. So, his cloak dripping on the floor, he walked behind the small light.

Lumiere led the older man into a room for him to rest. Through the castle it became colder. Much.. much.. colder.

Morese sneezed and shivered as they walked on. He drew his wet cloak tighter around him but it didn't do much good.

"You may sleep in here. Miss Pot will bring you something warm to drink." Lumiere said.

"Th-thank you," Morese said, still shivering. "You are m-most kind, sir." He looked around the room, wondering if this Mrs. Potts would be a person or another decoration.

The flames that kept the castle lit flickered low. Lumiere looked around, wide eyed. He left the room.

Morese looked around, a little bit alarmed by the flickering lights. 'This castle is so drafty,' he told himself. 'It's just the draft. That's all. No use worrying over it.'

The door to the mans room moved, opening fully. Some 'draft'. The flames snuffed out, twisting down into them selves as they died. Lighting flashed one after another, showing from the window across the hall.

Morese shivered more, from fear now as well as cold. He moved towards the light very slowly.

A large lightning strike left the sky fading to darkness slowly. By the time the next hit and lit up the sky, a figure was leanign against the window. A man like monster with large, hellish wings. A deep growl came from it's throat.

Morese stumbled back, tripping over his cloak and falling on the floor. He continued to scoot away from the monster, afraid to get up and run.

The figure stalked forward and into the room, following the man. It seemed to see perfectly fine between the lighting strikes.
"What are you doing in my castle." it asked. It's voice group, like skidding your temple to a gravle covered concreat sidewalk during a hard fall

"I-I lost my way," Morese replied, "I-I got lost in the storm, I had no where to g-go and I wandered in here..." He swallowed hard. "I meant no h-harm, really... I-I don't want any trouble."

"It's to late for that." It growled out the words. It to the mam by the front of his shirt and cloak and drug him out.

"No! Please no!" Morese shouted. "I'll go, I'll go! Just please don't hurt me! Who will take care of my daughters if I am dead?"

"It's to late for that." It replied. It pulled the man deeper into the castle, tossing him roughly into a doungon like room.

Morses hit the stone floor hard and groaned as he rolled over and tried to pick himself up. He had no idea what to do now. His daughters had no one to take care of them now that he was in prison. How would they survive? Little Belle could not do it all on her own. He hugged his knees, huddling against the wall.

Adam closed the door hard. He turned around and brushed past all of the servants of the castle, ignoring their pleas for the freedom of the male.

Two days later Belle came to the castle. Her father's horse had come home without him. She'd some how managed to find her way here though she wasn't entirely sure how. "Hello?" She called, pushing her hood back as she entered the castle. "Is anyone here?"

Once again the person was greeted by talking objects. Miss Pot and Lumiere witnessed her arrival but remained still. Sectretly talking amungst themselves.

"Hello?" She called again, "Please, I'm looking for my father." She looked around. She could hear whispering but she couldn't tell where they were coming from. "Can you help me?"

Adam sneered and went to 'greet' the guest. He walked down the large steps in the main hall, watching her.

"Maybe it's abandoned..." She thought aloud as she walked through the seemingly empty halls. "Father!? Father are you here?!"

Belle wandered into the dungeon. "Father?" she called again, shivering at the cold.
"Belle?" Her father's weak voice called back. "Belle? What are you doing here? Go! Before he finds you!"
"Father?" She ran to his cell. "Father! I've come to bring you home!"

"Don't hurt her!" Morese begged from his cell. "Please, let her go. She's done nothing wrong!"

"She's trespassing in my castle just as you did. Like father like daughter? Looks like a set up for a wounderful family reunion." he sneered.

Belle looked from her father to the beast. "Please, my father is old, he won't last here very long. Let him go," she begged. "Please, you can keep me here as long as you want just let him go free."

His thoughts were cut off my Miss Pot, Lumiere and Clockworth. They came up, asking him, convincing him to let the older man go.

"Please dear, think of the spell," Miss. Potts said. "Letting him go will make the girl happy. If she's happy, she'll be more inclined to... like you."

Adam wrinkled his nose. Leave it to Miss Potts to make a good point. "It will work. You just need to let him free." Lumiere said. "Please, sir.." Clocksworth said. He sighed. "Fine." he said finally.

"Good lad," Mrs. Potts said. "I'll make a room ready for her."

Belle looked at him with pleading eyes.

Adam looked away for a moment before looking to Belle. "He's free to go. But you stay here." he said with a slightly sharp tone. He hated giving in. He went to the door and unlocked it. "Say good bye."

Belle hugged her father tightly. "I love you," she told him.
"I love you too, my Belle, my beautiful Belle," Morese cried. "Why would you do such a thing?"

He sighed. "Follow me." he said as he went back towards the main hall.

Through the halls they walked. Adam's wings moved slightly, restless. HE led her up the steps of the grand hall and up the right side of the winding step case atop of that.

Belle walked in and looked around. It was as drab as the rest of the castle, but it wasn't so bad.

"Miss Potts will come in to tell you when dinner is." He said from the door way as he glanced around. "The west wing of the castle is off limits."

"I-I don't think I'll be hungry," Belle said softly.

"Very well. But there will be nothing to eat for the rest of the night." Adam replied in a dark tone as he turned and left.

Belle waited until he was gone before falling on the bed in tears.

She wasn't crying alone. Her wardrobe woke up and looked to her sadly. "Something wrong, dear?" it asked.

Belle jumped, trying to dry her eyes quickly. "No! No... yes..." she said, more tears falling. "I'm trapped here for the rest of my life no doubt."

"Then we're compleat opposites," She said, flopping back on the pillows.

"That's what they say," Belle sighed. "Either way, I don't think I want to have dinner with him tonight."

"Well yes. But I'm sure he was not without kind words and doubting servants."

"That doesn't make any sense. What about his subjects?" She asked, sitting up.

"He was a small boy. The most of the subjects he saw were his tutors. they all hated the king and queen. only naturally they hated him"

The wardrob woman shrugged and Miss Potts came in on her dumbwaiter.

"Thought you would like some tea dear," Mrs. Potts said, pouring tea into a tea cup.

The woman smiled to Miss Potts. "How are you doing?" she asked her.

"Well thank you," Mrs. Potts replied, "Yourself?"
Belle thanked her as she took the tea cup and took a small sip. Her tea cup giggled. "Mama it tickles!"

"Good good, not getting dusty at all are you?" Mrs. Potts said. "Chip dear don't wiggle."

"Oh always. But Misollet comes in often to visit." she replied. She giggled at chip. (Misollet= feather duster)

"But Mamma it tickles," Chip said. To Belle he said. "You're pretty. Are you gonna break the curse?"

"Chip shush dear!" Mrs. Potts said. "You don't go about asking questions like that."

Missy shifted, turning towards them more.

"What curse?" Belle asked look from one woman to the other.

Mrs. Potts glanced at her, "There's no use hiding it I suppose," she sighed, "It's the master, mostly, but really the whole castle is under a spell."

"What happened?" Belle asked softly.

Mrs. Potts nodded. "The master had a hard heart," she started. "He was bitter and selfish. One night, a little old woman came to his door and asked for a place to stay the night in exchange for a single rose."

Adam wandered his studdy.

"The master would not give her a room for the night," Mrs. Potts continued. "He told her to go away and slammed the door in her face. As soon as he did, light shown around the frame and the door burst open revealing a sorceress of immense beauty and power. She cursed him for his selfish acts and the whole castle along with him."

Missy sighed lightly.

Adam sat down in one of the broken chairs. The room ripped to shreads. Before him in a glass case was a glowing rose.

"That's awful," Belle said softly. "The curse turned you into this? And him into that?"
"Yes," Mrs. Potts said. "But... If the master can learn to love, and be loved in return, before the last petal on the rose falls the spell will be broken."

"Unfortunatly all this time as a demon has turned master into more of a monster.." Missy said.

"And the rose dies a little more everyday," Mrs. Potts added. "Soon it will be too late."

Missy shifted back into her spot. "We'll be stuck like this.."

"Forever." Mrs. Potts sighed. "Come on chip, time for your bath."

"Aw, but Mamma!" Chip complained. "I wanna stay heeere!"

"Go on chip, I'm sure Belle wouldn't mind you visiting again." Missy said as she looked to Belle.

"Not at all," Belle said, "It was very nice to meet you."

"Aw, alright," Chip said, moping back on the cart as Mrs. Potts drove away.

Belle lay back on the pillows closing her eyes as she mauled all this over.

Missy pulled a blanket over Belle and settled in for 'sleep'. Adam finished up, going to his quarters.

When Belle woke she was starving. She sat up and looked around unsure what time it was.

Belle snuck out of the room so as not to wake her and wandered around the castle.

Belle somehow wandered into the west wing.

Adam looked away from the window and to the covered rose that stood glowing in the middle of his chambers. He went around it before falling back into the shadows of his bed in attempted to rest.

Belle wandered from chamber to chamber, eventually coming to a very large wooden door with elaborate carvings on it. Gently she pushed the door open to find the room beyond it in ruins.
