Twinkle twinkle little star.
A young girl, only 18, is the only survivor of an infected ship that was just returning back to earth with it's findings. She hid in a small storage compartment when all the mutant experiments broke free and ran havoc on the crew. When all the screams had died down she slipped out and looked at the now blood drenched halls. All seemed quiet until she unearthed monsters and all things that belong in nightmares. During the day she is safe from the mutated monsters (that are surprisingly similar to the deformed mutant like monsters from silent hill) but as soon as the sun is gone she has to battle to stay alive. After a year of battling to stay alive the ship is found by an excavation crew, she hides when she sees a person emerge from the air lock, all clad in armor with many weapons.
She must team up with this stranger and fight for their right to freedom, but will she learn to trust this man or leave him behind and at the mutants mercy to save herself?

Skills: She can build weapons from savaging parts from other weapons, combining them to make them more affective and stronger, she also is good at hand to hand combat, having lots of practice with fighting the mutant monsters. She is also a pretty good medic, having to treat all her own wounds and such when she was injured.
Personality: Before Jayden was alone she was a sweet and caring girl, always willing to help and would never judge anyone but now that she has been alone for a year, Jayden has become a quiet and tough girl, she isn't very social since she has been alone for a year and is very independent.

Skills: Killing, to put it bluntly. As a youth he helped with a revolt in a country, eventually training up to be a leading assassian, only to drop the title; which, all brings him to where he is now. Second of command of an excavation party, he is in full command of ensuring the safety of his crew. Lev's fighting skills range from far off shooting to hand combat even to the old professions of archery and posion brewing. He was bred to be a killer, and a good one he is.
Personality: With such, deadly skills, it may seem that he would be a cold, heartless man, but he isn't. A happy cheerful man, go-lucky and reckless, he seems fully driven and when given a mission he'll put his whole heart into even if he doesn't agree with it. Loyalty to whomever calls of it from him is his weakness, if you beckon he'll answer and would die before he dishonored himself in an alliance. He could've been rich, had he stayed with the profession of an assassain, but he rather'd to use his skills, to protect rather than to savage.

Lev had the hilt of a curved dagger snugged firmly in the palm of his hand as he slowly walked through bloodstreaked hallways. His eyes narrowed as he glanced around at the bloodshed, his imagination of what exactally lurked here ran wild. He paused every now and then to push loose doors open, peering into the darkness; once he swore he saw a flash of eyes before it disappeared. Just the reminder caused him to shudder as he pushed another door open. He walked in and noticed in wonder that it was, an air lock. Walking over he pushed some buttons and was amazed that it still worked, Lev grinned. They now had access to the rest of the ship. He walked into the air lock, pressing a few more buttons and then he waited. After a moments of murmured noise the door infront of him groaned before shaking open and he walked into the unknown.

Jayden was on full alert, ever since an unknown ship docked and a person emerged from the ship she has been keeping in the shadows and constantly on guard. She glanced around corners and sneaked her way down the blood soaked corridors, the sun was shining upon the ship so maybe she was safe from the mutated creatures. She kept her adapted gun unsheathed as she walked the halls, just in case the stranger or the mutants were lurking around the corner.
Lev paused for a moment before stepping forward a few seconds. Empty. Emptiness greeted him. Frowning slightly he leaned forward as he knelt to the ground. Placing his ear to the ground of the ship he concentrated. The metal vibrated faintly, sitting up his eyes narrowed. Emptiness was decieving. He wasn't alone. Glancing into the darkness he took out a gun, holding it loosely. He wouldn't be taken for suprise. The vibrations had came from his left so it was that way that he ventured.

Jayden stopped in her tracks as she looked around the corridor she was in, she sensed something was there but didn't exactly know what it was. She kept her gun locked and loaded just in case something jumped out at her, which they always had a habit of doing. She started moving again as quietly as she could, ready to peek around the corner to see what was there.
Lev narrowed his eyes, looking down into the passageway. There was a door to his left and a turn farther ahead to his right. Taking the door first he tried to open it, only to figure out it was locked. With a sigh he began to move forward towards the corner. He knew he wasn't alone in this ship, causing him to move ever more cautiously as he rounded the bend. He was almost taken by suprise when right in front of him was a human girl; he had half suspected the other being to be hiding or to be, non human.

Jayden stopped dead as she saw a person, a normal person standing in front of her. She kept her gun locked and loaded, ready to shoot him if he tried to grab or fire at her. She blinked a little as she backed up a few steps, her eyes still on him, then she darted away as she sensed the monsters coming.
Lev stayed still, noticing that the other was armed as well. He was about to speak but he saw her structure change and before he knew it, she was off. Confused for a moment he stood there, alert and listening. There was a faint vibration, he had figured that it hd been nothing but the other's run made him panic a bit. Without hesitation he ran off in her direction, trying to catch up to her.

Jayden continued to run, weaving around the rotting corpses as she made her way to a small but heavily shielded room. She had lived in that room for the year since it was the best place to hide from the monsters, and it had all the requirements she needed. As she ran she could hear the man behind her, she didn't look back and kept running, if he caught up to her she would let him stay with her, since he didn't seem infected.
Lev ran faster, intending on catching up to her. He could now see her and once he was in speaking distance he asked her, "What are you running from? Obviously not me, otherwise I'd have a bullet through my head likely," he was confused right now. Obviously they weren't alone and obviously he was oblivious to what ever it was.
((I won't be on this weekend because I will be on a church retreat ;)))

Jayden glanced back, she wasn't far from her safe hiding place and the guy seemed to have caught up to her. "I'm running from the mutants!" she cried out, then skidded to a halt in front of a medium sized steel doors. "The whole crew apart from me has been turned into those things, now if you want to live you better get in here..."she trailed off, slipping inside the dark room hidden behind teh doors.

Mutants, the word left a none too pleasent after thought that slimed and slicked through his mind. Mutants, uck. Though right now he suddenly couldn't concentrate on mutants rather following the girl into the steel room. "Is it a disease, contact, or what? How did it spread?" He asked her.

Jayden didn't answer his question until she was sure he was inside the safe room. She pulled the steel doors shut, locking them securely before flicking on the lights. She glanced at him as she set down her guns and various blades hidden in her boot, pockets and even her shirt. She slumped down on her small but easily made bed, "well, this ship had gone on an exploration mission to another planet, we were heading back to earth with the specimens but while they were experimenting on them the mutants broke free and either killed or turned the crew into mutants...I was the only one who survived" she took a breath, stretching out her legs in front of her, "we're safe when the sunlight is out, but at night, when it's dark they will kill people, however they have started coming out in the light so they are even more dangerous."
Lev slipped into the small, conciled room as she locked the door firmly behind them. He sure was quite pleasent on the idea of leaving those mutants behind. Lev frowned, "Mutants are an unpleasant, nasty sort." He glanced at her for a moment before saying, "So how long have you exactally been here then?"

Jayden nodded, sitting up a little straighter than before when he asked her about how long she had been there. "I've been here for about a year, I even had my birthday here." She laughed a little, "trust me, spending your birthday on the run, shooting at mutants is not fun at all, not in the least!" She made a little room so he could sit down if he wished as she took a sip of some water from a bottle.

Jayden nodded, sitting up a little straighter than before when he asked her about how long she had been there. "I've been here for about a year, I even had my birthday here." She laughed a little, "trust me, spending your birthday on the run, shooting at mutants is not fun at all, not in the least!" She made a little room so he could sit down if he wished as she took a sip of some water from a bottle.
Lev laughed, "Are you kidding me? That sounds like an ideal sort of birthday to me. Just shooting at mutants and running, nothing better." He grinned as he sat down besides her. "Nahh, I would hate that." He paused for a moment before glancing at Jayden, "You should come back with us, leave this behind, leave the mutants and come back with the team."

Jayden shook her head at him, glancing at him when he sat down beside her. She almost choked on her water when he said that she should come back with him to his team, she looked at him with wide eyes. "Your serious?" She asked, a little bit shocked that she would be back with other people again.
Lev laughed before saying sarcastically, "No I'm not serious. I was just kidding and I am really going to leave you here to fend for yourself for the rest of what may be a pitiful life." Shaking his head he said, "Yeah, I'm plenty serious. You should come back with me, leave this all behind."

Jayden rolled her eyes a little at his sarcastic words and took another drink of the water from her bottle. "If I go back with you, do I get to be on your team to or do I have to go back to an ordinary life?" She asked, she didn't want to be normal, she liked building her guns and having a little adventure in her life.
Lev shrugged, "I don't know, I really have no say." Glancing at her again he said, "Once we're off this ship you have the decision to do whatever. You can stay with the team, you could head off on your own, or you could head into the city and start your normal life, it's all up to you."

Jayden nodded as she ran a hand through her long, long brown hair. She didn't trust herself with cutter her hair so she let it grow, and grow it did; it was now most likely down to her thighs, maybe longer. She nodded, "I think I'll stay with the team, I need a little adventure in my life."
Lev grinned, he had been silently hoping that she would stay with the team. "When do you suggest we leave then, well at least, the best time to with those mutants roaming." He frowned, if anything he would hopefully at best avoid the mutants, as much as he loved fighting this was a fight he would rather avoid.

Jayden glanced down at the watch that clung onto her wrist, "I'd say we have another hour to kill before we have at least a remote chance of getting out, unless you want to try now and risk it?" she asked him, at least she had some company to kill the time with, the time would pass by now.
"Uh, right," Lev grinned, "I think I will go for the kill time. It's not like that won't be too hard to do. After all we only have an hour to burn." He shrugged, he didn't like mutants they weren't on his top ten.

Jayden smiled and nodded, "ok, kill the time it is then." She glanced down at her lap, when she had said it would be easier to kill the time with company she might have been wrong, a year with no contact from people and then a guy just shows up; she didn't know how to start a conversation off.
Lev smiled, "So besides killing mutants what is it that you do here? How is it that you could survive here for so long?" He was curious really, it seemed like something new to him. If he had been secluded on a ship full of mutants he most likely would have killed himself.

Jayden thought over it for a few moments before shrugging. "Well, you can't really do much when the whole ship is jam packed with those mutated freaks but I guess it was like an instinct to survive. After my parents were killed I guess I felt a need to live so I could kill every single damn one of them."
Lev nodded and frowned grimly, "Death is an unpleasent thing for most. It seems reasonable that instinct told you to survive. It was as if something was telling you that you'd be rescued one day, that fighting those mutants would gain you a benefit." He glanced at the cold steel wall, "It's like a chain reaction almost. With good things bad things must happen and vice versa. Otherwise the world wouldn't be the way it is.'

Levoia nodded, "Mkay sounds good." He made sure he hadn't dropped and forgotten anything, and prepped himself to be ready for just about anything. He raised his eyebrows slightly at the box, wondering what it was but didn't ask. Instead he awaited for Jayden to leave, figuring he would follow her since she knew way more about this than himself.

Jayden let out a shaky sigh as she placed the box in her bag amongst the other things it held. She got out her gun ready and open the doors as slowly as they would go. She could see the looming darkness outside them and peeked out to see if it was safe. She took a few cautious steps out, there was a little bit f light but it was still low visibility. "Come on, follow me and be very very quiet.." She whispered out to him, knowing the mutants were sensitive to sound and vibrations.
Lev watched Jayden, almost fearing the worst as she ventured out. He shushed his thoughts though as he nodded to her words, not even daring to speak himself. He walked slowly with a slinky stealth like a large predator cat. His eyes glinted, slowly trying to adjust to the darkness that surrounded, he began to wish he had brought his night vision with him, it might have helped just a bit.

Peering from behind the corners, Jayden carefully made her way around the weaving corridors of the ship. She knew the layout very well and new where to head for it was just a matter of getting there. There were all sorts of creatures here, including horribly mutated dog-like creatures that had large rows of teeth and jagged claws - not to mention a long, slimy tongue that had a habit of grabbing your leg and hauling you to the ground. Jayden froze when she heard the sound of munching flesh and raking of claws against bones. She strained her eyes and could make out the outline of a hunched over creature eating what seemed like a corpse.
