Raven was walking down the street. She loved the feeling of the city at night. It was the best time of day.

With nothing better to do, the door slammed open at the slightest touch, even if he hadn't meant it and the figure walked out. Noiseless steps down the hall and stairs, avoiding the remaining rays of sun as it set he was out, the air billowing at his feet, the dust and temperture difference easy to tell. His place was cold the outside air was only slightly warmer.

Raven contiued down the street. Holding close to the buildings so that she could so the last of the rays were just going down. She hated the sun, but she need to feed and soon.

She smelled as if she was a corpse herself rotting away in a coffin under ground. She hated that smell, but where else was she going to sleep. With no money every Inn would just turn her down.
