What has been created centuries ago is now on the loose, free to roam the earth. At first, they were the minority, nothing but a bunch of bloodsuckers. Centuries later, they have become the dominant species of the world. Though they are the dominant species, they have nearly wiped out all of mankind, either turning them or completely draining them of life. Humans still exist, but they are either owned by Lycans, vampire's worst enemy, or by Demon, Enemy to both sides. A war has been raging on for a decade now, a war for blood...human blood, though Vampires could live off of the blood of Lycans, they choose not to and as for Demon's blood..It's practically lethal to them. The vampires will stop at nothing to get what they desire, The Lycans will stop at nothing to get rid of the vampires. Demons are involved because both sides have betrayed them. The only way for the humans to survive is to help their "Masters". What a life to live..

History: Delti never had a family. He roamed the globe, taking peoples' hospitality as it came, and hated the fact that he had nothing to repay them with. He scavenged, stole, and cheated to survive, and he swore that he'd make ammends someday. Now, with war on the horizon and death on the doorstep, Delti found his way to repay the debt he owes: to save as much and as many from death as possible. Even though he has a human "slave," he is apalled by the thought and vows to end slavery, treating his "involuntary helper" as though it were his own flesh and blood.

Rp example: She was close, this time she would get him. Then the explosion came. What the? She tried to steer clear but it was already to late. A tentacle hitted her straight on. She got blasted to side as the tentacle hit her and flew into a tree. She knew that she was dead when she heard the crack that came. She slid to the ground and tried to raise up but as good as every bone in her body was destroyed. She took a deap breath, looked up at the tentacle as it raised to the sky, and awaited her doom.

Name: Alexander Maxwell
Age: Who's to say? Human wise he's be about 20.
Personality: Alexander has never been socially acceptable among Vampires. Instead of the normal route of open protests and full on fights, he tends to linger back in the shadows and sneak attack spraticly. He's reserved and almost frozen inside as very little emotion seeps behind him. All that's escaped in the past is disgust, annoyance and the occasional lingering depression. But that's only when he's alone.
History: It was actually willingly. He fell in love with a Vampire girl several 100's of years ago and willingly let her change him, bond him to her for eternity. But tragedy had other plans, as a lycan attacked her and ripped her to pieces three months later. That lycan was torn to shreds by his strength, but imideatly disappeared into the shadows for years after words. He's finally shown his face again, but alas he seems to have completely isolated himself now. Sometimes in a rare moment he'll remember her, whether it be her name or appearance, and rare blood red tear falls down. But after one moment of exposure he immediately recoils back to his shell. It almost seems like no one can break him.

Known for her cynicisim and short mind-set she's not the person you would assume for happyness at any point in time, but her turning has turned the lights off in her mind, and stolen any trace of optamisim she would ever have.
History: On her nineteenth birthday, she was out at a bar with a fake 21 id. She got seriously drunk and stumbled back behind the club with a gentlemen who promised to take her home that night. But said gentlemen turned out to be a vampire and she was changed from that moment on. After she was sired, the vampire left her in that allyway with a giant hunger and no explination as to why she's upset. abdandened, she attacked a nearby child out of hunger and has not been able to look at another kid since.

Name: Touya Yagari

Age: Appears 21, is actually 112

Personality: Most people would first perceive him to be cold, and he certainly is that, along with a little bitterness thrown into the mix. However, beneath his icy cold shell is an awkward man, who doesn't like social situations at all.
He has a few personas which he likes to adopt, when being himself just won't do, he can be the cool Casanova, or the bright, friendly natured guy, always willing to give a hand.
Overall he takes a lot of time to figure out, and although he is cold, there is still a shred of humanity left within him, even though he wouldn't like to admit it.

History: It was early Summer of 1897, it was hot out and the rich were taking it easy in the shade, whilst Touya was forced to work to keep up payment on the run down house he was expected to call home. He was currently working as a hotel bus boy, although he was also expected to be a handy man, and general slave for his measly wage. Well it was better than being in the workhouse, at least he wasn't that poor.
Anyway, one of the fat cats from a local investment bank had just arrived at the hotel, and he needed help carrying some documents up to the room where he and some other rich business men were apparently having a meeting. Well at least that was what Touya thought...
When he got to the room, he noticed that there were two large boxes covered with a thick black cloth, with noises and a smell like you wouldn't imagine coming from them.
There were several men in the room and a lot of money being passed around, as well as something that looked like betting slips. So the first thing that came to mind was that these guys were going to bet on a dog fight, and it was obviously it was dogs that were in those boxes, right?
Wrong.
All of a sudden he was gripped from behind, a hand covering his mouth and preventing him from calling out for help. He kicked and struggled, but no matter how much he fought he could not break free. Then as one of the black cloths were removed, he stopped struggling, his eyes going wide, and his body frozen from shock and fear. Underneath the cloth was a cage containing something neither human nor animal. It looked human, but it had teeth and claws like some sort of wild animal, it's skin was a deathly grey colour and it was so skinny you could see it's ribs sticking out, and count the vertebrae on its back.
The second cloth was removed and there was another creature, and the sight of it threw Touya into a panic, and he started to struggle once more, but it was useless.
What he didn't know was that he was actually in a room filled with demons, and the two creatures in the cages were vampires, captured and tortured for the demons' amusement.
That was the last thing he remembered, before waking up cold, and alone, devoid of any clothing and his body was battered, bruised and absolutely littered with bite marks causing a pool of blood to form on the ground beneath him, and that was the last moment of his humanity.

Personality:
Dai is usually a cold heart blooded person, but sometimes has a soft, sensitive side. People just go by the way his outside looks, instead the way he acts inside. He can be nice when in a good mood, but other than that, you better not annoy him for any reason.
History:
December 13, 1901, a snowy night, nothing, but a white blanket covering the outside world around Dai. Walking around the town, only his jacket to depend on for warmth. His pants were ripped up by dogs who randomly attacked him... no gloves, no hat. Just his jacket, under shirts, pants, and shoes for heat. A slight breeze would easily freeze him into an icicle, but he wasn't worried about that. The only worry in his mind was the fact that he killed his own parents. Yes, killing them. Not only wounded them, sparing them, or thinking twice and all it took was a knife into their rib cage. Their blood still on his shirt under his jacket, blocking it from any night walkers.
As he walked into an unexpected alleyway, he notice a wall blocking his path, but shadows were seen behind him. Bigger and Larger men seem to have had sight of his presents. Willingly, he tried escaping his blockage, but it was just no use, his pathetic wish was a failure as the larger men just tossed him like a rag doll on the snowy ground. One of the men gripped on his neck, roughly picking him up to stop the air from entering his body. The other pushed him against the wall, wanting a scream, but Dai just didn't give it to him. He refused to give it to him. Another man tightened his fist and with only one strike, Dai had fallen face first into the ground, gasping for air. The rest just started kicking him until he finally coughed up blood. His whole body wouldn't move as it was covered in bruises... rough bruises. Finally, one took out a bat, walking from the crowd and in front of Dai. Dai's eyes widened as he had sight on the bat, knowing what was his fate. The other began beating Dai with the bat, blood spatting out of his body. A scream of every bat beating him escapes his throat until the night became silent once more. Dai was finally dead... blood surrounding his body with his eyes still wide open. The men ran away, victorious as he just laid there in a great lost.
This wasn't the end of Dai though. His spirit arose from his body, gazing back at his dead body being buried in snowflakes. Not even a single hint of fear escaped his face, just a cold blank expression. Something began moving behind him again, not another human, but a demon. A snarling demon just staring at Dai in a pissed off look. It finally charged at him, tackling him again to the snowy ground. Biting his shoulder blade, this time no blood was escaping his body, but a strange black shadow covering his whole body, turning him into one of them... into a demon. Arose from his transformation, a cold smile appearing on his face and now... a new day has entered Dai's life.

Dai is known as a Shadow Demon, meaning he can make others shadow alive, form into a shadow to hide from sight, and use what humans call it... 'Dark Magic', a black ball of energy. He also uses a sword {in the true form pic} when truly required.

Age: 18
Personality: Gideon has a superiority complex with anyone not from his race he believes that all others are below him regardless of their status in their own world. He tends to be quite lazy when fighting and wont use his full strength if he doesnt have to and has to be pestered into doing most things. Aside from this he is a loyal friend and cares deeply for those that take the time to get to know him

History: He was turned by his girlfriend of three years they had been going strong until they decided to take their relationship further when asked about it he assumed she meant sex when he turned up at her house that night she drained him of his blood and turned him. He resented her for keeping this from him for so long and then draining him without warning him a year passed and he got over it although they are still separated they remain friends. He is highly ranked within the vampire community having saved most peoples hides on more then one occasion and has lead a lot of the raids on vampire and demon territory to steal some humans.

Name: Jack Moonshine.
Age: 20.
Personality: Calm, usely silent. Kind whit his slaves. Asks his slaves to lock him in when its fullmoon so he does not kill them while he's a werewolf.
History: Got born in the tougher side of LA. He got raised there and learned how to survive the streets. When he was 17 he walked out in the forest of pure boredom, when a werewolf jumped out and bited him. He lived in pain for many years, never knowing what happened each fullmoon. He just woke up in random places each fullmoon and didn't remeber anything, people wondered what he was doing, and he couldn't explain it. Until one day somebody caught him on tape when he was a werewolf, and they also catched the part where he turned back into human again. The tape was sent live on national Tv, and everyone watched it, including him. He had to move awey from town, but quickly got might and power and got slaves, he always threat them nice because he feels sorry for them, and hoping they feel sorry for him and what he has become.

Name: Ya Roulan
Age: (Demon)She appears to be in her late twenties, early thirties; Ya is really 637 years old. (Human)Around 23.
Personality: Ya is a one of those people who cherish order and enjoys calm, chaos makes her blood boil which in turn gives her a migraine. She is the type who believes in making a 'battle plan' before acting, and Ya refuses to let her emotions get the best of her. Hesitation is not an option either, a pause in a split-second decision in a life or death situation can be fatal, but if it's not something too very important.. Do take your time, Ya can be a very patient woman.
In her human form Ya takes on a somewhat different persona. Human Ya is very bubbly and strange, a girl who loves making people uncomfortable. She'll do anything to get peoples attention. Ya is very loud to the point that her inside voice is just a few octaves from being a constant yell. The human Ya is ADHD, easily distracted, and adores all things shiny and cute looking.
History: Ya grew up in a very traditional Chinese home, her Yé Ye and Nǎi Nai lived with Ya's Bà and Niáng, turning the seven person family into a nine person family. Ya was the youngest and the most adored, meaning she had constant attention and people fussing over her. She never enjoyed this, even as a small child, and though this all made her obviously uncomfortable her siblings insisted on making her feel bad for being the favorite. They would pull her hair, tease her about her 'overly slanty' eyes and their strange yellowish-green color, and when she got to puberty, they made fun of her large breasts(which earned her more attention from the boys in the village). For Ya, life was always a little too busy and too loud.
After several years, long into her late teens, Ya lived as a simple peasant girl. Her days were filled with teasing, work, flirting boys, and afternoons with her family, at least until she turned nineteen. Her Niáng, before morning chores started, led the drowsy and half dressed Ya out to the river, pulling the girl into the water and forcing her under. As Ya thrashed and struggled, she could see two glowing orbs where her Niáng's eyes would be, though her vision was blurred by the water. Then the need for air suddenly seized her, distracting her from her Niáng, and Ya began to gulp down water. It took about five minutes before the water became still and Ya just floated under the water, her Niáng still holding her down, and she just stared up into those bright crimson eyes that stared down at her. Two words, Ya couldn't identify the language, were muffled by the water and Ya could feel her eyes burn and her finger tips ache. Her heart began to beat and her lungs accepted the oxygen in the water, then she was allowed to sit up...

Power/Ability: Ya has very limited magical abilities, to the extent of barely being able to levitate small objects and reading only conscious thoughts. Her physical abilities however are that of extreme running speed.

RP Example: Ya placed a hand over her eyes, slouching further into her chair. "We need a plan, we have to protect the Dà Shī!" "Perhaps we could move her to the mountains," "She'll catch her death in those mountains, swarming with rogue vampires." "Well, I don't see you really trying to find a solution Biyu!" The arguing had been going on for hours, her servants and counselors, never ending yelling and screaming and panic... "Shut up! Enough, if all you can do is bicker, I will decide what needs to be done to protect my life and yours," Ya's voice softened as several pairs of eyes turned to her, pleading for her wisdom and reassurance, and with an elegant smile she relieved them of their worries. "I am you're Dà Shī, it is my duty to protect you, I promise," yellow-green eyes flashed brightly, the spark mistaken for determination when what she said was a lie. "They're all disposable, I can always get new servants.." Ya smiled to herself, hiding the green behind her slender hand, "Leave me." she demanded.

Name: Lucas 'Lulu' Mooris
Age: 19
Personality: Lulu is quite the character, a random mess of emotions all thrown together in one skinny, little package. He's a jokester and loves nothing more than laughing, usually at other peoples expense, but Lulu is good natured and can take the same medicine he dishes out. Lucas is very creative and imaginative, though there's really nothing original about him, his way of thinking and viewing things can turn out to be very abstract. He's a ditz and a klutz, the classical symptoms of a nervous personality, and Lulu can be very antsy; holding still and talking slow is not something he can do. The two most important things right there, he can't shut up and he can't hold still.
That's the silver lining of Lucas, the darker part of the cloud is his temper and when he gets upset. There is no inner turmoil to Lulu or bottled up emotions, it's all spur of the moment and it never last long, but when he is angry many different things can happen: things will get broken and there will be plenty of screaming, or just screaming and insults, or just a very childish temper tantrum. You'll never hear him cuss, but you will hear him over everything else. When it gets down to his feelings being hurt, it's just like anger, there are several scenarios that could take place: he'll just break down and cry it out, or Lulu will brood and pout for a couple of hours, or he'll call you a name and return to his normal self.

RP Example: "Aw, come on! Don't be such a baby, the water wasn't even cold." Lulu protested, waving his arms frantically in the air as he tried to hush the servant girls sobbing. Even though the blonde thought the joke was hilarious, it made him feel slightly guilty for picking on the new girl, he felt like he was going to cry with the little nine year old. Kneeling down in front of the soaked child, her big green eyes staring up at him pleadingly to make it all better, Lulu pulled his green wool sweater up and over his head "Arms up!" he chirped, smiling at the child as she obeyed immediately. "You know, we both have a lot in common," Lulu commented, pulling the sweater over the girls red head, "Really?" she asked, her voice muffled by the sweater for a moment. Lulu nodded, his gray eyes twinkling as he spoke, "Yeah, we both hate being wet!"
