Final Devotions

[The Librarian]

You awaken. You step out of your cryo module, let the frost drip off your skin, and step forward. Needles dig into your skin, inject countless chemicals into your body, and withdraw, letting blood flow freely down your arms and onto your bare body. You cry out in pain, but no one turns to listen. You scream, but nobody cares.
The chemicals take effect and you are thrown into a nightmare of colors and visions in your own head, tearing through your tortured mind untill you can't even think. The chemicals wear off, and your ravaged mind must see what they have done to your flesh. You are placed back into your cryo-tube and fall into an icy and pained sleep.
Then, one day, you awake. You step out of your cryo tube...but no needles come. The frost has pooled in your chamber, and your skin is clammy wet. You stand there, alone in the darkness, and wonder what has happened--where everyone went.
Then you realize the nightmare has only begun.

SUBJECT HISTORY: Both girls were admitted because people thought that they were suicidal. They both love the water but where they lived the only body of water around was the river, which was infested with alligators. The townsfolk began to think something was wrong with the girls because althogh they knew perfectly well the waters were unsafe they went down tot he river everyday.
They are twins and are inseparable. They have no need to talk to anyone because they have a strong telelpathy with each other and both only wish to talk to each other. They rarely speak but when they do its usually Kaname who does the talking.
Kaname is the more outgoing and spirited of the two. Mayune is quite shy but will talk when spoken to, that is if her sister isn't with her.
The doctors try to separate them but everytime they do something in the lab breaks because neither girl will stand to be alone.
SUBJECT MENTAL CONDITION: Kaname sees things, and the things she sees look so real she starts thinking they are real and ends up following the hallucination to somewhere dangerous. Mayune hears voices and sometimes, without realizing it, she ends up doing something unexpected and dangerous because the voices told her to.

James was somewhere between reality and cryo-sleep when his lungs reminded him they were filling with water.
He jolted up, coughing up mouthfulls, and banged on the door of his cryo pod. The usually frosty metal was lukewarm and submerged in water.
The door openned and unleashed a wall of water, within which was a half-drowned naked boy. He sat there, gasping for breath, still trying to empty his lungs of water. This wasn't a part of his usual rutein. He looked up, squinted into the darkness, and saw nothing. He waited for his eyes to adjust. They did, but he still saw nothing. No people, no extending needles, no computer-freaks staring at him through yellow visors.
Alone. Silent. These were words he'd never used since he'd gotten here. Where was everyone?

Zulay had managed to get herself out of her pod. She was coughing up water like crazy for the past half an hour or so, she felt like she couldn't breath. As soon as the water was mostly gone from her lungs, she took deep breaths of air, practically gasping. With her small stature, she was amazed that she even got out, everything around her was blurry but she could make out some objects. From what she could see, the room was completely empty, She stood on her two wobbly legs and headed for what looked like a semi large opening. She didn't know where she was.

The pod opened and released both Kaname and Mayune onto the floor. Mayune hugged her sister, expecting the needles but none came. They both looked around and saw no one. They were alone and they didn't know what was going on. 'Kana, what happened?' Mayune thought knowing her sister would be able to hear it. Kaname shook her head and shrugged her shoulders, "I don't know May." She said.

Intosanta was in real sleep in the water, and relaxed. Suddenly she woke up from swallowing water, she opened her eyes and reached for her katana by reaction and cut around her, leaving huge cracks in her cryo pod before it opened and she got thrown to the ground outside by the water. She coughed water for some seconds then tried to gather some air in her lungs, after having taken the water out of her eyes and gathered some air she wondered where everyone was, usely she had been injected 5 times and killed 2 people by this time. She spotted two others around her, but she didn't mind them, she just wondered what had happened.

James stood up finally, aware of a loud crashing noise over...somewhere in the darkness. "Hello?" He called out. He almost wished he hadn't--if the doctors and scientists actually planned this, it could be some new torture-technique.
He'd risk it. Needles and prodders beat sitting in the dark without any idea of what's happening.

Lillian shot sat ub abruptly. It took her a minute to realize her pod was open. She screamed in horror. She was accustomed to blacking out arbirtrarily and not remembering things that happened so this really shouldn't have been a cause for alarm. Yet it was, and she simply had to know what had happened to her.

Zulay decided to close her eyes, the blurriness was annoying her. With her light footsteps she could 'feel' where everything was. As she got closer to the semi-large door, she opened her eyes. Everything was darker, she peeked out of the room and into the dark hallway. There was a slight crashing noise coming from one of the ends of the hallways, then a moment later there was another one. She could have sworn she heard a voice...so she decided to venture toward the noise.

She spotted a figure beside her, and she cowered her ears when it suddenly spoke, she hadn't heard sound in many years and was still a bit sensible to hear it. She took her hands awey from her ears and said to the figure: "Shut up.. Please.. I got a headache..."

James, accustomed to years of scorn and hostility, decided to stop talking. He peered out at the room, but for all he coulld see, it could have very well been an empty abyss. The air was stale, and there was an eerie silence filling the room. He had to keep talking--just to keep the silence away. "Where'd everyone go?"

[Emillianna]

She had walked a little further down the dark hallway. She approached a door where a faint light had come from, the floor was a little wet. She could feel it, it was a litltle warm but cold from being exposed to the air. She looked into the room and saw a boy, "Where'd everyone go?" She heard his voice. 'Is he talking to himself?' She didn't know whether or not she should say something.

[The Librarian]

There was a steady "drip, drip" from behind him. James turned, almost dreading it, and saw a girl. Not just any girl--a pretty one, soaked to the bone, like the other girl. They were all in the same boat, then..."Uhh, where is everyone?" He asked her. "I woke up, and they forgot to drain the water in my pod..." Where was his pod, anyhow?
Great. He hadn't even taken ten steps and he was lost already.

"I dont know... Now please, stop! My headache is killing me..." She said and sighed. She held up her katana and swung it forwards, it always made her feel safe, like she had control.

She walked over to the boy and tried moving some of the wet hair that stuck to her face. She blinked a couple of times, her eyes were adjusting to the darkness. "I..I don't know" She mumbled.

Thump...thump...thump....the silent drumming of his heart echoed softly through August's mind. The mixture of liquids swirled around him, becoming chaotic and rushing out to freedom into the space that opened themselves up, dragging August with. He tumbled to the ground with a groggy choke, after being gagged by the rushing water. Hunched over he cleared his throat, hacking for a moment. His breath was caught and he froze as realization dawned on him. A cold sweat of fear drapped over him as if the chill of the lab was enough. Seconds teetered by, churning into fresh wasted minutes.

August a little unsettled, but a bit relieved in this change of pace, looked up, in wonder of where those sharp pains that he had learned to fear, were no where. Confused he sat up slightly, noticing that not only that but there were no scientists. There were a few of the other subjects, but other than that, nothing. Growing a genuine sense of curiousity he hunkered down turning to stare thoughtful at the other few as they murmured amongst themselves. It was bothering him really though, this sense of unpredictability; you never really knew what would occur and that just frightened him.

"Sorry," he whispered to the snappish girl. Did she have a sword? How strange.
To the other girl he said,"I'm James." That was it, right? James? It had been so long since he'd said his name, it felt wrong. James sounded right, but how could he tell?
It didn't matter. As of now, he was James.

Now her anger problems snapped, wierd, it usely took longer. She walked to the sound of the boys voice and took her sword on his neck. She held it there for a few seconds so he understood what it was, then said: "Please, just shut up!" Then she added: "Im Intosanta"

[The Librarian]

James found himself at knife(or sword)point, staring into a pair of lasers, drilling holes into his corneas. Sweet Jesus... He nodded quickly, careful to make no noise. This...Intosanta...was psychotic.

[Emillianna]

"Hey stop that!" Zulay yelled, another side of her was taking over, "We're all confused and lost here ok?!" She had completely snapped.

"Good." She said and removed her sword, noticing the warning from the girl. She sighed and sat down again, like nothing had happened.

Zulay covered her eyes, as if she was trying to hide or something. She was starting to remember there was another side to her. A side she had blocked away long ago.

[The Librarian]

James looked between the two girls. One had tried to kill him and the other was...hiding? How odd. Was he the only sane one here?
He stepped away from Intosanta and sat down by the other girl. He felt unusually weak, like standing was a difficult achievement. Sitting felt like a huge relief. "A-are you okay?" he whispered as softly as he could manage.

She moved her hands and looked at him, "I..I think so" She somewhat stuttered. She had returned to 'Normal' and she felt safe in her own body.

She sighed and ignored them, and started to make her sword shiny with the help of some spit and her clothes.

Lillian tentatively approached the voices. "Um- hey, where am I?"

The twins could hear voices in the darkness now. They stood up and held each other hands.
'Kana, can you hear them too?' Mayune thought to her sister, squeezing her hand tighter.
"Don't worry May. You aren't hearing things this time." Kaname told her sister.
'And you don't see....scary things?' Mayune thought. she didn't like talking and it was easier to just use her mind to speak.
"No, I can't see anything." Kaname said. Then spoke out, into the darkness, "Is anybody there? Can anybody hear me?"

"Yes, I hear you!" Lillian replied. "Can you tell me what's going on? I'd come closer to you but I can't see you."

[Danny_Danger]

The eyes opened, finally had sight of the world around him. The darkness of the world. Not really a sight, but still something... right? Keido's pod opened, water rushing out with him spilling with it. Puking the water from his mouth, his lungs now finally had a first breath of air. His body felt numb at first, but soon had some feeling to move. He stood up, staring into the blankness of the dark surrounding him. Where is he? What was he doing in a pod? Every little unanswered questions filling his head with mysteries left unsolved. Why can't he see? Was this the new life he has to put up with? Why can't he remember anything except for the fact he was in a pod? He opened his mouth, but no words left his throat. He wasn't scared though. He wasn't even happy. Emotionless. That's how he can describe his expression barely showing on his face. Keido made his first step forward after so many years. He heard other people. He wasn't alone. "Whose there," his first words he asked in years, but he couldn't be silent forever.

Kaname looked at her sister, "Can you sense her mind?" She asked after hearing someone shout to them. Mayune squeezed Kaname's hand even more and then nodded.
"We don't know!" Kaname answered, "We're going to see if we can find you!"
Mayune, still holding Kaname's hand, guided them to where Lillian was.

{I suppose I get a little bit of a right to post my first post even though Librarian isn't here, sorry I couldn't be on sooner.}

Large gray eyes stared through murky water and thick plasticy glass, wisps of pale pink hair amusing the creature inside the cyro pod. It breathed the water, prodding slim fingers against the glass curiously, it's legs uncurling and kicking harshly at the pods door. With a loud clatter and a startled, choked scream, It fell to the floor, laying in the mixture of broken glass and thick water, but It pushed itself into a sitting position. Loud, baby-like giggling tumbled out of its mouth as it made to stand up, it's hands pressing on the floor for leverage and it squealed as the water caused it to slide a little. It took a few minutes, but the creature managed to stand up, still laughing happily as it leaned against the pod for support.

{Sorry, guys, but today is a bonus--I won't be be back untill next week, on acounta grounding... Ninja Panda, everyone is naked. They went into the pods with nothing but their skin, so the sword could be an issue here.}

James heard others in the darkness. More people? How many were doctors? He almost called out, remembered the psyco-lady, and walked out towards them. Maybe they were sane...

She sighed watching the boy walking awey, she had nothing better to do so she followed him.

She pounded on her cryo-tube untill the glass shattered then burst out and hacked up tons of water 'where is every one?' she asked herself as she got up and walked around to find out where she was.

Kaname looked at her sister, "Can you sense her mind?" She asked after hearing someone shout to them. Mayune squeezed Kaname's hand even more and then nodded.
"We don't know!" Kaname answered, "We're going to see if we can find you!"
Mayune, still holding Kaname's hand, guided them to where Lillian was.

Lillian tentatively approached the voice. Then, a curious thing happened. She blacked out and one of her personalities took over. The personality's name was Tiffani and she was one of the giddy, outgoing ones. "OMG, I'm so excited to meet you! I've been, like, dying to meet some friends, you know?"

Mayune and Kanam looked at each other and then back to the girl.
"Excited? In a place like this?" Kaname asked surprised that anyone could be so hyper in their current situation.

Lillian's personality switched again. This time it was Laura, a daredevil/tomboy with a very tough exterior. "What, you think I can't handle this place? Listen, sister, you may fear the unknown but I flirt with danger as much as possible. You only live once, after all.

"Um.....no.....I don't think I said you couldn't." Kaname said. She looked at her sister for help.
"She has three different people within her." Mayune said aloud this time. Kaname nodded in understanding.
"Ok. Now it makes more sense." She said.

The cold air mingled with his damp bare skin causing him to shiver. His shivers distracted him, the simple distraction made his mind go blank. Words were spoken off to his left side leaving, Whose there, echoing in his head.

Looking over to his left he noticed what he failed to do so before, more subjects. The moment of curiousity returned and he proceeded to stand up. It had been a long time since he had walked and even more simply just stand. On shaking legs he steadied himself, feeling rushed into his legs mixing with the dampness of his skin and for a moment he felt numb. Shaking his head, he shivered slightly again. "We're here," he said in response to the other's inqury.

she finally found some one, it was three girls, one of which was going spazo on one of the others "uum hello does anyone know where we are?" she asked them

"She knows!" Laura said to Tiffani. "I told you to let me handle everything."

"Oh my God, it's not that big of a deal. We'll figure something out, I promise."

The two personalities had surfaced to protect Lillian. If they were found out it could go badly for her.

No one answered Keido's question, though he heard others talking. He began walking without stopping, until he stumbled upon a girl talking to herself. Tilting his head to the right, he gazed at her with no memories of what kind she is. A werewolf? A human? Why would a human talk to themselves? He blanked out the questions to avoid incoming unanswered questions. "Who are you," he asked taking a step forward toward her. His eyes were focused on her and only her with black surrounding the girl.

She sighed loudly, and stopped following him. She sighed again and wondered what she was going to do, when she suddenly discovered she was naked. Great.. She thought and walker over to some closets and started to search for her cloths, after having searched a while she found them. She took them on and walked over to Keido to listen what they talked about.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido's eyes glanced over his shoulders, finding a girl who followed him. He then turned his body toward her, seeing she had clothes and he had none. Naked and revealing to people around him. "Who are you," he repeated his question to another. No one seemed to answer his questions which made him pretty aggravated.

"Im Intosanta." She said, plain and simple. She didn't want to reveal more then she had too. "And your are?" She asked, but clearly showing no interrest for it.

[Danny_Danger]

"Where did you get the covers," Keido ignored her question, uninterested of speaking his name. Something he hated was speaking about himself to an unknown specie. Though the rest of him wasn't memorized and clear to him. His childhood. His birth creater. Everything in the past wasn't stored in his memory.

"In the closets over there." She said and pointed the way the closets was, he was like her. Didn't like talking, and she respected that. She sighed and started to play a little with her sword.

Laura made an executive decision for the three people living in Lillian's body. "Okay, we've kept this secret for long enough. For those of you who want to know, you think there's only one of us but there's really three so don't cross us!"

[Danny_Danger]

Keido's eyes widened slightly from the sight of a sword. A memory of the tragic blade stabbing someone. But who? He shook his head, fading the image away from his mind. Walking toward the closet, he glanced around for a shirt and pants. He took out a shirt and quickly put it on him. Finding pants, he added them onto his legs. "The blade. Where did you get it," he asked in a calm, low tone, but wasn't making any eye contact with the girl. He was just staring into the closet for another to cover his feet.

"Hm? Oh this. I always carry it around with me, when they put me in that thing I quess they let me keep it, because its the only true friend I got in this world." She said and hugged the side of her sword. "I dont think its any swords to find around here." She added.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido turned his head toward the girl hugging her sword, shaking his head a bit. "A sword, huh? Not my type of weapon," he stated glancing around for anything useful. Shrugging, he softly sighed, now wanting his freedom from this place. Blood cravings were kicking in and he was desperate to feed. "How do I get out of this prison?"

"I wish to know that too, im getting tired of this place." She said and sighed, then leaned on her sword.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido sighed, sitting on the ground to calm his cravings. "I'm a bit hungry for blood. Do you at least know what this place is," he asked desperate to have maybe a drop of blood in his mouth.

"This looks like some sort of labratory.. I dont know where it is, but everyone who was here is dead. And now we and some other people are walking around here to find out where they are.

[Danny_Danger]

"Dead bodies? Good, but my senses must be betraying me since I can't sense not even one dead body around here," Keido sighed, his fangs beginning to drool.

"I dont know if their dead actually, but their mystically gone and have left us behind." She corrected it, hoping he wouldn't go mad.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido had a disappointed look on his face. "What a waste. Look for any blood bags around here. Maybe they had bags filled with mysterious blood," he said gazing around for any red water in a plastic bag.

She sighed, and did not do as he said, why should she? Not her problem.... She started to play abit with her sword again.

Lillian jumped at the sight of the sword. She had never liked sharp objects because her mother had once threatened her with a knife in a drunken rage.

"Put that away!" Laura commanded.

Kaname and Mayune looked around the room. They were pretty sure by now that no one here was really human and Mayune was scared.
'They won't hurt us will they?' Mayune thought to her sister. Kaname shook her head.
"I don't know." She told her, "We'll just have to wait it out and see."
They looked at each other realizing that they also didn't have clothing. They walked over to the closet and found a baggy shirt each and a pair of jeans that would fit either one of them, since they were both relatively the same size. Kaname gave the jeans to Mayune to wear. She wore the baggy shirt and left it at that.

Arendalla woke up with with water up to her neck, she paniced as as she woke, semi muffled screams filled her tank. When the pod opened she fell out to her knees screaming in a tirant rage. She waited for pain and taunting in a language she didnt quite understand, and when there was nothing, she fell quiet. Her breath still slipping out tiny moans of torture. She rubbed her eyes and looked around, "H-Haila?" she said slightly loud. She felt fear like a child would if left alone in the dark. She slowly stood up towering near 6 feet. "Haila?!" she shouted.

Another tank opened releasing a crying girl. she waited for pain, "NO MORE NO MORE NO MORE!" She cried like a colicky baby. She didnt open her eyes all she did was cry and hold her head and knees as she turned to the fetal position. "No more!!" she said again and again. Joan held her ears to silence the silence. she coughed and choked the water out as she screamed.

ArenDalla picked up the baby cries and ran towards the sound, a few pods south she found a crying girl. She Slowly crept up to the child. Joan cringed and flinched with every step, "No more no more" she said faster. ArenDalla sat on her knees not to intimidate Joan any further.

Joan looked up. "No pain?" she said. Aren tried to understand, she processed what she had said and shook her head, 'no'. Joan reached up to Aren and hugged her. Aren instantly took on a motherly role and hugged the petite girl, hushing her and rocking her gently.

Jaymi ran as fast as she could towards the people she herd talking 'if those are more of those scientists i'm gonna rip their heads off!' she thought as she came into the room "Hey you're not the scientists and where did you get the clothes?" she asked the three people standing in the room one with a sheet and a sword, one with clothes on and another person that had no clothes on.

"Where? I got no where to put it.." She said, and she didn't lie. She really had no place to put it, and she refused to put it down on the ground and leave it.

"Okay, Laura, be reasonable," Tiffani scolded her. "I'm sorry; she's just really protective. Just don't use that on us, okay?"

Wet, blond hair stuck to its face as it effectively pacified itself with its first and middle finger. Its head titled to the side, sensitive ears picking up strange noises. Some were muffled and others were loud and it mimicked each one that was familiar: "Bla-ud, sign-in-tasts..." the words were loud, barely recognizable as the words the gray eyed creature was trying to immitate, but it finally heard a one syllable word it had learned to scream some time ago. "No! No! No!" It screeched repeatively, smiling at the echoes that yelled right back at it, and it pushed itself forward to take a few uneasy steps.

Jaymi ran as fast as she could towards the people she herd talking 'if those are more of those scientists i'm gonna rip their heads off!' she thought as she came into the room "Hey you're not the scientists and where did you get the clothes?" she asked the three people standing in the room one with a sheet and a sword, one with clothes on and another person that had no clothes on.

Lillian's primary personality came back. When the other two took over she never remembered what happened during that interval and this time was no different. "God, something awful must have happened to me. I'm fading in and out of some horrible nightmare- at least I hope it's just a nightmare."

"This is a nightmare, we got no idea where we are, in some god forsaken dark place, with the people who tortured us gone. I want to get out of here.." She said to Lillian, she was not the person to try to hide the truth.

"Thanks." she told her as she looked through the closet. "Hey anyone know what this small symbol does when you push it?" she asked them as she found her old clothes stashed in a large box labled: Confiscated items.

Lillian let out a small, mirthless laugh. "I can barely even remember my last name. I don't think I'd be able to tell you who or what anything here is. Should we risk pushing this symbol? I mean, what could they possibly want with our clothes?"

James slipped a pair of pants on, not finding a shirt that wasn't too small. There were alot more people around, but they were all as lost as he was. "So, nobody knows where anyone is?"

Lillian shook her head as she put on a blouse. "No," she answered as she fumbled with the buttons. "And for that matter, I don't know how long we've been here."

"Maybe they just thought we was a lost cause and left?" She suggested.

"Or maybe they're secretly watching us to see what we'll do next," Lillian said nervously. "But what would be the purpose of bringing us here in the first place?"

"After what I have seen, it seems all of us got a problem in some way." She said. "And that is probaly why they got us here." She added.

"Yeah, I've always had this problem with weird gaps in my memory," said Lillian. "But apparently it hasn't been solved because I still can't put together what happened to me."

"And I got anger problems, just so you know it. Thats why you might see this sword in action if you anger me too much." She said and gave a little evil smile.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido was eavesdropping on the conversation created by two girls near him. "I guess I'm here because I'm a vampire," he finally said, turning to them. "It doesn't really matter how we got in though. We just need to find out how to get out of here," he said feeling his fangs drool from not draining for years.

At hearing the word 'vampire' Mayune cowered completely behind Kaname.
"I see things, and my sister hears things." Kaname said, giving a comforting look to Mayune. 'It's ok, I'm sure he won't hurt us.' she thought to her sister.
Mayune nodded but didn't look very confident in it.

"Hes right you know, we gotta get out of here some way. Too bad its extremely dark in here, and we got a hard time seeing something, if someone can find a light switch it might help alot.." She said.

She pushed the button and to her suprise the lights turned on "Hurray." she said as she looked at everyone in the room then looked at her back and noticed her new clothes exposed her tattoo. 'I've gotta find a way to cover that up and find a hat.' she thought as she noticed her ears were sticking up above her hair.

She closed her eyes when the light came on, she had them closed for some seconds before she opened them again.

Lillian blinked as the lights came on. "Whoa- haven't seen that in a long time. Okay, I'm good now. I need to find a coat."

Keido jumped a bit as the lights turned on unexpectedly. Noticing five girls around the room. How odd. "Finally," he growled softly staring down at what seems to be what he was wearing. Fangs drooling like crazy, baring his fangs, but tried hiding them under his hands. "Where's the door around here?"

[ninja_panda]

"Dont ask me. And dont try to bite me vampire, I got a sword and im not afraid to use it." She said, noticing his fangs.

[Danny_Danger]

Growling, Keido turned his glance toward the girl with a sword. "As much as I'm dying of thirst, I have no interest draining you," his voice lowered since he was thinking of draining someone, but that thought quickly faded. Staring around, he walked around the room, laying his hand on the wall in confusion. A memory pictured into his mind about being dizzily dragged here. Though the door part was still a mystery.

She wondered why he didn't want to drain her. She mentally shrugged her shoulders and tried to find a door.

"Unless you would like to make a kind donation of half your blood or not near half. I'm about to go insane since I haven't had the sweet taste of blood in years," an uncontrollable shiver raced all over his body. Keido finally sat onto the floor, laying his head onto the tile floor. Closing his eyes and picturing the remainder of the memory, but the vision was a blur, so it was difficult having complete sight of the surroundings.

"Im sorry.. But look over there, a person who didn't survive the cryo capsel." She said and pointed over at a corpse on the far end of the room, she quessed the person had drowned in the capsel.

Keido sat up in interest. Spirit inside him that's not showing. Standing up, he slowly walked over toward the capsel the dead body is in. Laying his hand on the glass and his eyes locked onto the closed eyes. "What a brutal death. How do I open this," he asked still focused on the body's head and slightly tilted his head.

She walked over to the capsel next to him, she took out her sword and made a quick slash on it, so water started to flow out, then the rest of the water came out and the corpse floated out.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido picked up the corpse, frozen still as his eyes locked onto the body. Guilt? No, he was desperate, but he did feel pain for the dead body. "It better still be sweet," he mumbled, sinking his fangs into the neck. Draining the sour blood til the body is boned with not even one drop of blood felt. Wiping the blood from his mouth, he stood up back, kicking the body to lay on it's stomach. "How bitter and sour," he growled softly. Grateful at least his cravings were gone.

"Dont complain, its better then nothing." She said and lowered her sword again. She continued her search trying to find a door.

"Shut it, human," Keido hissed, joining the other for the search of a door. Draining maybe the others here would've been optional he thought with a soft sigh.

She tried pushing the panels on the walls, but she didn't find anything.

"I give up," Keido finally said, sitting back down in disappointment. "Nothing here is a sign of a door and my memories are failing on me." He sighed lightly, thinking that he can never drain blood. Never have a hint of fresh air. If they're lucky maybe the scientist here will let them out, but what's the odds of that happening?

She continued searching, and when she reached the third wall she had luck. The panel went into the wall, and the panels around it did the same, making a dark passage who had space for a medium sized human.

Keido turned his attention to the opened panel. Standing up, he walked toward the human. "Think we'll fit," he asked turning to the others also. A doubt rushed in his head since there were about six people in this room including him.

"Oh cool you found a door." Jaymi said as she scratched her ear with her clawed foot. After she had finished scratching she stood up and walked through the door.

Lillian followed Jaymi through the door. "Okay, we're still in some sort of building. Which way do we go now?"

She followed them into the dark passage. "Im not sure this is so smart, me dont know what can be in here." She said, she was usely not a scardy pants, but something with this corridor gave her the creeps.

Laura's personality took over Lillian's body. "Well, would you rather stay in this hellhole? If you would then be my guest. Any place is better than this!"

She sighed and walked into the tunnel. She pushed her way to the front and held her sword ready if it was something in here.

Keido followed the humans in the passageway. Slowing his pace since he actually was going to protect them from the back. His senses were back in control, so it might be easier sensing attackers charging at them. "This may be risky since we don't know what the end of this tunnel leads to," he finally spoke out with a soft sigh.

Jaymi sniffed the air and smelt something sort of like sulfur and said "I smell something wierd." she said looking back at the rest of the group and thought 'I wonder why that girl is so weird.'.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido sniffed the air, but no reaction. No scent. No movement. Nothing. "What does it smell like," he asked the girl who was sniffing the air.

[sir peter]

"Sort of like sulfur if i've ever smelt it before." she told the guy who had asked her the question. "I think it's coming from over here." she said as she turned left where another hall connected to the one they were in.

[Danny_Danger]

"Best not to go there then," Keido said his eyes turned to the path where the scent came from. "Why can you smell it, but I can't," he asked raising an eyebrow. Was it because he was different? Maybe his senses were having a problem? Either way, he couldn't smell the scent.

((um.....What's been going on? There's quite a bit to read....I'm scared to know how much is gonna be here when I leave to go camping for a few days... o.0))

"Maybe it's because of the fact that i'm a fox demon." she whispered to him as she walked closer to him. "Can you see in the dark?" she asked him.

{ weeell.... practically everyone's character found a tunnel and are exploring in it to find a way out }

"My abilities aren't what they used to be. Every since I waken from that capsule, my senses haven't been working well and I've been weak, but I can sense your appearance," Keido laid his hand on the demon's head. "Glad to have someone else who isn't human around here." He revealed his first smile after so many years. "Can you see in the dark?"

"Not really i just wondered because i wanted to show you the tattoos of where my tails are." she said to him while she followed the smell of the sulfur. But then she noticed another scent, the sent of another person. "Hey i smell more people." she said

Kaname and Mayune wandered around in the tunnel. Kaname kept looking to her sister for hope that she could sense somebody's mind.

Jaymi turned around and went into a tunnel towards the new scent hoping that it wasn't the scientists.

Mayune tugged on her sister's sleeve. 'There's someone here with us. It seems like one of the patients like us.' she thought to her.
"Where at?" Kaname whispered.
'down the tunnel' Mayune thought.

Riliel followed Jaymi, holding her sword ready.

"I think the people know where here...." she said in a creepy voice turning down another tunnel towards the scent still hoping that it was more patients.

"Maybe they do.. Maybe they not." She said and continued to follow her.

Keido sighed softly, following the scents of the others and the new incomers. "Make sure you kill the scientist silently. Noises will just make more come after us and before you know it, we'll be back in the pod," he warned the defenders ready to attack.

"I don't think it is the scientists." Jaymi siad as she remembered how the scientists smelt "The scientists smelt sterile. These smell like water." she informed him.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido tilted his head. "New creatures from other pods? Sounds reasonable," he said to the girl. "Let's welcome them. It would be rude to scare them near death."

"You seem to me as a person who would enjoy it.." She said as she walked. I hope its scientists, my sword haven't got some action in a long while.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido shook his head slightly, though in a smirk. "I would, but at this moment, I'm not in the mood to do anything in my nature," he said softly with a light sigh.

"Whatever blood sucker.." She said and continued walking.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido rolled his eyes at the name he'd was given. Walking behind her, he wrapped his arms around her neck, hissing in her ear. "What was that, human," he snarled, keeping his voice low. "Just because you have a sword, doesn't make you stronger than what you look."

"Do you dare call me a human? Im as unnormal as you are vampire. Im a werewolf, and proud of it, now get awey from me." She said, seemingly unaffected by that he touched her.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido's eyes slightly widened, but didn't feel fear against the werewolf. "A werewolf, huh? How cute to have a pup here," he teased, letting the girl go. "Shocking how you don't attack me first, but you're better than having a slayer here," he sighed with a bit of a smirk.

"Oh shut up pale face.." She teased back and continued walking.

"Calm down, pup. Want a treat to calm your nerves," Keido played with a slight chuckle.

"Yay i'm not the only animal person here then!" she said cheerfully and ran towards the new people and looked around the corner and said "It's all clear. and can i have that treat?".

"Want a treat to calm your nerves blah, blah, blah.. I regret pointing to the corpse you took blood from, should just have killed you on the spot.." She said to him as much as to herself.

Keido rolled his eyes and turned to the other girl wanting a treat. "Love to, but I don't have any," he said with a slight chuckle. "Then why didn't you kill me," he asked turning back to the girl with the sword.

"Because if it actually is some scientists in front of here im going to use you as shield." She said, starting to grow tired of him now.

[Danny_Danger]

"And if there isn't," Keido asked raising an eyebrow. "You seem like a weak little girl to me." He smirked, glancing around the tunnel for a way out.

She spun around and held the sword to his neck. "Say that again and your life will be over before you know it." She said, putting a little force in her sword so a blood drop got out from his neck.

[Danny_Danger]

Keido smirked, slowly backing his neck away. "Cute! You can even play! Now heal," he teased, grabbing the sword and pulling it away from his neck.

She turned around again without a word, this vampire was going on her nerves..

Keido laid his hand on the cut made by the sword. Licking the blood from his neck onto his palm was the only way to please his cravings.

She continued walking, oblivious of his acts. "Doesn't this tunnel have an end?" She said after a while.

[sir peter]

"Would you two please stop fighting, it's getting annoying." she said to them as she turned abruptly and was soonfacing a crossroad.

"I go to the right.." She said and sighed, then walked to the right without even waiting for anyone.

"She's right about going right." she said to herself

She ignored her and continued walking.

((We have walked into a tunnel we're we are just talking about random stuff. My character has revealed that she is a werewolf, while Keido (Danny Danger's character.) is anoying the crap out of her. Now we are at a crossroad where I moved right and Peter followed me.. And that's pretty much it.))
