{Raven Corps created a gene--the Valtec strand--that can let people shape shift. Their first subject, Shana, volunteered to take it, with horrifying results--she became an amorphous murdering psychopath. A killer of a thousand faces, a means to kill for every breath she gives out...the perfect murderer. The ultimate threat to humanity.
Raven Corps sees a world where humans are no longer bound to their own imperfections--a world where humans are perfect, morphing away from their own sins and errors. Therefore, they can't let this one girl mean failure. They want to cure Shana of her mental state, and believe the best solution is repeated exposure to perfect strangers in attempts of friendship. If they succeed, humanity could know a whole knew meaning of order and change...and maybe even utopia.}
