Past: Jeff has had a pretty dark past. He was married at 16 to a beautiful girl, but she left him, and everything went down hill. He did drugs, snorted crack, and went to rehab at 20. Once he go out, he realized that the only people who truly understood him was his students. And particulary one student. Jeff only knows the life of teaching. He doesn't want to remember his old life.
Likes: He really likes to smoke. Yes, its bad, but he doesn't care. He also likes his homeroom class. He can always talk to them.
Dislikes: Most other teachers who look down on him for his dirty past.
Appearance: Jeff has shoulder length chocolate brown hair and beautiful bright blue eyes. He is quit muscular, and well-built. He has a tattoo of his wife's name, Melanie. He really truly loved her.
Other: N/A
Outfits: During school, Jeff usually wear different colored slacks and white button-up shirts. Out of school, he mostly wear shorts and tank tops or t-shirts.

Mr.Renolds leaned back in his chair with his feet on the desk. He was waiting for the day to start. Students were alread filing in and taking their seat, getting ready for homeroom. He scanned his homeroom class, looking if everyone was there. Almost. Mr. Renolds sighed and sat back straight, getting his lesson plans for the other classes ready. He looked at the clock and just then the bell rang. Late again. He shook his head.

Once he was done, he began talking about school activities. "...And I hope all of you have remembered that tomorrow night is Parent/Teacher Conferences. Everyone needs to bring their parents and be here, because you will also receive report cards at the end of it"

He did what all great minds did when something went wrong,skate,well atleast all the people he looked up to. He turned his car on,his engine purred as he sped away down the street. He really didn't care if a ticket happy cop tried to pull him over, He needed to clear is mind. He pulled up to a forest,that lined the edge of the road, only about a mile from jeff's house.He jumpped out of his car with a frown,he grabbed his birdhouse out of the backseat.Moments later,he was in a cement paradise.Ramps set up on cement,rail line by the ramps, and nobody was here. A smile swept his face when he remembered making this place with his friends awhile ago. He just walked over to a five foot kicker,and sat aburtily on it. Sighing,he glared around. He wished for someone to vent to,but ofcourse no one.

Jeff sighed and slowly walked into his house. He really didn't know what to do. Everything went completely wrong. He just didn't understand what happened. This isn't what he wanted to happen. He wanted to raise the baby with Mel and just be happy. He already los ther once, he didn't want to loose her again. He didn't know what to do, so he just left the house and started walking down the street, not sure where he was going. But he didn't care.

Jeff walked around in the woods. It seemed like hours before he tripped over something and it brough him out of his 'trance'. It really had been hours though. He was in a pitch black forest with no sound around him but crickets. He sat on the forest floor, staring at his sorrondings. How was he going to find his way out of here? Who was going ot be there for Cyrus when he got back? He groaned and layed back.

Cyrus slipped into his car with ease,and jammed the key into the starter.The engine start with a soft roar,dulling out to a silent purr as he sped away down the street.Music didn't fill every corner of the car,like normal,it was silent,except for the noise from outside.He passed Jeff's house about a minute later,he scanned quickly as he flew by for someone...no one.He rolled his eyes,as he realized that Jeff nor Mel would want to see him again.He just kept on driving,not to his house,to where ever he was when the gas died.

Jeff yawned and woke up when the sun was just visible through the trees. Then he realized that he wasn't to far from the road. "i slept in the woods for nothing" he muttered to himself as he stood up, brushed himself off, and walked to the road. He walked for a while, reaching his house in about 15 minutes. He was anxious to see if Cyrus was in there, so he ran up the front stairs and swarmed into the house. No one. He sat on his couch "I hope he doesn't think it was his fault...." he muttered, looking at the wall.

Jeff got up and walked around his house for a while. He skimmed through the fridge, looking for something atleast appetizing to eat. But ofcourse, there was absolutely nothing in there. So he went to work cleaning up the house. He needed something more than just cleaning, so he blasted some Journey and went back to cleaning. This still didn't keep the thoughts out of his mind. The kiss was the first thing that came back to his mind. It was amazing, even though he shouldn't think that.

Cyrus almost threw a fit when he realized that he left his bag at Jeff's. That was the very last place on Earth,he wanted to be! A soft sigh escaped his lips,as he stood and walked to his room.Dirty clothes lined the floor,and clean clothes lined the dresser and desk. He grabbed a pair of 3rd line skinny jeans and a blue flannel D.C. shirt.He stripped quickly,and replaced his clothes,before he quickly sped out the door heading to get his bag. Though,he knew that it was just and excuse to see Jeff.

He called him that since he knew he wouldn't have a kid of his own, since Mel had just walked out. He wondered where she would go, and if she would be ok. Probably back to her mom's house. Jeff smirked and watched him go. He sat on the counter and yawned, swinging his legs in the air. He felt like a kid doing that. He looked around the kitchen and then at the floor. he would have to clean it up, it looked disgusting. He sighed and smiled, blushing slightly.

Cyrus walked into the bathroom a few feet down the hall. Grabbing a towel otu of the closet by the now closed door,he sighed. For once,he felt welcomed.He stripped himself of his shirt as he turned the 'Hot' knob all the way,and the 'Cold' a fourth of the way.He closed the towel seat,and sat on it absently,as he waited for the water to heat.

Jeff sighed and went upstairs. He tidied up "their" room and then lied on the bed and stared up at the ceiling. He thought about how Mel was doing, and if the baby was okay. It was due pretty soon, so she had better be taking care of it. He flicked on the TV and turned the channels until something caught his eyes. The headline said "Young Pregnant Woman Reported Dead After Major Car Accident" Jeff blinked and then almost yelped. The picture they showed was Melanie.

Cyrus strolled into the room a towel covering his naked bottom half. He grabbed a pair of boxers and pants and slid them on. "What's wrong?"He asked,glancing at the television.Was that damn thing lieing again? He just stared in shock.It's not like it mattered to him,right? Cyrus began to shake as he realized she got in the accident becuase she left. She left becuase of his actions.A single tears shook down his face." S-s....so...sorry"He said trying to stop the agressive shaking that had aburtly taken over his body.

Jeff glanced at Cyrus. He stared and shook his head. Quickly he was off the bed and hugging Cyrus tightly to himself "It's not your fault..." he whispered in his lover's ear. He didn't even realize that he was crying until he saw several tear spots on Cyrus' shoulder.

Jeff slowly made his hand move. It barely touched the back of Cyrus' head as he ran his fingers slowly through the boy's hair. He had started crying harder. He couldn't believe she was gone. He remembered when they were still kids in school. How they had met and how they had parted ways. And then how they had met again. He shook his head and then thought of the baby. It would never be able to see the light of the world. His crys became hicups.

Jeff pulled back and wiped his eyes. He smiled at Cyrus and lightly kissed his forehead. "Thank you Cyrus." he whispered and hugged him again. He knew he was going to have to be strong too. He didn't want Cyrus to see how much of a baby he was. He stepped away from Cyrus and clicked the TV off. He couldn't handle that anymore.

Muscles tensed and loosed unrythemly,as emotions still flood his body.Sorrow,Guilt, and Anger were by far the strong of them though.He stood with a akawardly fake smile,plastered across his lips.He walked behind Jeff silently,to the bed.He rolled under the messy covers,and covered himself.The warm smell of his lover exploded in his nostrils,it made him forget the whole thing had happened.

Jeff looked at him and smiled. He loved this boy. He really did. He had since school started, he just didn't realize it until now. He realized that Cyrus was all he needed right now. Yea, he was sad that Melanie was gone. But everyone died. It was fate. Jeff walked to the bed and got under the covers, curling up. He still felt like crying, but he didn't want to right now. He just wanted to lay here with his lover and not move for a long time.

He didn't have to open his almond shaped eyes to know it was Jeff,is lover.The cover puffed and sucked in,as he wiggled to be right nexst to Jeff.His face allmost being sufficated by Jeff's chest,he was that close.

Jeff smiled and wrapped his arm tightly around Cyrus. He kissed his head and closed his eyes, not wanting to deal with any of this anymore. He just wanted to go to sleep for a while. Have pleasent dreams about something other than reality, because reality really sucked right now. He was glad he still had something there with him. If it wasn't for Cyrus...He shuddered at the thought. If it wasn't for Cyrus, he wouldn't be here right now.

Jeff smiled and watch Cyrus all night, unable to sleep. He combed his fingers thorugh the boy's hair as he dreamed. When Cyrus yelled his name, he blushed and laughed to himself. He kissed his forehead and at about 4 in the morning he finally dozed off. He was a light sleeper, so he didn't sleep for long. But while he did sleep, he dreamt about Cyrus.

Eyes darted open early tuesday morning.Tuesday? Had he really slept from the afternoon till now? He didn't really care,Tuesday was the day he skipped to skate.He slithered out of Jeff's light grip effortlessly.He stood for a second,and streched before a sigh that came out to sound like a moan.He grabbed his bag and headed for the door.

"Hey! Wake up!You gotta go to school!"He screamed as he slidded into the hallway. He grabbed his board and kissed Jeff as he awoke and headed for his civic.

"What?!?!" Jeff sat up and glanced at the clock. "Shoot!" he jumped out of the bed and almost fell over. He realized he had over two hours until he had to leave. He twitched and then walked to the bathroom, turning the hot water on and getting undressed. He yawned loudly and climbed into the shower. He smiled and leaned against the wall with his eyes closed, letting the water hit his body.

Cyrus was leaning against a wall not to far from the bedroom.As Jeff made his performance,he could only laugh...haustericly(sp).Wiping a few tears,from laughing so hard, feet slid over hard floor boards to the bathroom."Are you okay?"he asked trying to hold back a laugh.The sound of a shower,reminded him that he need to take on."Oh and don't use all the hot water..."was added seconds after his question.

Jeff smiled and opened the door a little "Why not join me?" he asked and smirked. He stood there, hair dripping wet, peeking from around the door. He watched the boy with love, and then narrowed his eyes "And don't be laughing at me! Or I'll come out there get attack you" he smirked and almost giggled.

"But.." He pouted and sighed "Yea yea, I guess your right" It took Jeff about 5 minutes to shower. Then he got dressed and ran down stairs. The digital number on the clock read 6:37 A.M. He sighed and yelled to Cyrus. "Come on!" rang through the hallways as Jeff got his bag together and headed out the door. It was slightly raining, but it was almost still completely dark.

The honda glided behind Jeff's until the light two streets from the school.It was time for decision.Go skate for the day or go to school and see Jeff?A thoughtful sigh left his lips,as he started to turn his head.He was now slamming his hands on the steering wheel hard.Why was this so hard three days ago he would have chose skating,hands down.

"Damnit"He said with a gulity look.His fingers slid over to the blinker switch,a split second later he was turning into the turning lane.He glared into his back seat seeing his board,which only reassured him.It shouldn't have though.

It should have brought him sorrow.He as disobeying his guardian and lover.His mind was now spinning,as he turned onto the road with the skate park on it.This brought him joy.One last time,what could go wrong? "Knock on....w-o....car seat" he said slapping the passneger seat lightly.

Jeff yawned loudly and parked his car in the teacher's space on the side of the campus. Once he had all his stuff gathered, he locked up his car and headed for the west building, were his classroom was. His eyes wandered the student parking lot, looking for Cyrus' car, but he sighed when he didn't see it. "Skipping, eh? Hmm..." Jeff shook his head disapprovingly and continued on his walk to his room. There was still another good 30 minutes before homeroom started, so Jeff got in there early and started planning for the day.

Cyrus groan as the gaint half-pipe became clearer.The red sign hung from the fence in the front of the place.'Park closed for repair'."Damnit!"he spat and slamed against the horn hard...again.He pulled into the parking lot and began to turn around towards the way he came.

He walked down the hallway towards Jeff's classroom 10 minutes before school started.A sorrowfulled look was plastered across his face.HIs marron skinny jean hung tight against his legs as he entered the room,with a fake smile."Hey..."He said looking down,walking towards Jeff.He planted a kiss on his cheek and sat down.

Good thing no one was there.That would have been a akaward topic for the day.Flicking his hair out of his eyes and put his head on the desk.Why was the skatepark being close affect him so much? Maybe it was because it was the final chapter of his old life.
