Calum smiled as she left the concert area. She was so happy that she had been able to go to it, it took much bagging to her father to go to this thing on her own.

Markus smiled, watching Cally and smirked. This would be an easy job, he's say he was someone that her dad had hired to give her a ride back home.

Jason smirked as he bought something from the band. It was a t-shirt. He held onto and walked towards the front. He turned and looked for Calum. He would say that her parents got in an accident and he was sent to go get her. hopefully the shirt would make it seem like he would be similar to her in some way.

Cally danced around as she listened to her ipod. She approached the stand that sold goods from the band and bought a water bottle, a bandanna, a hoodie, a t-shirt, a tank, and one of the bags. She payed, put it all in the bag and walked off toward the exit. She would probably walk home. Her mother had the car and was in labor at the hospital. She figured it would be a miracle if her father sent her a ride because she had never met him. But she new he was alive somewhere.

Calum looked around, wondering where her father was. he was always on time when she needed him to pick her up, but he wasn't there right now. She fished out her phone and dialed her father's number, it going right to voicemail.

Markus walked over to Cally. "Ma'am, your mother sent me to pick you up," he said to her.

Cally saddened a little. Hopes of her father actually wanting her fled her mind. She sighed. "Alrighty. oh, and I'm not the careless witch she probably said i was." She said, waiting for him to lead the way.

Jason approached Calum. "Um, excuse me, miss? Your father sent me to get you." He looked her in the eye. "Did you enjoy the concert?" He asked as he started to escort her to the door.

Markus smiled. "Your mother said nothing like that," he said to her, smiling. This was going great so far, he couldn't believe that she was actually falling for what he was throwing at her.

Calum moved her arm away from him. "I don't know why my dad would send someone like you, so why are you even here?" she asked him.

Jason looked at her confused. "Your father sent me. He was going to be late from work. And i was the only driver who wasn't already doing something. Your father didn't have a choice i'm afraid." He shrugged. "Your father wants you home before he gets there. So i suggest we go. He sounded slightly mad about something."



"Then you must have the wrong girl. Sorry." She said twirling her ring that had her name on it. She looked around at the people there. "Look, i need to get out of here. Too many people, and i hate it." She looked at him. Her mother hated her, but still, if he was sent by her. He woul know to say 'deal with it.'

Calum cursed, her father must have found about the party last week. She and all of her friends had gotten together at the apartment and had gotten hammered over the weekend.

"Just deal with it, Cally," he said, using her name, "your mother wanted me to pick you up, she she told me your name and where you would be."

"OK, let's go." Cally said sadly. She held onto the bag that had her goodies in it. She held it close. Something felt strange. But he was legit. So she had to go wit him.


Jason sighed. "Come on. let's go. We'll both be in trouble if your late.

Markus lead her over to his car, opening the back door for her to get in.

Calum followed after him, mumbling.

Kyler opened the door to the car for her. He sighed and tried to make-out what she was saying.

Cally got into the care. "thanks.." She said dully. She hated her mother and didn't want to go home just yet.

Calum got into the car and put on her seat-belt, closing her eyes and trying to think why her dad was angry, it couldn't have been jsut the party.

"Your welcome," Markus said to her before going over to the front.

Kyler patted his pockets when he got in the car. "Hey, miss? Can i borrow your phone quick?" He took his phone out. "Mines dead.." He explained briefly.

Cally sighed. She leaned back and put her seat belt on. She put her hood up and looked out the window.

Calum tossed him her phone, wondering why had didn't have his charged.

"WOuld you like somethign to drink or eat before we get going?"

Kyler looked at it. "Thanks." He said, putting it in his glove compartment, locking it. He then locked the doors and pulled out.

Cally shook her head. "No, i ate during the concert."

Calum rested her head against the car window, sighing.

"You want a bottle of water?" Markus asked her.

"Is it poisoned?" Cally asked. It could be some sort of plot from her mother. But she was thirsty.

Kyler drove. Taking multiple exits, Taking turns. Cursing at drivers in his way.

"It's not," Markus said. He opened up a bottle for her, smiling to himself. "Want some crystal light in it?" he glanced back at her.

Calum soon drifted into a light sleep.

Kyler took several turns. He had no idea where this girl lived, not like it mattered to him. He was bringing her out into the mountains. Days of walking away from people. at least one day to the nearest neighbor.

"Sure," Cally remarked, sadly looking out the window. "Haven't you ever thought to yourself, life is just so boring?"

Calum was sound asleep at this point. The concert had made her very tired.

Markus smiled as he opened the crystal light packet, which had some sleeping pills in it. He poured it into the bottle and shook it up before handign it over to Cally. "All the time."

"I'm glad I'm not alone." Cally said with a smile and Took the water bottle. "Thanks, why are you being so.. nice to me?" Nice was a hard word to say. The nicest person she had previously met were the people who sold the merchandise at the concerts she went to.

Kyler turned off the highway onto a side street, then took more turns and finally turned onto the dirt road and started to drive into the mountains.

"I'm a decent person," Markus said to her, "I don't like to be rude to people."

Calum stirred lightly, showign signs of waking up.

Kyler sped up, from the legal 70 miles an hour to about 90 miles an hour. He saw the modern styled cabin. He started to slow down and quickly parked. He got out and got Calum out and carried her into the house. He put her on the couch and locked all the doors. There were no windows so he wasn't worried about that.

Cally smiled and started to drink the water. "You know, my mother once said my biological father is Vince Neil... But i don't think i look like him, do i?" She said starting to get sleepy. "Do you know where my mom wanted you to take me? was it home or the hospital?"

"What's going on?" Calum asked, openign her eyes and not seeing her house at all. What was this place and where was it? "Why did you take me here?"

"The Hospital," Markus said to her, "she wanted me to take tou where."

"Wake me when we get there ok? I'm suddenly sleepy so i'm gonna take a nap..." Cally said, stretching out and falling asleep.

Kyler spoke coldly. "Your going to be living here for a long time." He then added warmly. "Imagine everything in here as your own. Down stairs is an indoor pool, it's heated, there is a theatre room upstairs, and yea, you can roam around in the house. But i do have some conditions. You'll figure them out as we go along."

Markus smirked to himself. He put in more than was needed, knowing it would knock her out fastly and for a long time. He loved working like this.

"Why the hell am I here?" Calum asked, standing up from the couch. Her eyes glanced over to the door, seing all the locks on it. "what the hell are those for?"

"Well, i brought you here. And i don't want you to leave." Kyler said apathetically. "One of the many conditions."

"Why did you bring me here?" she asked him, tryign to get away from him.

"Your father is a famous lawyer no? I'm sure he has some money bags he's willing to give up for you. if not, who knows. I need the money, and what does it matter why? The past is the past. Your here, and i'm not letting you go untill i either get my money or..." He didn't say it, just grinned.

Calum went back to the couch, sitting down on it again. She didn't want to know what this guy could do, and she didn't plan on finding out soon. all the while, she was wondering how this guy got her dad not to pick her up after the concert. Her dad always picked her up, had a family friend pick her up, or had one of his workers. he always called her if there was a change in plans.

A while later, markus arrived at the location, carrying Cally in his arms. He knocked on the door, know that it would be locked up. "Open up," he said, "i can't open the locked door with a girl in my arms."

Kyler opened the door "Nice..." He said stepping aside and then closing the door as Markus entered through the door. He re-locked it up. "And where is she gonna go?"

Markus put Cally down on the couch next to Calum. "We'll ditch her with your girl for now, at least the two of them will have someone to look after when we're not there to look after them," he said to his friend, "I can't believe her dad didn't know that he had a daughter, I bet the man will be willing to pay anything to see her again."
