a truly beautiful girl moved in to the strange town of Springsvill, in the middle of a forest with her family(or by her self if you choose}, she must walk threw the forest everyday to go to her normally lovely, all girls school. but on the way back, from her first day in this school, she spots a strange silver wolf. he seems to have a bite mark on his leg, and can barely walk. the sweet girl takes pity on this wolf and takes him to her house so she could help his leg heal. but, a new surprise appears when this dog, shows it's hidden demonic ways. can she handle this, demon dog of hell? and what would her close friend say, when she finds out this secret? please join me, to figure out how this story, shall unfold.

ROLE: New girl
AGE: 16 years old
PERSONALITY: Being new to the area and to the school, Erika is rather shy. She would rather lock herself away in her room then meet new people. Once she does open up – if she can open herself up to new people – she’s really quite intelligent. Her soft voice is often misleading, as she has been known to have a very quick temper. It is one of her many faults. She knows that one day, if her hot head doesn’t kill her, her sharp tongue will slit her own throat, so she tries to be careful about what she says and does when her temper is running high.
LIKES: She does have a fondness for lace and soft, natural fibers (primarily cotton). Being a very ‘green’ person, she likes to recycle things when she can. She likes to sleep with the windows open so that the cooler night air can come into her room. When alone or with her family, she enjoys wearing tank-tops and well-fitting jeans. In public, though, she prefers to wear something long sleeved and a skirt that falls past her knees. She likes living in the forest (to some extent), as she can hear the birds better then when in the city.
DIS-LIKES: Erika has an issue with mess or messy things, so she is most always cleaning something, even if it is unnecessary to clean it. She is rather new to the idea of living in a forest, so there are quite a few things that she doesn’t like about it – it smells weird, the way the twigs make a crunching and snapping sound when they’re stepped on annoys her, and the way that it is always way too quiet. Come on, isn’t there someone else out there other then her and her family? There has to be someone or something else out there.
FAMILY: An Aunt and an Uncle.
FRIEND(S): Key, possibly even the Demon Dog.
SKILL: Being hot-tempered, Erika can also be a tad bit stubborn. Her stubborness can turn into determination, which is very usefully. She's good at knitting and embrodery. She can be strong, depending on the occassion. Most of her strength is in her legs.
PETS: She use to have songbirds in a cage in her room, but they became ill and did not last very long as pets. She had them for about 6 months before they passed on, but they were the light of Erika’s life when they were alive. She still has the cage that they use to be in.

BIO: Erika never really knew her parents outside of photographs. They died when she was very young – too young to properly form any memories of them. She was lucky, though. She went to an orphanage and was soon picked up by another family. They raised her while tracing what they could of her bloodlines. Now that they have found some sort of living relatives that they are certain are her family, they have decided that it was only right that Erika go to live with them. If only Erika was really in for the sudden changes in her life.

BIC: "I've been drawn a map, and I've been using it for the past few days. It has not been much help, so why do I keep using it?" Erika muttered to herself, a little bitter. She wasn't very happy about the turn of events. Her family - however adopted they may have been - left her with her blood relatives. How sick was that? Sure, she loved hearing that she had blood relatives, but she didn't want to spend the rest of her life with them. She was happy with the family that had adopted her! She sighed. "Well. This is my life now. I should get use to it. It really isn't so bad. I get to wake up to the birds in the morning. I...I get my own room! That's better then sharing a room with three other girls. I don't have to worry about impressing guys, or what boys think of me. I'll be going to an all-girl school. That will be good." She tried to cheer herself up as she walked to school. The truth was, she couldn't get over the feeling that the family that she had grown to love, the Kelly's, had abandoned her.

Key jumped up and down happly to getseld in the hall way. she had no real friends, but ohwell. she was content with being alone, word on the street was that a new girl was joining the school. funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, right? yup another ass to make fun of her, yay! Erika looked at the school building. "This is the right place? The name's right, and it definately looks like a school. I'm not seeing any uniforms. Or maybe I'm not looking hard enough?" She muttered to herself, then walked up the path and into the school building. "Now, to find the main office and to get my schedule." She folded up the 'map' that had been drawn for her and put it into her skirt pocket. She looked around for someone who didn't look to busy, someone that could help point her in the right direction to get to the main office. "Are girls really suppose to be this busy in the morning? Putting on make-up, brushing hair, and," she coughed. "And apparently they're really busy not knowing how to properly put on perfume!" She coughed again as an invisable wave of some horrid scent washed over her. "Who are they trying to impress? There are no boys here to impress!" She managed to cough out as she walked away quickly.

Key, contenued to jump, people stared at her, or made rude comments. but she was lisioning to Creature Feature and diddnt care what they said. she smiled to herself, for she knew that theys girls were all going to get eated by alions while she would be accepted

In her coughing fit, Erika soon had trouble seeing. Her eyes had watered up. Not being able to see where she was going, she stumbled on her feet and ran into someone. Someone...possibly jumping? Well, there was nothing wrong with that. Just...not what she was expecting someone to do. "I-I-I apologize. I didn't mean to trip and run into you. Are you alright?" She asked the girl.

Well, the girl must be okay. She was smiling, after all. I...smell...normal? Erika thought. "Um...thank you?" She asked more then said. All I did this morning was use a ginger and nectarine body wash in the shower. The scent's fairly weak after the first thirty minutes or so. She couldn't help but think. It was an odd thing to have someone say about you, that you smelled normal. She then noticed something. "Dear heavens! You're not busy like the rest of them! The make-up and perfume and hair..." She said cheerfully.

Key laughed "thats stupid stull, do it before ye get ta school, freakin dolls!" she was looking at the blond headed preppy chick as she said it. making preppy roll her eyes and
walk off. "why what do you need, kitten?" she smiled at this new girl, her hair was to her knees and she kinda looked strange in her knee high boots, purple pantyholes thinggy, shorts and her strange top.

Kitten? That's a new one. Erika couldn't help but think. "Erika Kelly." She said automatically as a response to hearing 'kitten.' "My name is Erika Kelly. I'm trying to find the main office." She answered. This girl didn't seem to bad. Definately odd, but kind so far.

Key laughed walking out of school "i think that when i spray painted ponies in the locker room i acidently got the girls to, but i seem to have missed you?" she smiled, when they was in gym and the girls was changing into there gym clothes, Key desited to bring out green spray paint, she started attacking the girls with it, but compleatly skiped her new friend. she evewn spray painted the walls and lockers, ponies, carrots, and even a kitty or two. but then the gyn teacher found out, and right as Key was about to hand the spray paint over to her, she desited the teacher needed some green in her life, now shes got in school suspention for like a month, but she'll ta;lk her way out of it. "i godda go kitten" Key huged er, before running off to her moms car.

Erika walked out of the school alongside Key. She seemed to be a little stunned, and her hair was fluffed from stress. Key's friend lesson number 107 - When in doubt about what Key may be about to do, is thinking about doing, or is in the process of doing it is safest to stay out of the way. No, scratch that. Just drop to the floor and cover your head if you think that she may be thinking of trouble. She thought. She gently pulled some of her hair to the side. "Well...mostly missed me. You got the tips of my hair when I dove back into the showers. A glancing blow." Erika said softly. Being shy about changing in front of strangers - even if they were all girls - Erika changed clothes in the privacy of a shower that was near her locker. When she came back out, she quick hid again, not wanting to be sprayed with paint. She gently returned the hug, not expecting the action. Did they know each other well enough to hug? "'Bye." She said, almost sadly, and waved to Key's retreating back.

pluto was laying in the forest by her house, he was licking his wound and whimpering lightly, it seemed that he got attacted, or got his leg attacked by a bear trap

Somehow, the walk home from school was a lot faster then the walk towards school. The forest was starting to annoy her. "So quiet. Why isn't there any noise in the early afternoon? It's like the birds are all gone..." Erika spoke out loud to herself. She smiled, knowing just how close she was getting to the house. Having nothing better to do, and being all alone, she began to sing. pluto yelped lightly as he tryed standing, damn wound wont let me move, this was so annoying!. he layed back down, his white furr geting muddyer, he started licking his wound again, it was his hind legg, the left one, that had the wound on it. his ears were down because he was in pain, and his tail was bearly moving. it hurt so much. he openedly whimpered

She asked, looking for the creature that made the noise.

Erika tried to move closer to the whimper, trying to see what was making that noise. It sounded hurt, which really tore at her heartstrings. "Oh! Ouch! D*mn!" She cursed, her skirt getting caught on a few bushes. The thorns and twigs scratched her legs. Oh, you better be worth this! This is one of my favorite skirts. She thought bitterly, though she knew that she didn't mean it. Whatever it was that was hurt was worth going and helping, even at the risk of loosing her favorite skirt.

Erika finally caught site of the source of the noise. She froze, afraid. A wolf. No one told her that there would be wolves in the forest when she moved out here! All of a sudden, freeing herself and her skirt from the thorns of the bushes didn't seem all that important. She stared at the wolf, looking away occassionally in an attempt to not appear to be a threat. Now that I've found you, I don't know what to do.

Erika decided, after several moments of thought and against better judgement, she would go over and see if she could help the poor thing. She untangled herself - an event that caused her to say a few more unlady-like words - and slowly made her way over to the wolf. "I'm not going to hurt you. I just want to look at your leg. I may be able to help." She said softly, trying to calm down herself and the wolf as she got closer to the creature.

Erika was both shocked and surprised when she noticed that she was less then three feet away from the wolf. This is getting dangerous. What if...he turns on you? You're going to be within biting distance! She thought, frightened. She crouched down close to the ground. Before touching the wolf, she held out her hand, palm down, for the wolf to sniff. This is such a bad idea...

Up this close to the wolf, Erika could tell that it was his leg that was bothering him. She held her breath as she saw his mouth open, and sighed in relief as he licked her hand. Before touching his leg, she gently petted the side of his body. "I'm going to touch your leg, now." She said, slowly moving toward his leg. She wanted him to see each move she made so that he would know what she was doing.

"Shh, shh, shh, shh." Erika said softly, comfortingly. At least, she hoped that it was comfortingly. She primarily looked at his leg, touching it only when she felt she needed to. "You definately got yourself a wound here, buddy." She said softly.

"I can't tell what caused this, though." Erika said sadly. "Wether it was another animal or a trap, or if you got into an accident."

Erika sighed. "So much for asking if you could walk or not." She said. I can't just leave him. He's too injuried to survive on his own. I'll need to help him until he's healed. Will he let me, though? She thought. She began to pet his body again. "I can help you, but I will need to carry you to my house. Will you allow me to carry you?" She asked. Good god, I'm talking to a wolf. I've gone absolutely nuts. She thought bitterly.

What's worse then me talking to a wolf is that the wolf is responding to me. Erika realized. "Okay, this may hurt, but I'll do my best to make it as painless as possible. Remember, I'm on your side." She said, preparing herself to pick up the wolf.

pluto barked lightly, in undertanding. he was some what perpared. but his body tenced a little, he knew this would hurt like hell

Erika jumped at the bark, the noise startling her. Okay, I think I have an idea of how to do this. She thought. "Okay, we'll have your front paws up by my shoulder, and I'll try to hold you underneth and by your stomach, okay? You'll rest on me, and I'll hold you up." She said.

Erika carried him quickly to the house. What am I doing? This is nuts! She thought, moving fast. "Almost there, buddy. Almost there." She muttered. Man, he was starting to get heavy. She had to get there fast. How close should she bring him to the house, though? Close enough so that he was easy to get to, but far enough away to keep him away from her new 'family' was probably best. "Okay, bud, I'm going to have to place you down soon. I'll help you the best that I can, and then I've gotta find a place for you to stay at." She said.

OOC: I've gotta go soon. It's awfully close to midnight where I am.

Erika couldn't carry him any more. "I've got to put you down, buddy." She said. "You're getting heavy." She said as she carefully put him down on the ground. She made sure that when she placed him down he was lieing down. "I'll be right back, buddy. Stay here." She said, then ran over to the house. After some careful thought, while she dealt with the scratches on her legs, she decided that the best thing for the wolf was antibiotic ointment and wrapping up the wound would be best. It didn't look like he needed any stitches, so a vet trip was unnecessary. She changed her clothes from her shirt and skirt to a white tank top and dark navy jeans. It would be easier to deal with him if she was in a tank and jeans rather then a skirt and nice shirt. Taking the antibiotic ointments that she found and several packages of gauze, she went back out to the wolf. "Hey buddy, I'm back. You still here?" She asked. She wanted the wolf to here her before seeing her.

Pluto stayed where she left him, he started licking his wound Aagain, this was geting painful. but atleast he had help. he looked up smelling, and hearing her, he barked lightly, to show he was still here. he could smell somethings chamnged, rather it be her clothes or something she might of brought, he could smell it

"Hey, buddy." Erika smiled. She knelt down next to him and put the items she brought with her on the ground. "Lay down." She said, gently pressing a hand against his side. "Now, what I'm going to do is wipe some of the dirt off, put some weird stuff on it, and then bandage it up. The wiping off may sting a bit." She said, opening a packet. It was an alcohol wipe.

pluto fallowed her orders, those whips hurt his nose and eyes, it burned, by how strong the sent is. but he trusted her. he whimpered

"Now, don't you bite me when I clean the wounds." Erika warned. "I will be very angry if you do." She gently began to use the wipes to clean the wounds. While she moved quickly, she was also trying to be thurough. She didn't want the wounds to get infected.

pluto yelped at the sudden increase of pain, and whimpered after wards. he started to move his leg, to get away from the pain

Erika took a firm but gentle hold on an un-injuried part of his leg. "It'll all be over soon, I promise." She said as she continued to clean the wounds.

"Alright...now we...are...done!" Erika smiled. She let go of the wolf and put the used wipe back into it's package, making it easier for her to carry it away and into the trash later. "All done, friend, all done with that. Now we move onto the stuff that doesn't hurt as much, if at all."

on his right ear was a tag, with the word pluto printed on it. {like how you tag cows} the tag itself was black and the wording was red.

It didn't seem like too much time had pasted when Erika finished wrapping up his leg in gauze. "Now, don't mess with it." She said. She reached up to pet him again, comfort him a little bit. "How's the fe-" she stopped mid sentence. "What's that on you're ear, bud?" She asked. She reached over too look at his tag. "P...Plu...Pluto? That's your name?" She asked, looking at him. "Do you have an owner, Pluto?" She asked him. He had a nametag, which meant that he probably had an owner. "Someone must be looking for you if you have a tag."

Pluto looked at her for a moment before shaking his head no. no he really didnt have an owner, he was taged when a hunter found him, but let him go as soon as the owner realized he was a demon dog. but he couldnt tell her any of that

Pluto barked a little. then his ears perked up. and he started growling twords a bush. he tried standing again this time, thanks to the wraprs, he managed to stay standing he was showing his teeth. and growling

"What...what's there?" Erika asked, suddenly frightened again. Pluto wasn't like any other wolf. He meant well towards her. She stood up. "Who's there?" She said in as strong of a voice as she could.

out came another wolf, he had a tag on her ear to, but the name was scrached off. the two wolfs growled at eachother, the new wolfs mouth eas bloody, like she bit something. Pluto growled deeper. barking, and the other wolf bowed a little. clearly pluto being alpha over her. he growled again and she ran off. he knew that sooner or later he would have to tell his new master {you} about her.

At the sight of the second wolf, Erika backed away slowly. Dear heavens...blood...did this one bite Pluto? She thought. Well, apparently not. She cowered and ran off at Pluto's growl. "You seem to be feeling better. Injuried yet you're able to scare off other wolves. That's not normal in the animal kingdom."

pluto looked back ast her and sorda hoped to her side, not using the injured foot. he licked her face a little, because stand up he was a very big wolf

Erika got the message and sat down on the ground. She gently scratched behind his ears. "So, no owner? I mean...you're obviously not a dog. With that tag, I'm starting to think that you may have gotten out of a zoo or something like that. Did you escape from the zoo?"

"Then how were you tagged? That's not normal for a wild animal. I mean, that tag doesn't have a number, it has a name." Erika said. "That's not normal, either."

Pluto whimpered and looked atthe sky. he smelled rain. but he layed next to her

Erika smiled and layed next to him. It didn't matter to her that her white tank top was getting dirty by laying down on the ground right next to Pluto. "Something wrong?" She commented on his whimper. She pulled her hair out of its pony tail and gently massaged her scalp with one hand while she petted Pluto with the other.

Erika came back with an armful of blankets. "Hey, Pluto, I'm ba-" her voice dropped when she saw the man there "-ck." She finished. Her body froze an her eyes wandered. Hair, face, neck, chest, belly...oh dear heavens! She squealed, dropped the blankets, turned and ran towards the house. Is there any way to clean my eyeballs? I want to un-see that! I shouldn't have seen that! "Rude man!" She yelled over her shoulder. "There are people living out here!"

Erika skidded to a halt. Aw, hell no! She ain't gonna leave those blankets with him! Who knew what he was going to do to them. She turned around and ran back. "I'll just take my blankets back and go, nothing more. I probably won't even have to disturb him or look at him again." She whispered to herself as she slowed to a walk. She was breathing hard, trying to catch her breath.

She then noticed the tag in his ear. She got close to him - closer then she normally would have with a stranger, and looked at the tag. "'Pluto.'" She read it out loud. "No, no, no. This is some sort of sick joke." She stood up and looked around her. "Key? Very funny, Key! Joke's over!" She yelled.

Pluto whimpered lightly and lowered his head he was hurt. he lightly started to stand on all fours again. the blanker still covering him, but he whimpered as he put pressure on his leg. je yelped and fell down, whimpering a little more why was this lovely lady mean to him? she was yelling

Erika jumped upon hearing the yelp. Some sick joke or not, this man was hurt. She knelt down next to him, then paused when she saw his leg. "That's...my bandage job." She said slowly, gently touching the gauze. She looked Pluto in the face. "What are you?"

Pluto looked away, and closed his eyes. whimpering. he needed to learn how to speak his masters launguage! but how? Pluto looked back at her and then the sky, it was slowly starting to rain. Pluto whimpered again, and looked at her, he nudged her arm with his head, trying to tell her to leave him, or shell get wet

"Why are you whimpering? Are you in pain?" Erika asked the man. No, not 'the man.' Pluto. Was this man the same as the wolf? No, that couldn't be. That was impossible. She felt him nudge her with his head. "Why don't you use your hand?" She felt the drops fall on her. It did occur to her that she was wearing a white tank top in the rain, but if this was the wolf then he wouldn't mind. If this was man - an actual man - then he would show some sort of reaction to a wet shirt.

Erika nodded, understanding. His leg still bothered him. "There isn't much else that I can do to help you, Pluto." She said sadly. "I would if I could, but I don't know what else to do." She felt the rain fall even more. She stood up, sighing. "Com'on, buddy. Let's get inside. I have a couch that you can stay on until you're better."

Erika sighed a little, understanding what he was trying to get at. "Stand up, Pluto, if you can. I'll tie a blanket around you." She said. She wasn't comfortable with the situation, but what else was there for her to do? Pluto didn't seem to know how to dress himself, and she couldn't let him wander around naked. Even though it was probably just them in the forest, it wasn't right for him to wander around naked.

As quickly as she could, Erika picked up one of the blankets and tied it around Pluto's waist, covering him. She couldn't help but blush. This isn't exactly something I'm comfortable with. With a wolf it's no problem, but a human... She thought as she finished tieing a knot at his hip. Once she was finished with covering him up, Erika picked up the other blankets. "Can...can you walk like that? Or do you need to be down on all fours in order to walk?" She asked him.

the pain in plutos foot made him fall on his knees. and yelp. he lifted that foot up. and started walking, like a dog. he barked lightly, and looked around, the rain was geting harder

Pluto nodded and tryed to keep to her side, but it wasnt working. he was geting weter, making his white hair glue to his face. he seemed to be a strong person thing. and in good shape. it a wonder how he fell victom to the ingery on his leg. and he seemed intellagent, he understood the human fairly well, and was able to, some what communicate with her. Pluto sniffed the air lightly, and smiled, his k9's were huge! like fangs you would see on a dog. but his teeth was white and looked strong. all in all he was in perfect health. Pluto looked atound. he heard the other animals, talking to him, but they was so far away, the human wouldnt hear them, only he could.

Erika slowed down a little after seeing Pluto attempt to stay by her side. This all seems wrong. What happened the the wolf? Why is this man not talking to me, and why does he act the way he does? Why am I taking him to the house? I know that it isn't a smart idea. She thought to herself as she walked. "I must say that I'm not use to having human...dog...wolf...thing being so talkative." She commented.

Pluto c.ocked his head slightly, and let a tiny bark slip threw his lips. he thought for a moment, then ran/hoped infront of her. a big glow appeared around him, and when it faded, the wolf was there again. then the light appeared again and the human appeared again. he looked at her, siting on the ground, trying to figure out how to comunicate with her.

When Pluto ran in front of her, Erika stopped walking. "What are you do-" She stopped talking when the light grew around him. "Pl-Pluto?" She asked softly when she saw the wolf. Then there was that light again, and the man was back. She swallowed hard, and her breathing went shallow. "That-That's not...I'm getting dizzy..." And with that, Erika fainted, falling onto the forest floor with a dull 'thud'.

It wasn't too long before Erika woke up. She had felt something on her face before, but she couldn't identify what it was. When she opened her eyes, she was greeted with a few rain drops in her eyes. "Ouch!" She said softly, snapping her eyes shut and rubbing them gently. It was then that she felt something warm next to her. She turned her head slowly, feeling a headache starting up, to see that Pluto was lieing next to her. "Hey, buddy." She smiled slightly.

pluto, whimpered lighhtly, his hair still glued to his face. he lightly licked her cheek. before placing his hand on hers lightly. like a dog would place his paw on his owers hand in a game of 'shake' he stood up, on all fores and shook his body, the blanket hadnt fallen off yet so that was good.

"Oh, geez!" Erika quickly turned her face away from Pluto when he licked her cheek. Eww! She was just licked by a human! Wait - no! He wasn't human! She panicked, turning to look at him again. She calmed down after a moment or two of not breathing. "We...we are what we are. You can't help but be you." She whispered, moving some of his hair off of his face.

Pluto smiled a vewry charming smile when she said that. she was warming up to him, being different! she was a first! even his wolf mother didnt want anything to do with him anymore. he smiled more and barked a little. he was panting. then his smile faded and he yelped as thunder roared. he, a demon dog was scared of thunder! and lightning, he quickly whimpered and went to her, hugging her, like a human, so he did know some human trates?

Erika screamed when Pluto suddenly hugged her. She was afraid that after all of this time he was attacking her! After a moment to collect her thoughts, she realized that he was hugging her. What had happened? He looked...afraid. There...there was a flash of lightening and thunder. "You don't like the storm." She said softly after a while. She did her best to slowly wrap her arms around him, trying to comfort him.

Pluto whimpered and his his face in her neck. he was shaking, why did it have to storm! he didnt mind rain but that loud boom! and the flash, it scared him, more then the person who taged him. he huged her slightly tighter, keeping in mind that he didnt want to hurt her. so he made sure his hug wasnt too tight.

"Com'on, Pluto. Let's get to the house. We'll be dry there, and we can hide from the thunder and lightening there." Erika said calmly. Getting to where it was dry would help a little.

Just because you may be in a different room then them makes no difference." She said.

She had taken off her shoes while she was looking for the towels after realizing just how much dirt she was tracking into the house and onto the nice wooden floors. I'll clean it up in a moment. She thought as she walked by a muddy shoeprint. "Here, Pluto. Do you know how to dry yourself off?" She asked. Seeing that the door was still open, she closed it, muttering 'don't want the rain getting in.'

Erika smiled. Okay, this was a lot better. She playfully threw a towel over him, dropped the others down on the floor, and began to rub him with a towel. "Who knew that washing all of those dogs during that one summer would come in handy?" She giggled as she continued to dry him off.

Pluto instently whimpered and his ears shot down, he hated hios ears being touched! even if it was his master. he cowered down to the ground and layed on his back, giving the sweetest innocent pupple eyes he couls muster.

Erika packed up the first aid kit and put it away. "Okay, Pluto, here's what going on. I need to get a warm shower before I catch my death from the rain and these wet clothes. Now, I'll turn on the heater, and you can sit in front of it and properly dry off. How does that sound?" She asked him, coming back.

Erika turned the heater onto a low heat. "Here, Pluto. Sit near here. Don't touch it, though." She said, gesturing to a spot in front of the heater. "I'll be back in a while." She said, then left for her room. "So ahead and sleep if you want." She called out when she was on the staircase.

She said. She then made a small aggrivated noise. "Someone is looking for him. No one would tag an animal and not be looking for him. I'll have to go and take a picture of him and start making found posters." She decided as she tied her hair up into a messy bun.

Pluto was busy trying to remember how he could learn to speak to her, he knew it at one time... but he freakin forgot! thats just like him, he might have to sneak out and ask Rozz about it, wait they got into a fight. great now he cant even go to his best friend. Pluto tyhought for a moment, then smiled. he remembered niow! but how is he to do this without her hated him!

Erika slowly crept downstairs with a camera in hand. "Pluto? Pluto?" She called from the doorway. "Look at me." She said, holding the camera to her eye.

"Sorry buddy." Erika whispered. She didn't know how he was going to react to the camera, but she was going to find out. With the silent click of a button, a flash of light came from the camera. She looked down at the screen. "Perfect!" She whispered. She then looked at Pluto, wanting to know his reaction.

Pluto, remembering her disconfert. grabed a near by blanket with his teeth, he sat down infront of her, then turned human. when the light faded the blanket was draped over his lap. he rubed his eyes becouse they hurt. and whimpered lightly.

Erika tied the blanket around his waist, forming some sort of make-shift pants this time. "You can wander around the house in this until I can get you some actual clothes." She said softly. She gently pushed some hair out of his face. "I'm really sorry, Pluto. I didn't think that the flash would bother you that much."

Pluto leaned forward and lightly pecked her lips, he pulled back slightly fast afterwards, then nodded standing up. he turned to try walking on only two legs, but it was hard with a wounded leg. he was doing fairly well though, consetering.

Erika laughed again. "I'm not leaking. Those are called tears." She said. "Humans and animals get tears in their eyes some times. It doesn't hurt them. When there are too many tears in their eyes, they fall. When they fall, this is an action known as crying. You've never cried before?"

Erika fell to the ground and hugged him, sniffling and crying softly. She buried her face in his shoulder. "My pack threw me out, too. They said that I would do better in a new one. I didn't want to leave them for a new pack! I wanted to stay with them. I don't belong in the new pack - I belong with them!" She sobbed loudly.

Pluto was serprised, but copyed her movements, huging her tightly, and peting her hair. "its ok, i'm here, we can be outcasts together, i-if thats ok? i wont leave you, or push you away, u-unless you wish me to"

Erika continued to cry. "I don't wanna be an outcast - I wanna be with my pack!"

"I dunno." Erika sniffled. "They really want me to be with the new pack, but I don't want to upset either pack by going back to my original one."

Erika shook her head and stood up. "Let's not talk about this any more. My mind is made up, and I'll deal with what happens." She said.

Erika nodded, making a motion with her hands to indicate 'follow me.' "What exactly does a demon eat?" She asked, looking in the refridgerator.

"whatever i can hunt down" Pluto shuged lightly limping after her

"Okay, so meat." Erika said. She closed the door to the refridgerator and opened the freezer. "Have a preference on what to eat?" She asked, looking for a package of meat that was near, but not at, its experation date.

"Umm..." Erika paused. "Ever have something frozen?" She asked. They didn't have any fresh meat in the house. They had store-bought stuff that they put in the freezer.

"You want me to cook for you? Cook it the way that I'd like to eat it?" Erika asked. Um...cooking really isn't my strong point. I mean, I will if you want to, but I'm afraid that it may not be all that good.

"I can cook it for you - that's not a problem. I've just been told that I'm not very good at cooking." Erika said.

"its not like i have anything to judge it to" pluto smiled sweetly and shuged a little "plus you'll be ten times better then me" he chuckled lightly, but cutely "um w-why is you house so cold?"

Erika laughed. True, Pluto didn't have anything to judge it against. "Alright, I'll cook a bit of it for you." She smiled. She didn't even realize that the house was cold before he said anything. "I'll go and turn up the heater some. If it's still cold, I'll make cookies and use the oven to help warm the place up." She said as she wandered back into the living room. She turned up the heater and wandered back. "Hmm...here's some beef. I'll make some of that." She spoke mainly to herself.

Erika sighed. "I dunno for sure. I don't know what my aunt and uncle - my new pack - will say about you." She put some olive oil in the pan, heat it up, and put the slices of beef in. While that cooked, she looked for a spatula or tongs.

"No." Erika said simply. She had given up on her search for a spatula or tongs and decided to use a fork to turn the pieces. She also found a lemon, some pepper, and some salt to season the pieces with.

"Then we'll deal with it then." Erika shrugged. She added some of the salt, pepper, and about half a lemon before transfering it over to a plate. "You may want to let it cool down a little before eating it. I don't want you to burn your mouth." She said.

"I'm glad that you think so." Erika smiled. She gently bit into a piece she had set to the side for herself. "I think that it's cool enough now."

Erika smiled. She sat on the chair next to him. With clean hands, she picked it up and held it near his lips. "We can work on table manners and silverware another time. Until then, finger food." She said, planning to feed him a few pieces before wandering off to do something else. Finger food makes the world go 'round. She thought cheerfully.

It was only after Erika popped the slice of meat in his mouth that she noticed he was blushing. "Everything alright?" She asked him, gently touching his cheek

Pluto nodded eating the pease and swallowing it "u-um y-yeah" he smiled shyly at her. he wasnt really used to this type of attenchion

"Think that you can feed yourself without getting hurt?" Erika asked. She didn't know much of anything about how Pluto could feed himself in this form.

Erika looked out the window for a moment. "It's still raining, but...sure, if you want. I'll go and find another towel that you can dry off on when you come back in." She said, pointing to the kitchen door that led to the outside before going to find another dry towel.

Erika gave him a confused look for a moment, then opened the door for him. "Sorry...I didn't realize that you didn't know how to open a door." She gave him an apologetic look.
