Keith chased Shelby and Midori with his friend to an abandoned shrine.

Midori looked back at them, her long black hair flying everywhere. "Leave us alone!" She shouted, about to cry. She was very sensitive, and this wasn't good for her. Shane smirked, continuing to run at them, "Of course not..We would never leave you guys alone!" He said laughing and looking over at his friend Keith.

Keith smirked and continued to chase the two girls with Shane,"Come on why won't you play with us?' he asked. Shelby stoped and punched Shane,"Don't you dare touch Midori or me got it!" She ran into the well house, dragging Midori with her. Keith went in with the two girls and smirked,"No where left to run."

Midori's eyes were now watering. "Leave us alone.. " She said, fighting back the tears so she wouldn't show any weakness towards them. But of course Shelby was the most bravest out of the two of them. Which is why she was glad to have such an amazing friend. Shane shook his head stepping foward, "Can't do that. We want our revenge." He said to them, narrowing his eyes.. but still had the same nasty smirk on his face.

Keith cornered both girls so they were against the old well,"How about you tell them why we want revenge Shane," he told his friend before he got ready to push Midori into the well. Shelby stood infront of Midori,"I said leave her alone!" She kicked him where the sun don't shine and knew she was in for it now.

Midori was about to fall in already. "S-Shelby! I can't keep my balance for to long." She told her, looking back slowly to the deep, dark well. Shane shook his head, "They already know why we want revenge. They're just pretending like they don't know." He said, looking to his friend who was on the ground and holding his special spot. Shane glared at Shelbly, running at her and shoving her down the well.

A bright blue light flashed and when the guys looked down the two girls they were chasing were gone,"Where did they go?" he asked Shane. While the boys were talking Shelby and Midori finally got out of the well to see that they were in a forest,"Where are we?" Shelby asked as she let Midori go up before she did.

Shane looked over the well. He thought he would be seeing the two girls hurt and crying for forgivness. "I-I don't know.. they just disappeared." He said, pointing out the obvious. He looked over to Keith, a little afraid now.
Midori was holding the side of her head, and stomach. "Ow.. Shelby.. you landed on me." She said, leaning against the well now. She didn't care were they were.. all she cared about was how much pain she was in for.

"Sorry," she said as she climbed out of the well. "You going to be ok?" Shelby looked around at her surroundings and nothing seemed familiar at all. "Hey it's that big tree we saw maybe we can find our way back using that," Shelby suggested.

Midori stopped rubbing her head, just letting the pain go away by itself. She sighed, "Yeah.. I'll live. But what do you mean Shelby? We were pushed down the well and ended up here. Last time I checked.. this isn't the shire.. and I don't see Shane or Kieth." Midori noted, standing up and standing close to Shelby.

"I know that," she mummbled,"atleast those guys aren't here to chase us!" Shelby started to walk towards the big tree. "Come on Midori or I'll leave you behind," she yelled back as she walked off. 'I don't think we're in Tokyo anymore,' she thought as she made it to the big tree to see a guy with dog ears sleeping with an arrow in his chest. "Man that must hurt like heck," Shelby said as she walked over to him.

Midori slowly followed after Shelby. Once she saw the guy stuck to a tree with an arrow pierced through his heart, her eyes widened. "L-L-Let's go Shelby. Maybe if we go back down the well.. we can go home." She said, her hands clasped together. She was more afraid then ever.. this place was like dangerous or something. For some reason.. she couldn't tear her eyes away from the guy stuck to the tree though.

"What are you so worried about? Atleast we got away from those creeps," Shelby said. She walked over and started to touch the guys dog like ears,"Wow! These are really soft! Midori come feel these," she told her friend. 'Why is she so afraid? It doesn't really make sense,' she thought,'oh well atleast we're away from that creep Keith and his friend Shane.'

"I told you," she said and smiled. Shelby jumped down and sat next to the tree,"Where do you think we are?" she asked. Arrows were shot around Midori as the villagers looked at her and Shelby. They took them both into the village and tied them up. "Make way for Lady Kaede," one of them said. "Oh great what now?" Shelby mummbled.

Midori's eyes were widened. She looked over to Shelby, "I told you we should've left!" She said huffing. It was deffiniately better staying over there and being tourtured by the boys, then staying here and getting shot at by arrows. "What did we do wrong though?" Midori whispered to Shelby, confused as ever. She sighed, why is that everywhere they went.. people just seemed to hate them.

Kaede stood in front of the girls adn thew some powder substance at them bot,"Demons be gone!" "Hey we're not demons ok!" Shelby spoke up to the old lady. "Then what were ye doing in the forest of InuYasha?" Kaede asked them. "It's hard to explain," she told Kaede. They were untied after a bit and led to Kaede's hut. "Bear us no ill will children for these are times of war and no one be welcome here without much distrust."

Midori was a little annoyed by the way she talked, but she ignored it and tried her best not to say anything rude. "What do you mean? Me and Shelby ended up her by mistake.." She said to Kaede, trying to get on her good side so she wouldn't try to kill them again. "By demons.. what do you mean exactly?" Midori asked again. She was a little confused and wanted to know more and more so she could understand.

Shelby sat there in awe,"Damn they must've had a rough relationship," she muttered. "InuYasha's seal cannot be broken unless my sister undoes it," Kaede told them. Shelby stood up,"I'm going to go for a walk," she said before she left the smal hut and went to the river.

Midori stood up and was running after Shelby. "Ah.. I'd better leave her alone. We've had it rough for a while. I think I'll go take a walk myself, Kaede. Thank you though." She said bowing in respect. She left the hut, seeing that she couldn't find Shelby already. Man she was fast.. Midori wanted to go see InuYasha again.. for some reason. So she did, taking off towards where he was.

InuYasha's body pulsed a few times before he woke up. He smirked and smelled Midori who smelled similar to Kikyo somehow. Shelby stood next to the river and somehow tripped and fell head first in. She hit her head on some rocks as her body floated down stream.

Midori walked around the tree, peeking to see InuYasha there. His eyes still closed, as if she expected him to be alive. Like Kaede said, only this Kikyo girl could break the spell put on him. She reached up to pet his ears again, smiling softly. She looked at the arrow, her hand determining wheather it should pull it out, or let it be.
Sesshoumaru was sitting by the river, Jaken tending to his wounds. He had recently fought a dangerous demon, leaveing a few wounds on him that just needed to be poured on with cold water. Jaken then saw a girl, who was in the river, not floating anywhere since she was stopped by a rock. "Lord Sesshoumaru.. look!" He said, pointing to her. Sesshoumaru, groaned, looking to the direction he pointed to. He didn't say anything as he stared at her for a while.. thinking.

Midori jumped back, heart racing when she heard InuYasha talking. "W-What?" She said, not sure if she was just imagineing things. Midori put her hand on the arrow, not sure if she should really be the one pulling the arrow out. "I'm not sure.. if I'm supposed to though." She told him, looking to him and then the arrow.

Sesshoumaru got up, walking closer to the stream. He easily picked her up and pulled her out of the water. He set her down on the ground in front of him. "Jaken.. her heads bleeding." He noted, ripping off part of his kimono. "Fix it." He ordered, laying back. Jaken sighed, shaking his head. He went over to her, wrapping the wripped part of his kimono around her head to stop the bleeding.

Shelby woke up after a while,"Where am I?" she mummbled as she sat up. She looked around and saw a handsome demon leaning against a tree and a green toad hovering over her.

Midori still had her hand on the arrow. "What would you help me with.. exactly?" She questioned him. How did he know she needed help? What was with him.. was he just saying things to trick her? Midori had millions of questions going through her head. One half of her was saying, 'Take the arrow out!' the other was saying, 'Just let him hang there.. he deserved it for some reason.'

Sesshoumaru had his eyes closed, then he opened them when he heard the girl move. "I see your awake.. what happened?" He asked. He didn't want to sound at all concerened, or at all like he cared. He had a simple, plain expression on his face, watching Jaken tighten the wrap around her head.

"Because your friend's gone and I know your probably worried about her," InuYasha told her. He would continue to try and get her to take the arrow out. 'Hopefully she'll take this arrow out and I can run,' he thought to himself.

"Last thing I can recall was I fell into the river. I must've hit my head on some rocks to make it bleed," Shelby said. 'I don't know who this guy is but he's pretty cute.'

I'm from Tokyo Japan," Shelby told him. She wasn't really afraid of him it's just she was still kinda cold from being in the water and she was shaking. "And your right I'm not from this era. I'm actually from 500 years in the future."

Midori's eyes widened. "I-Is she okay?" She said out-loud. She meant to think that.. then she looked back at InuYasha. "Y-You promise to help me find her? Shes my best friend.." Midori said, not planning on crying in front of the demon boy, so she pushed the thoughts out of her head so she wouldn't think of them anymore.

Sesshoumaru looked back at Jaken. "Tokyo, Japan?" He said to himself. Jaken scratched his head, "Did you hit your head hard enough to make you forget and start babbling non-sense?" Jaken asked her. His eyes were so wide, like they were popping out of his head. Sesshoumaru just sat there, curious of the same thing.. it wasn't every-day that something like this happens.

InuYasha smiled slightly and streched his tired limbs. He smelt the air for the scent of blood and found it. He growled slightly and looked over to Midori,"Your friend is with my older hlaf brother Sesshomaru."

She bowed slightly,"Nice to meet you Sesshomaru-sama. As for you toad I came from Kaede-baa-chan's village adn I slipped into the river while I was taking a walk," Shelby told them. She sighed and looked over at the river,"I wonder if Midori is worried? She probably is knowing her," she laughed to herself.

Midori looked at him. She hesitated to get onto his back, but then she remembered Shelby. She got onto his back, "Okay.. if you say so." Midori said, wrapping her arms around his neck so she wouldn't fall off.

Sesshoumaru stood up, looking down at Jaken. "Exactly how long do you plan to stay here?" He asked her. He was thinking of letting her join his group. He wasn't sure why but there was just something about her that he liked. Sesshoumaru just found her interesting for many reasons.

And what's with the strange clothing?" he asked her as he jumped from tree to tree with Midori on his back.

Midori shook her head. "No.. I'm not from around here. I'm from Tokyo, Japan. Some boys pushed me and my friend down a well.. then before I knew it.. we were here." She said, sighing. "What's wrong with my clothes?" Midori asked him, a raised eye-brow.

Sesshomaru didn't say anything else, neither did Jaken. He just let Shelby lead the way to the shop. He quickly bought the items she wanted. "We don't have much time to waste. Is there anything else?" He questioned.

Midori nodded her head slowly at Inuyasha. "Yeah.. I'll be fine." She said, brushing herself off as she followed close behind him. She bite her bottom lip.

Shelby shook her head,"Nope that's all." She sighed lightly and walked out of the shop with Sesshomaru. "Where are we going?" she asked.
