Kayla woke up in the house she just moved into, and took a shower, and put on a skirt and a shirt, and picked up her book bag for her first day of school, it wasn't the actual first day or school, and it was a thursday so it she wouldn't have to do a lot of work until the next week, and so she walked to school since it was close enough, and walked to her first class which was math.

Miyah sunk down into the seat of her first period class, Math, she looked around at all the familiar faces and noticed a new one. 'Hmmm, a new girl' she thought to herself

Kayla just kept attention on the teacher for half the time, and she wondered if she could make any friends. After about 10 minutes, the teacher told the students to work on the problems in their books in groups of 2. Kayla looked around watching as people got into groups, she would just wait to see the last person, or anyone who would want to work with her.

Miyah walked over to the new girl and said, "Hi my name's Miayh, um I noticed that you didn't have a partner, would you like you work with me?"

Kayla looked at Miyah, and said, "hi, I'm Kayla, and you can work with me" giving her a friendly smile
