Midnight is a loyal servant to the Princess of the dark nation. She is her closest friend and at times her bodyguard. The king trusts her to keep her safe and she will carry that out. She has sworn to protect both her mistress and her loved one no matter who he may be. She is very reserved towards most people except the princess and her lover.

Ryou yawned as he woke up and looked around. Instantly there was a knock on his door and he said "Enter." He figured that it was his slave coming to help him and serve him breakfast since it normally was. He stood and pulled his fingers threw his orange hair as he gazed out the window.

Midnight waited a while before going up to her Mistress's room with a tray of breakfast. She knocked on the door lightly and waited for her to say she could come in.

Chloe yawned and looked towards the door hearing a knock "Enter" she said sleepily figuring it was just midnight coming with her breakfast

Midnight walked in and brought the tray over to Chloe and turned to leave. "Oh your father wishes you to join him for lunch later today." she said. The princess's father was a man in is mid-50 and his hair was already starting to turn gray.

Ryou sighed and said "Something interesting happen soon." His little sister, Kara, ran in and hugged him. "Hey Ryou." the 8 year old said with an innocent smile. He smiled and hugged her back.

"Your welcome to join me for breakfast if you like midnight you may be my servant but that doesn't mean your lesser then i am" She said with a smile as Midnight started to walk out

Midnight looked at her and said "I would but your father is in one of his 'you had better obey or I'll kill you moods' so I'd rather not be part of it. I'll stop by later and maybe we could go explore...I found a secret tunnel to the light nation."

Chloe burst out laughing at Midnights reply "Thats too true and i don't want you to put him in one of those moods either as for exploring it sounds like a great idea but lets do it after lunch in case something goes wrong and we get stuck father hates to be kept waiting"

"I'll see you later then Chloe." Midnight said as she left. The young servant girl always called her friend by her real name when they were alone but when around others it was Princess, Mistress, or Lady Chloe. She went to the kitchen and helped the others prepare lunch.

Ryou opened his door and looked at the boy that stood there. "Come in...I was thinking of exploring later...you want to come with." he said to his servant. Kara looked at her older brother from her spot on the bed with her dolls. "Can I come with?" she asked.

Chloe quickly devoured her breakfast and looked at the time her father wouldn't be expecting her for another couple hours so she went back to sleep knowing a servant would wake her when it was time

"Yeah lets go explore." Ryou said as he took Kara's hand and let her out of the palace and into the garden. She giggled with joy as she ran threw the garden and the Prince and Princess of light made their way to the border. Ryou made sure that his servant came with him.

Midnight slipped out of the palace for a while and went to the border. She had to be back before the lunch started but that was a few hours away. She looked at the border and thought of her parents. They had been of both but at the same time of neither. They chose not to fight for a certain side.

Chloe slept soundly she dreamed of the war when it was finally over and the Dark had won in reality she just wanted the war to end even if her nation lost. In her dream she had taken a few prisoners and now kept them as slaves then somone came she didn't know who it was they were shrouded with shadow as they got closer the shadows seemed to part and just as she would have gotten a look at this newcomer she was awoken for lunch

Kara said "Look Ryou." She pointed to a girl that stood on the Dark side of the line. Midnight spotted the three of them and turned and hurried back to the palace to see Chloe.

Chloe slowly got out of bed and got dressed ready to meet her father she placed her coronet onto her head making sure it was sitting perfectly her father was very picky about that then waited for Midnight to arrive

Midnight hurried in and said "Sorry...I was outside." She fixed her friends coronet so it was perfect and smiled.

((Sorry i havent been replying been really busy but i have tomorrow off so ill be free all day to rp with you :) anyways i have come up with a lover for Midnight but im not telling you anything about him yet just wait until tomorrow and i will post him up :)))

Ryou walked back to the Light Palace to have lunch with the king. Kara followed behind him and asked "After this can we go explore?"

Midnight smiled and said "Let us go then..."

Chloe nodded and started walking standing tall and walking as a noble should her father was always very picky about that sort of thing. Just before she entered the room she straightened up her gown and her coronet then looked to Midnight for approval

"Thanks" Chloe replied with a smile then turned and walked in she curtseyed to her father then took her seat next to him the seat at the oposite head of the table always remained empty Chloe believed her father used it as a constant reminder of her brother

Midnight followed but stood back and waited until Chloe called her. She looked at the empty place at the table and then at her friend.

Chloe ate quickly but still slowly so her father didn't notice when she finished she excused herself from the table and returned to her room with Midnight at her heels "Midnight would you help me change into my armour if we are going exploring near the border father qould have a heart attack if he caught me unarmored"

Midnight nodded and said "Yes madame." She only said that because a couple guards were near by. She helped Chloe with her armor.

Kara sat in the garden picking flowers while her brother spoke with their father.

Chloe put her armour on and attached her sword to her back a long two handed sword and a fully customised scoped clockwork rifle her brother had given her before he left. She then smiled and turned to Midnight "Are you going to get suited up as well?" she asked

Midnight said "If you want me to." She did not normally wear armor unless she was told to.

[Silver Wolf]

"Im letting you decide" Chloe said with a grin "Use that free will of yours i know you have some"

Midnight smiled and said "This is why I think you better than your father." She went to her room and pulled on her armour before she grabbed her sword and put it in her sheath. Her sword was a present from her father and nobody but her could use it. After that she walked back into Chloe's room. "It was my mother's armour that I hide from the king and my father's sword that I also hide." she said.

Ryou looked at his servant and then at Kara. "Lets go." he said. He wore his armour and had his magiced sword strapped to his side. His little sister carried a dagger with her but did not wear armour because nobody would get near her.

"Your secret is safe with me" Chloe replied with a smile "Now show me that secret passage you found"

Midnight nodded and lead her out of the palace and into the farthest corner of the garden and opened a secret door.

Chloe looked around to make sure no one was watching out of the corner of her eye she thought she saw something move in the shadows but ignored it and walked into the tunnel

Midnight followed her and made sure to close it behind them. "It leads into the Light Nation...not sure how far in though." she said.

Ryou said "Okay then...lets go." He took Kara's hand and lead her out of the palace. Then they headed into the forest.

"Cool well we are about to find out" Chloe replied with a grin they kept walking for a while and Chloe's mind started to drift she started to wonder what they might find on the other side she prayed that whatever they found no one would find them Chloe looked tough and scary in her armour but when it came down to fighting she wasn't very good her brother was always the fighter thats why he was fighting in the war and she was safely at home

Midnight asked "What's wrong Chloe?" She knew that she was worried about fighting but not sure if anything else was bugging her. Midnight was a skilled fighter but she kept this a secret from everybody. All her training and skills forgotten but could easily be found again.

Chloe turned to midnight and smiled "Its fine but Midnight i want you to promise me something i know you can fight just as well as i can if not better but if we get into a fight i want you to run back home just ignore me and run ill be right behind you and if im not then go and tell my father but do not come after me or try to help me just run home promise me that"

Midnight looked at her and said "That is not a promise that I can make. I'm sorry but I already promised both your mother and brother that I would protect you." She looked at the ground after that.

[Silver Wolf]

"Midnight please im begging you my mother will understand tell her this and she will understand but at the very least promise me that if i tell you to run you will and i will only do so if i don't think we can win"

Midnight said "Fine I can promise that."

"Thank you" Chloe replied she smiled having one less thing to worry about she headed on towards the end of the tunnel

"You're welcome." said Midnight. She followed Chloe out. Ryou looked at Kara as they headed to the secret tunnel.

Chloe saw a light ahead and assumed that was the end of the tunnel so she doubled her pace towards it starting to feel a little claustrophobic

Midnight walked out and looked around. "Agh...to bright." she said. Kara saw the two girls and walked over. "Hi. I'm Kara." she said in an innocent voice.

[Silver Wolf]

Chloe followed her out and immediately wished she hadn't she couldn't see a thing she knew there were people there but she couldn't see where she was completely open to attack and helpless

Ryou ran over and said "Kara get away from them." Midnight stepped forward and knelt in front of the little girl.

Chloe could make out a figure standing over what she thought was midnight her sight hadn't fully returned but she could make out shapes in the light. She drew her sword and charged wildly hoping the blow would land

Ryou moved away from the sword. Kara screamed "Stop!" She was afraid to move though.

[Silver Wolf]

Chloe felt the swing go wild and she flew straight into a tree as her vision swam and things started to go dark she yelled "Run Midnight ill be right behind you" she turned to run and everything went dark

Midnight decided to do as she was told. Kara grabbed her hand and said "Don't let her hurt him." The little girl was crying.

the last thing Chloe felt before everything went completely dark was her body hitting the ground and somone dragging her off she prayed it wasn't Midnight with all her heart she prayed Midnight had gotten away safely

Midnight watched and then said "No...Chloe."

Midnight ran to Chloe and knelt beside her. "Princess." she said. Kara ran to her brother.

Eros charged through the tunnel just in time to see a battalion of soldiers closing in on Midnight he burst out into the light Shield raised he grabbed Midnight and pulled her back to the tunnel and said "Midnight get out of here now don't worry about Chloe"

"But..." said Midnight but she backed up a little. She would not run but fight if she had to.

Eros stopped for a minute and looked the Soldiers weren't advancing they were just holding a line in front of where Chloe lay. He turned to Midnight "Please just get out of here i don't want to see you get hurt if father tells you off for leaving her tell him i told you too ill get her don't worry just be safe. If not for Chloe do it for me"

Midnight nodded and turned and ran through the tunnel. Kara stood by her brother and then turned and ran when he told her too.

Eros charged the line drawing his sword he slammed into them full speed he killed a few but they held fast. Through the maze of bodies he saw Chloe being dragged off by someone he roared and pushed forward with all his might but to no avail soon Chloe was out of sight and he had no choice but to return without her. He walked inside slowly his face a mix of sorrow and fury he walked to Midnights room and knocked on the door

Midnight opened her door and said "You didn't get her." She was trying to think of what she could tell the King and Queen.

"Midnight i did everything i could but they dragged her off all my efforts and i couldn't even break their first rank" he replied his voice full of sadness

Midnight smiled and said "Well lets try to be on the positive side. I'll be back. I have to go talk to the King and Queen."

[Silver Wolf]

"Wait Midnight let me do it it was my fault she got captured after all i should have saved her ill go and explain to my parents what happened and ill take all the blame"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "I'll do it...I was suppose to look after her."

[Silver Wolf]

"No ill do it she's my sister and i should have protected her better none of what happened out there was your fault there was nothing you could have done ill tell my parents it was all my fault they will yell at me but you won't be in any trouble then afterwards you can help me get Chloe back" he replied trying to sound strong

Chloe woke up a few hours later chained up her armour and weapons had been taken and she had been left in nothing but her underwear to cover herself "Wh-where am i?" she muttered only half awake

Midnight said "Fine...I want to come with though."

[Silver Wolf]

"Ok" he replied and headed off towards the throne room his father didn't know he had returned yet one of his men had spied Chloe and Midnight heading through the passage so he went to make sure they were ok detouring from his trip home

Midnight nodded and followed him.

He walked into the throne room and stood before his parents he didn't bow nor did he show them any kind of formalities he didn't need to. Being the leader of the Slayers and one of the most respected generals in the army put him as equals with his father and mother even though he was technically only a prince "Father i have come to you with some grave news Chloe has been captured by the armies of the light but the fault was all mine if i had of been stronger or faster i may have been able to save her but to make up for my folly i will rescue her no matter how long it takes"

Midnight stood back by the door and watched. "And how do you intendt to rescue her?" the king asked.

[Silver Wolf]

"Ill infiltrate the castle at night and bring her out with me no one will ever know i was there" he replied

[~Kit-Kat~]

The King sighed and said "Take a couple people with you. I don't want both my children capture."

[Silver Wolf]

"Ill take the slayers with me and Midnight and don't worry father it will take more then they have to capture me"

[~Kit-Kat~]

The king sighed and said "Fine but be careful. That goes for you two Midnight." Midnight nodded and said "Yes your majesty."

{GTG in about 10 minutes...almost 5:00 in the morning}

"I will return with my Sister father of that i can assure you nothing will stop me from bringing her home"

The king nodded and said "Then go my son." Midnight left and went outside. She leaned against a tree as she waited for the prince.

Eros walked off outside as he reached the front doors of the castle he walked over to Midnight "We go when your ready" he said to her the sadness had left his voice now

Midnight nodded and said "Yeah I'm ready. Where are the slayers?"

Ryou was lead to the dungeon and looked at the girl. Kara said "She was with the other one earlier. Her friend was nice...don't let them hurt this one." "I'll try." her brother promised.

[Silver Wolf]

"The Slayers are everywhere they hide in the shadows until they are called" he said with a grin "SLAYERS TO ME!" Eros yelled as soon as he finished a dozen soldiers in full black plate armour appeared before them each of them carrying a different weapon all of them two handed

Midnight said "I guess I know not to piss them off." She looked at them and asked "Any important one I should know?"

[Silver Wolf]

"These soldiers are the best of the best in the entire army they are unrivalled i picked them all out myself and formed them into the Slayers. Every single one of them has been trained by me personally until the brink of death the only reason none of them have ever turned against me is that i did everything they did every step of the way i was right beside them and now they are the deadliest unit in the army"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "Okay then. Why do you want me to go with? I mean I can get around places but I'll do is get in the way."

[Silver Wolf]

"I want you here for two reasons one because it will earn you points with my parents and two if worse comes to worse you get Chloe and run for it while we fight out way out" he replied with a grin then hugged her tight "Ive missed you so much Midnight" he whispered

Midnight said "I've missed you to." She giggled and said "Lets get this rescue mission on the way then." She was sort of excited at the time as she looked at each other Slayers.

[Silver Wolf]

"This will be a stealth mission so remember men make sure no bodies are found" and with that they all vanished again leaving Midnight and Eros alone "Don't worry they will be here when the time comes" he said to her "Now lets go we will go back through the tunnel that you and Chloe took earlier and get our barings from there"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight nodded and said "Okay." She started to walk to the tunnel and said "We will not kill anybody...will we? Can we try avoiding it if possible?"

[Silver Wolf]

"We will only kill if we have to and civilians will be safe we are soldiers not bandits we come in and get the job done then leave if all goes well no one will have to die" he replied

Chloe fully awoke "Wh-who are you and what do you want with me" she growled

Midnight said "I hope so...I can sneak in and find out where she is..."

Ryou said "My name is Ryou and I'm the Prince of this nation. I want nothing with you...my men captured you." Kara skipped over with some bread and othe food. "Here you go." she said and handed it to her.

[Silver Wolf]

"Then why am i chained up in nothing but my underwear? although i suppose i should consider myself lucky im still wearing them" she muttered

"No thats too risky but don't worry we will get this done and i promise we will kill as little people as possible if anyone at all"

Midnight said "But I've done it before...once to help that little girl back to the palace. Nobody seemed to care."

Ryou sighed and left. Kara stayed and said "I'll go get you some clothes if you want."

[Silver Wolf]

"Thanks id apreciate that and if possible could you undo the chains on my arms you have my word i wont attack you" she asked

"Im sure you have but returning a little girl and freeing a prisoner are two completely different things just stay with us and everything will be fine trust me"

Midnight shrugged as she walked through the tunnel and looked around.

Kara said "Okay." She smiled as she hurried off and brought her back some clothes. She walked in and undid the chains.

Chloe smiled and got dressed quickly "Thanks i appreciate that" she said then started to eat the food that Kara had brought her

"I'm Kara." the little girl said with a smile. Midnight looked around and muttered "Where are the patrols..." She knew that there was always patrols that went past here.

[Silver Wolf]

"Thats not a good sign" Eros replied "Stick to the shadows this could be a trap"

"Im Chloe its nice to meet you Kara"

Midnight nodded and stuck to the shadows. She was waiting for a patrol to just appear out of nowhere actually.

Kara smiled and said "Nice to meet you Lady Chloe. Who was your friend? She was nice to me."

[Silver Wolf]

"That was my bodyguard and maid Midnight" Chloe replied "I hope she got away ok"

Eros followed her then after a while he spotted a pair of guards he placed a hand on Midnight's shoulder signalling for her to stay here. He charged out and before either of them knew he was there they were both on the ground out cold he walked back to Midnight "They are alive but they will wake up tomorrow with rather large headaches" he said with a grin

Kara said "Yes a guy in black came and told her to leave and tried to rescue you."

Midnight said "Okay then...lets continue on."

[Silver Wolf]

Chloe's eyes went wide at the description "My brother Eros" she whispered "B-but he was leading the army whats he doing back" she wondered to herself

Eros nodded and took the lead sticking to the shadows still. They reached the castle without incident and a Slayer appeared in front of them "Sir we have found a back entrance that appears to be unguarded" "Excellent" Eros replied "Take me there then you and the rest of Delta squad stand guard outside tell the others to meet me at the door" the soldier nodded then vanished Eros ran around the back of the castle

Midnight muttered "Not use to them just appearing out of nowhere." She shook her head and followed him silently. She reconized the entrance and thought of something. She stopped walking and said "It is a trap...I remember from being here last time."

Kara smiled and asked "Mind if I stay with you a while?"

[Silver Wolf]

"Then that leaves us three choices" Eros replied darkly "Number one we spring their trap and fight off whatever they send against us, Number two we go in through the front and fight off anything they send at us or three we try and find another way in"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "I would rather spring the trap...all it does it makes the kings guards come." She shrugged as she stepped in and looked for the trip-wire.

[Silver Wolf]

"Wouldn't you rather avoid the fighting?" he asked with a grin watching her carefully

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight looked at him and said "I'll try avoiding it if I can but you really don't need to worry about me...ahh." She found the trip-wire.

[Silver Wolf]

"If your sure but im not letting you go alone even if your right and they won't attack you i couldn't bare it if something went wrong" he stepped in avoiding the tripwire she had found "The slayers will stay outside and guard the perimeter we will go get Chloe"

Chloe smiled to the little girl "Are you sure your parents would be ok with that? after all im a prisoner from the Dark nation"

Midnight said "I know you care and all but please don't let that get into the way of the missions. I get hurt, I get hurt." She followed him carefully and decided she had to disarm that trap later.

Kara said "Mommy is dead and all daddy cares about is war. Ryou will be fine with it as long as I don't get hurt."

"I see your point but regardless im coming with you at the very least it will be easier to find her with the two of us then you alone" he replied

"I know how you feel" Chloe replied

Kara smiled a little and said "I guess in a way that is good."

Midnight nodded and said "Understandable."

"What's going to happen to me? everyone at home will be worried sick" Chloe asked

Eros walked quietly not making a sound hwe searched every room the walked past none of them contained his sister

Kara said "A guard knocked you out. I tried to convince them that you meant no harm but they did not believe you. Then that boy, your brother came. I'm not really sure...I can go find out if you want."

Midnight fell back and snuck away to the guards bunker and listened in on them. She hide in the shadows and hoped one of the mentioned something about a prisoner.

"No please stay with me im scared that if im left alone there will be no one to stop the guards and lets face it a young girl like me chained up how could they resist"

Eros looked back to find Midnight gone he growled but continued on he couldn't let his feelings for her get in the way he had to find Chloe then he could find her

Kara said "Okay...hold on." She called to a guard and told him to go ask the king what was to be done with the prisoner.

Midnight looked around and started to walked through the hallways, hopefully alone. She paid attention to her surroundings, except the shadows, as she went to find Eros.

Eros continued his search this time looking for both girls not just Chloe

Midnight found Eros and ran over to him, silently.

Kara said "I can unchain you. I can also give you a dagger but for self-defense or I would get into trouble. The King does not care if they are given for self-defense." The guard returned and said "Lady Kara, your father says that the prisonar will be used against the Light Nation to win the war. If they surrender she will be let go if not she will be killed."

[Silver Wolf]

Chloe's eyes opened wide "Oh no" she said in shock "I can't let that happen father will never forgive me if cause the Dark nation to loose the war"
A large guard walked up the man looked more like a barrel with arms and legs then a man "By orders of the king the prisoner must be taken to her cell your father says you may visit her later Lady Kara but for now you are to leave her alone" the guard boomed his voice seemed to echo off the walls

Eros turned around to see Midnight approach "Everything ok?" he asked

Kara looked at the guard and hissed "I find out that any of you hurt her in any such way I'll hunt you down." The little girl left. Most of the guards believed her when she said that because she can seriously kick ass if she wanted to. Ryou looked at her as she came in and asked "Everything okay?" "No...daddy is going to use her as bait...she is really nice. Chloe is that is." his little sister said.

Midnight said "Yeah...I found out that they are taking her to her cell but a wizard is guarding her." She smiled a little as she put a hand to the necklace she wore.

[Silver Wolf]

"That doesn't bode well" Eros replied "I can take down a wizard but it wont be easy it won't be quiet either damn" he growled "We need to rethink this"

Chloe was dragged off into a cell and a rather strange man sat at her door he was of medium build medium height and didn't look very tough at all but there was something strange about him

Midnight took off her necklace and handed it to him. "Put this on your sword or wear it. As long as it is on your persona or something of yours magical spells will have no affect on you." she said.

Kara ran to the cell and glared at the wizard as if daring him to tell her that she could not go in there.

Eros looked at her "But what about you?" he asked his eyes flicking between her and the necklace

Chloe sat at the back of teh cell trying to keep as much difference between her and the man guarding her as possible

Midnight smiled and said "Earrings." She pushed her hair out of the way and showed him.

Kara walked in and closest the door behind her. "Your brother and Midnight are here...a couple guards just spotted them..." she whispered.

"God i love you" he said with a smile then put the necklace on under his armour and put his helm on he drew the massive sword that hung across his back

"Your safe i promise you and i will never forget the kindness you and your brother have shown me here today if you can ever get a message through to me id love to see you again but once my brother and Midnight get in here i will have to leave

"We can met at the tunnel." said Kara as she gave her a hug.

Midnight muttered "We are being followed." She turned around and looked.

((Sorry i didn't come back last night the internet died at tafe due to a thunderstorm the teacher told us all to go home there was nothing else we could do))
Eros turned to see who was following them his massive two handed sword held in both hands ready to strike at a moments notice

"Id like that" Chloe replied and returned the hug

Midnight said "Um..." She was not really one to fight but frowned a little.

Kara smiled and said in a low voice "I'll try to get your friends past the guards and then I'll have you brought to my chambers."

[Silver Wolf]

He stepped in front of Midnight to protect her and Raised his sword menacingly hoping the sight of him would be enough to ward off their potential attacker

"Kara you have two choices here you can try and get my brother and Midnight past the guards or they will fight their way in here and take me back and knowing my brother it will take more then a weedy guy like that to stop him"

Midnight took Eros arm and said "Go and find your sister. I'll keep him at bay."

Kara said "I can try my best but no promises."

[Silver Wolf]

"The choice is yours Kara either way i wont be staying here for much longer but if your going to get them past the guards do it quick my brother is a incredible fighter"

Eros growled at the men in front of him "Leave now and leave with your lives or stay and it will be the last thing you do" with that one of the men fled and the other stood there shaking. Eros turned to Midnight "If you get hurt......" and with that he walked off towards the wizard

Midnight watched him leave and looked at the man. "You really want to die?" she asked with an innocent smile as she walked forward. Kara nodded and said "Hold on." She slipped out of the room and saw a figure moving towards them and figured it was Chloe's brother.

[Silver Wolf]

"Oi wizard boy ill give you one chance to leave with your life run away now and let me get my sister out of here or i swear my blade will be the end of you"

Chloe nodded and watched as Kara slipped out of the room

Kara looked at the boy and then opened the door again. "Chloe." she said. The wizard started to chant a spell and said "I do not fear you." Midnight giggled as the guard turned and left before joining Eros.

[Silver Wolf]

Eros looked the Wizard up and down then stared into his eyes. Eros' piercing blue eyes seemingly staring into the wizards soul the two of them stood there staring each other down as the wizard chanted

"Whats going on out there?" Chloe asked hearing the commotion

Midnight watched the two of them and giggled. The wizard looked freaked out for a second there but continued. Kara grabbed Chloe's hand and whispered "That spell...he will destroy whatever he wants no matter what..."

[Silver Wolf]

Eros grinned seeing his gaze had put the wizard off some "Die" he said and then he was gone a second later he appeared behind the wizard and drove his sword through the mans chest "I warned you" he whispered darkly then tore upwards

Midnight gasped and said "Oh my..." A couple of guards came running so she spun around and took them down. Not killing them just knocking them out. Kara watched just as Ryou came down. "Ryou..." she called as she stood in the doorway of the cell.

"Sorry Midnight i had no choice" he said a sadness in his eyes. Even though he was a general Eros didn't like killing he only did it because he had to it was either kill or be killed

Midnight said "It is fine...rescue Chloe. I'll be back." With that she ran silently through the halls. Kara went up to the boy, Eros, and said "Follow me...I'll take you to her."

[Silver Wolf]

Eros nodded and looked down at the little girl "Well after seeing that im sure you won't try to lead me into a trap so lead on little one so long as you take me to my sister i won't harm you i promise"

Kara said "Chloe is my friend. I've been helping her." Midnight went to the guards room and trapped them in there. She snuck to the throne room and hoped she did not get caught as she listened to the king talk.

"Well thank you for that but you will forgive me if i don't trust you we are still in the middle of a war" he replied with a sigh

Kara lead him to the room and pushed open the door. "Chloe...." she said. Midnight listened to the king say that he was planning a surprised attack and slipped into the shadows to get closer and listen.

[Silver Wolf]

"Chloe!" Eros exclaimed running over to her and hugging her "Are you ok did they do anything to you?" he asked
"No they treated me fine Kara here made sure nothing happened to me and even gave me some clothes since they took my armour and weapons"

Kara smiled and said "I'll be back...father is yelling for me." She hurried off and saw the girl that was with Chloe before. She was talking to the king. Midnight had gotten caught but was getting herself out of trouble. She smiled and walked away.

[Silver Wolf]

Eros nodded not particularly concerned he hugged his sister tight then stood up and looked around "Come Chloe it's time we left this place let's go find Midnight then we can head back before father has a heart attack"

Midnight ran over to the other two and said breathlessly "Surprise attack in about 2 hours."

[Silver Wolf]

Eros turned to her and looked behind her making sure no one else was coming "Any idea on the size?" he asked convinced they were safe for the moment

Midnight said "No...the king is convinced that I'll be leading them. Thinks that I'm the new general...thanks to Kara." Kara ran over and said "She got caught...had to help." "About 1000 soldiers...plus some archers and magicans." Midnight said.

[Silver Wolf]

"With more time the Slayers and i could take them down alone but two hours is no where near enough time to prepare we need to get home quickly and get father to rally the troops" Eros said darkly

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "You go ahead. I'm going to stay here and stall them or the king will know I'm up to something. I'll stall them for as long as I can." Kara said "Maybe you could leave a couple of the slayer people with her..." She was standing beside them. Ryou was walking towards them with a frown on his face but his little sister glared at him, making him turn and leave.

[Silver Wolf]

"Alright that can work to our advantage ill lead fathers army against you and at the last minute a couple of the Slayers will emerge from your army and kidnap you which will demoralize your soldiers and make the battle that much easier" Eros said watching Ryou leave

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight smiled and said "Works out perfectly." She smiled a little. Kara nodded and gave Chloe a hug. "See you later I hope." she said and left.

[Silver Wolf]

Eros charged down the hallway smashing any guards that were unlucky enough to be in his way into walls or doorways he burst out the back door and headed straight for the tunnel entrance

Midnight said "Chloe go with....I have to go now." She left them and went to 'organize' the attack. She looked at the soldiers once they were outside.

[Silver Wolf]

Chloe raced off after her brother she knew Eros wouldn't go far without her but she worried about Midnight she got outside and Eros was standing there with four slayers but these were slightly different to the rest their armour had personal heraldry on it and each one had a fang on a necklace around their neck

"Good timing Chloe" Eros said noticing her "These men are a secret that now only you and i know so don't tell father they are known as the Four Fangs they are my personal bodyguard and my inner circle there are no better troops in the entire world i am leaving them here to protect Midnight"

[Silver Wolf]

The four soldiers nodded then seemingly vanished into the darkness Chloe gasped "You taught them to shadowmeld!" she exclaimed Eros just grinned and ran off leaving her to chase after him

The fangs caught up with Midnight just before she got into the military room "Mistress Midnight we are General Eros' Four Fangs we are here to protect you" their leader said a tall man with long muscly arms and legs and a long scar going from his right temple across his eye lid and down to his lip

Midnight looked at them and said "I will have to talk to Eros about having people sneak up on me but thank you." She was a little nervous and hoped nobody saw through her rouse. Midnight smiled at the Fangs before walking into the Military room.

The Slayers flanked her as she walked into the room and acted casual as if they were just her personal bodyguards nothing more. They listened intently as she started to explain her plan knowing full well almost none of it would come to pass

Midnight had her hands behind her back nervously but kept herself calm as the king came in. He asked "Is everybody ready to attack the Dark Nation?" Ryou and Kara watched silently before Ryou asked in a whisper "Is that Midnight?" Kara nodded slightly and the two hurried off.

[Silver Wolf]

The Slayer's didn't grin or even did they seem to recognize the Kings rallying cry instead they just stood silently waiting for the time to implement the plan entrusted to them by Eros

Midnight nodded and left as she walked out she rolled her eyes. Kara ran over and walked with her. She pulled the older girl down and whispered "Careful....daddy has mages everywhere..." "Can you get rid of them?" the other girl asked. Ryou came over and said "We can." Midnight smiled as she stood up.

The Light Nation soldiers stood outside ready for battle with Midnight at the front. She could not help but grin a little. The Dark Nation King looked at his son and daughter and soon was marching towards the boundry with his men.

Eros stood tall at the front of the Army atop his massive armoured charger his battle armour gleamed in the light and a man rode beside him carrying his standard as the army moved into place he smiled knowing the outcome of this battle

Midnight managed to keep her cool as she rode forward with her horse. The Light Nation followed after her as did the Slayers.

[Silver Wolf]

Eros motioned for his father to stay back and rode forward into no mans land where his plan would come into play he just had to wait for Midnight as the enemies general to ride out to meet him

Midnight saw Eros and then rode out onto the No-Mans land to met him. She kept a straight face as she did so.

When she arrived he smiled to her as if showing his confidence in the battle and then made as if to strike her and with that the Slayer's burst into action grabbing Midnight and taking her back to the castle to wait in Eros' room under heavy guard

The Light Nation soldiers watched and then a soldier ran to tell the king what had happened. The king said "Attack just attack." He watched nervously and wondered how the outcome of this battle would turn out. Midnight sat on the bed silently as she waited.

Eros waved a hand forward and the army rushed to attack with his job done here he returned to the castle his father would take over for him out here while he saw to things within the castle

Ryou and Kara watched before sneaking to go to the Dark Nation. Ryou had recently taken a liking to Chloe and Kara liked to hang out with her as well. Midnight sighed as she hung upside down on the bed.

Eros opened the door and walked in smiling as he saw Midnight hanging upside down "Wanting to know what it feels like to be a bat?" he asked with a laugh

Midnight said "No I'm bored." She pulled herself up and smiled a little. "That was fun." she said, meaning the whole fake war thing that had going on.

[Silver Wolf]

"It was rather amusing" he replied "nice to pull the wool over the eyes of the light Kingdom and if our luck holds out it might swing the balance of the war in our favour"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight nodded slightly before she stood up.

[Silver Wolf]

"Finally we have some time together i've really been looking forward to spending some quality time alone with you know that iv'e been given leave from father's armies" he replied

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight asked with a smile "And why is that?" She watched up to him.

[Silver Wolf]

"Well i can think of a few reasons but they might have to wait until later" he replied with a cheeky grin "But for the most part just to be with you i rarely even get to see you when im at war"

[~Kit-Kat~]

"Does anybody else know or is it still a secret?" Midnight asked, meaning them dating and her pregnant.

[Silver Wolf]

"Most of the Slayers do and a few of the soldiers even more think they know but believe its all just hearsay"

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "I trust the Slayers..." She sat down on the side of the bed and gazed out the window.

[Silver Wolf]

"The Slayers would never betray us they are my most trusted soldiers in the entire army as for the others well they won't say anything unless they know its true for fear of my swift retribution for starting rumours" he replied sitting down next to her

Midnight said "Hmmm...makes sense. Wonder how the fight is going?" Ryou pushed Kara towards the border and said "Go find Chloe...stay with them...." Kara ran through the other nation's territory and looked around. She found Chloe's friend and walked in.

[Silver Wolf]

A guard walked into the room carrying Kara "I'm sorry to interrupt Sir Eros but we found this girl sneaking around the castle and Sir Madarame said i should bring her to you" Eros turned to the man and stood up taking Kara from him and holding her up by the collar so she was at equal height with him "Good job you may leave now i will deal with her punishment" when the guard was gone he let her down "You protected my sister for that i am greatful so you are safe within these walls but still you should not be here little one" he said to her

[~Kit-Kat~]

Kara said "My brother, Ryou, send me here. The fight is turning out badly. We got a new commander after she was kidnapped...." She did not looked at Eros. Midnight got up and knelt by the girl.

[Silver Wolf]

"The fight is turning out badly for whom? you or us?" Eros replied sitting back on the bed

[~Kit-Kat~]

Kara muttered "Both....a new figure came. He is coming here now...something about a gem that could give him eternal life." "This thing?" asked Midnight as she showed her the black gem she wore around her neck.

"If he wants that he will die before he even gets to lay eyes upon it i will take him down personally if it comes to it" Eros replied darkly

Kara said "Be careful though." Midnight giggled and said "Not really worried." She dropped the gem down again so it hung around her neck. She went to the window and watched.

[Silver Wolf]

Eros headed out The Slayers forming around him as he walked "This man want's Midnights Gem he will not get it at all costs he must die" Eros told them as they walked "I will be fighting alongside you this time he will not see another sunrise"

{I cannot remember if we decided whether or not Midnight was pregnant.}

Midnight looked at Kara quietly and said "Follow me. I'll show you to my room. You can hide out there for a while." She took the younger girl's hand and lead her to her room. Midnight said to Eros as she passed "No risking your life for me. You are heir to the throne and I am nothing but a servant girl." With that she walked into her room with Kara.

Leon wasn't going to play around this time his girlfriend was in danger and that made him very dangerous darkness swirled around him as he walked he nodded to Midnight as he walked passed her then out into the courtyard his men followed him faithfully even though they knew not all of them would return this day. They stood together like a barrier in front of the gates waiting for their new enemy to arrive

Midnight looked at Kara before she ran out of the palace and went to Eros. "No don't do this. He can have the stupid charm." she said to him as she hugged him.

[Silver Wolf]

"It's ok Midnight don't worry" Eros hugged her back and smiled "I won't die here the necklace is yours and he won't be getting his hands on it he will die here at the gates to my castle by my hands have no fear i will live through this day because i have you to return to"

Midnight said "You had better or even in death I will hunt you down." She looked at the Slayers silently. She did not want this to happen. Kara came out and said "Midnight, he approaches fast. We should get inside."

[Silver Wolf]

"It's ok Midnight nothing will stop me from returning to you victorious this day" Eros turned back to his men "Deal with any troops he brings with him but leave the commander to me i will show him what happens to those who attack my kingdom" Eros yelled to them

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight looked at Kara and said to Eros "I want to help. I don't want to stand back and watch helplessly."

[Silver Wolf]

"Then stay here and protect Midnight thats the best thing you can do to help now if anyone gets past us its up to you to protect Midnight as we will have our hands full outside" Eros replied

[~Kit-Kat~]

Midnight said "I'm not just going to sit back. If things get to bad I'll let him take the stupid thing. Not like it is worth anything...just something my mother gave me." Kara whispered to Midnight "A sorceress' charm."

[Silver Wolf]

"Midnight please for your own sake just stay here and let Kara protect you my love i need you without you my life isn't worth living so please be safe and trust in me that i will drive this enemy back"

Midnight said "You had better come back or I will hunt him down and kill him myself." She turned and ran off to the palace. Kara looked at Eros and said "Um....anything special I should know."

[Silver Wolf]

"Don't you worry nothing will stop me from coming back to you my love with you waiting for me even god himself couldn't stop me from returning to your side" he replied embracing her tightly before he left

Kara ran after Midnight quickly. Midnight went to Eros room and sat on the bed quietly. "The gods had better hope he comes back or else." she growled.
