Sasuke and Team Taka return to take revenge on the Hokage. Unfortunately, however, Madara gave the young Uchiha the wrong location and he destroys Konoha. Now a team of Konoha shinobi are dispatched to track him down and put an end to the destruction.

Short Bio: An old experiment who escaped from the Northern Hideout, Carolyn sought peace after escaping, soon after she resided in Konohagakure, making new friends, including Uzumaki Naruto and Sakura Haruno.

Other: Otherwise than having a curse mark on her neck, a few months after settling in Konoha, she was set out on a mission, however, things went wrong, ending up having her boyfriend killed trying to protect her in the process. The two both had their neck slit, Emben (Carolyn's boyfriend) having his throat slit deeper than Carolyn's. The ribbon hides her bandages and the curse mark, however, her neck wounds were never treated, Carolyn having a rational fear of hospitals and doctors, decided to fix and heal the wound herself, although she is weak when it comes to healing jutsus and such.

Yuko was born in Otogakure and, after seven years of a normal life, was taken by Orochimaru. He and his subordinates did various experiments on her, while also teaching her how to fight.
Instead of destroying and killing others, like she was supposed to do, she rebelled against them, and eventually escaped.
Though still haunted by the scars that cover her body, Yuko has since relocated in Konoha, and become a shinobi.

Most of her upper back is scarred, along with her arms. As a result of the experimenting, she has the ability to create chakra wings and fly. She is also able to summon a demonic katana for battle. She does not have a curse mark.

Dust and dirt were thick in the air, rendering most anyone's vision useless. Chunks of wood and brick lay scattered on the ground, just part of the rubble that seemed to stretch for miles.

Konoha had been attacked, and this time, no one was prepared. Half of the village lay in ruin, while the other half was heavily damaged. The cause?
Uchiha Sasuke.

He and Team Taka had done this. Of course, technically speaking, it was Madara who was behind it. He was the one who had given Sasuke the wrong location in the first place. If Sasuke had reached his actual destination, this might not have happened...
No, this was unavoidable. It was destiny.



One Sasaki Yuko stood among the destroyed buildings, covered in cuts and bruises. She had been out in the street when the bomb hit. She had taken a lot of damage.
She was not devastated, like most of the surviving villagers. She was angry. Angry at that damned Uchiha for doing all of this. She hadn't known him when he lived here, but she resented him for demolishing the place he once called home. He killed countless people in the process, and that was something that Yuko could not forgive. If she ever saw him again, she would gut him.

She frowned and narrowed her eyes, growling lowly under her breath. Yes, she would kill him on sight, regardless of what the Uzumaki felt.
She turned and started toward the more in-tact half of the village. It was time to meet with the Hokage about her next mission.

Another young jounin sat off in the distance, covering in debree and dust from nearby neighbors. She triggered the alarm, the village was under great danger. It was only so long ago she escaped from Orochimaru's grasp, running away to a safer village. She was an older experiment from the Northern Hideout, Jugo's hideout to be exact, she only escaped shortly, after Karin ran after her to retrieve her back to her master. She was tired of everything..

Listening to that guy, doing everything he said, letting him conduct experiments on her body, and laying her life on the line for the wench, until Sasuke Uchiha came into her life, Orochimaru treated her like nothing after all the years she served him after Sasuke came in. He locked her up in a jail, treated her like the others, only to do more experiments on her. She sighed as her thoughts trailed off, Itachi's old katana hung on her back, before the Uchiha left for the Akatsuki he gave it to her as a gift when she was little.. but that was long ago.

She began to sprint, knowing that Team Taka wasn't far, however she had to be careful, she knew almost the members of Team Taka knew her, Jugo knew her because she was the only survivor who escaped from the hideout, Karin knew her because she ran after her after she escaped, Sasuke knew her because he replaced her. Her hair blew briskly in the wind, she knew every one of them except for Suigestu. "What business could he possibly want here?" she asked herself, stepping off as the ribbon around her neck hung tightly as she passed by the trees.

Suigetsu impatiently waited for Sasuke. "Hurry up Sasuke.." he stated, "We need to go, now.. Zabuza's sword hung at his back, his white hair blew against the wind. "Why are we even here anyways?" he asked, questioning Sasuke's fangirl, Karin. "And why are you here again?" he snorted, looking off. That girl irritated him... she always have.

Yuko brushed a strand of mossy-green hair out of her eyes as she stumbled over another broken board. She could see Naruto, Sakura, Sai and Yamato about fifty feet away. They were standing around the Hokage, and waiting for Yuko and Carolyn.

Come to think of it, where was Carolyn? Yuko hadn't seen her all day. Hopefully the other girl wasn't off doing something stupid.

Yuko huffed and muttered a generic greeting as she reached the others, and they waved. Sakura asked where Carolyn was and Yuko shrugged.
"Dunno."

Sasuke let out a silent sigh. He pretty much knew what his team was doing: Suigetsu would be complaining, Karin would be yelling at Suigetsu, and Jugo would be silent. That's what usually happened when Sasuke was away.

He was proven right when he walked up. He was only partially wrong: Karin was doing her best to contain her anger.
"Let's go," he said, without stopping.

Thoughts simply ran through her mind as she sprinted past the trees, wondering why was he here, the hokage wasn't here either.. this was a major problem. Carolyn sighed as she sped past Yuko and Sakura, stopping in her tracks. "Oi!" she shouted, waving over. "Come on!" She waited for the two was she walked over. "Sasuke's here, Naruto's probably gone to look for him, trying to convince him to come back or something.." she snorted, as she walked up ahead. "That dunce.. he never gives up... doesn't he?" she asked herself.

Suigestu grinned, "Finally!" he said loudly, following Sasuke as the village shook with fire and dust. Oh well.. at least Karin wasn't being more annoying than usual.. probably trying to acting "cool" around Sasuke.. "Oh please, nothing about the girl is "cool" " Suigestu thought, looking around.

"Hey! I'm right here, you know!" Naruto fumed, glaring at Carolyn. It was only a moment later that he regained his determined attitude, though.
"But I'm seriously going to bring him back."

Yuko snorted, and shook her head. The blond boy never gave any thought to what the Uchiha wanted. It was amusing at times, but Yuko had gotten tired of this little speech already. She thought it was pointless, really. She had a feeling it would be a lot more complicated than any of the others thought to accomplish that task.
Oh well.

Yamato looked around at the group before nodding. "Alright, let's get moving."
And then he was off, with the rest of the group following.

Sasuke allowed himself to roll his eyes at Suigetsu. The other boy was so childish...Why had Sasuke wanted him on the team again?
Oh, yeah. Because of his special ability.
But would it really be so bad to kill him off? Yes, it would. Damn.

He kept his composure when thinking this, though. He didn't need the others leaving now.

Carolyn smiled and laughed, "Sure you will, just like last time.." she looked at him with a serious tone. "Where you nearly got killed and ended up in the hospital... again?" she reminded , crossing her arms as she followed Yamato, sprinting ahead across trees as debree flew past her.

Suigestu followed the Uchiha, frowning slightly. He understood the fact that Karin was "special," although he thought nothing about her was, the sword hung lowly on his back as he walked forward. But why was she put on the team if she was nothing but an annoying stupid-ass fangirl? He shrugged off the thought, and looked behind him, seeing all the damage that was caused not only but a while ago.

"So I land myself in the hospital a lot. So what? That's what happens when you're a great ninja," Naruto grinned, ignoring the first part of what she said. His smile didn't reach his eyes, though. He moved quickly now, reaching the front of the group.

Yuko snickered quietly at her comrades. She found their disputes amusing. And it gave her something to look forward to most days.
Somehow, the destruction wasn't fully registered in her mind, or she just didn't care all that much, because she didn't feel any sadness when seeing the debris.
It was strange, really.

Sasuke knew that they would be followed shortly. The Hokage would send a platoon out to find Team Taka, and to capture them.
He wasn't at all concerned though.

With the village destroyed, most of the higher-ranking shinobi would all be busy looking for survivors and protecting what was left. So, he and the others would be able to take on whoever was sent after them without trouble.

Carolyn sighed and rolled her eyes. "Yeah huh, sure, end up in the hospital again because Sasuke tried to kill you... AGAIN." she scoffed, speeding ahead. "Yamato, do you see them?" She asked quickly, up to him and slightly ahead.

Suigestu perked up. "They are approaching.." he said simply, pulling the sword from his back. "No worries, I'll take care of it." he grinned, standing tall and proud. He was so.... c*cky, his attitude and ego was big and all mighty. It could tick anyone off... Of course he couldn't die, he was made out of water.

'She makes it sound like Naruto getting the sh|t beat out of him is a bad thing...' Yuko thought, smirking.
It was true; she enjoyed seeing the blond get pummeled to a bloody pulp. It was fun.

Too bad she could get to do that herself.

Yamato nodded. He couldn't see them, but he could already sense them. "One mile."

"Do what you want. Just don't expect me to help when you screw up," Sasuke stated, coming to a stop. Might as well let the Konoha shinobi come to them.

He turned to face the group that was coming after them, his expression apathetic.

Carolyn continued to speed ahead, Naruto being way ahad of her, as she soon slowed to a stop. Her thoughts raced as she thought. "What was going to happen?" Team Taka was unoridinary and powerful, she paused, shaking the though off before speeding ahead. She was going to fight to the death, no matter what would happen. For her home.

"Psh, whatever.." Suigestu grinned. "Like I'm going to mess up." His mind rattled for a sec as he thought for a bit to make sure everything was in perfect order. He flinched his arm, making sure everything was moving properly. "Ah if only it would rain.." he sighed.
