okay basic plot

Two familys against each other. Both have assumed the other has stolen a very precious family airloom that belongs to them. They have hated each other for years now. What they dont know is that this airloom was stolen from both families. The families are not related however it was given to both family's... Split in two it was until it was stolen and for years it has been missing. The two young family members of these carzy people both go to seperate school... until one day one of them suddenly is tranfered to a different school. Will the one be in the same school as the other? Will they fight for their portion of the airloom? Or will things twist and turn to something even bigger than the airloom... Family Acceptance from each other.

Daciana sighed heavily after hearing the most horrible new in the world. She was to transfer school's and move in with her parents. She loved them dont get her wrong. But she had moved in with her uncle and aunt for the good school she attended. Though due to the untimely event that her school's male teacher's and male student body were all fixated on having a relationship with the female student's the school was being shut down despite its incredible academic history. She shook her head lightly. " Just when i thought my life was going some-what perfect. It all comes crashing down yet again. " She said clearly aggrivated. She went to her room to gather some of her things. The rest would be taken and shipped by her parents workers. She walked out of the rather large mansion and down the walkway to the slick black jaguar that she was alloud to drive since she was 17 after all. Though unfortunately her parents had sent the two men in black idiots to follow her. Both in smooth black Dodge Chargers. One in the front and the other behind her. This she hated most of all. Though when she was in school it was okay since many other people had this. She sighed lightly as she drove off down the street heading to her parents house.

Soon enough she arrive in a much smaller mansion.. more like a descent sized home. She never understood why her parents wanted such a small home in a ... normal living area. Though it did seem cosy and the neighbors were nice enough. She parked in the three car garage and locked the car closing the garage to make the men in black look alikes park outside of it. She walked into the house with a soft smile at the sight of her mother shifting the little toddler from her right hip to her left. the little guy had grown quit abit since she last came to visit. She walked over to her mother and rubbed him gently under his chin. Her mother not expecting Daciana to come so early jumped lightly. " Oh my. Dont scare me like that Ana. You'll give me a heart attack. " She said putting her free hand on her chest. " Where's dad?" She asked simply. " Oh your father is at the family meeting. they still seem pretty upset. It seems like the Deathstalker's are still blaming us for the loss of our own airloom they have stolen. How rude, honestly. " She said unsatisfied. Daciana sighed lightly. She put her things down and grabbed her school back. " Well i'll see you after i get back from that make-shift of a school im now attending." She said and kissed both her little brother and her mother on the cheek before leaving and getting into her jaguar again. She drove to school with the men in black hot on her trail. Soon arriving at the school she parked getting many stares. She ignored them completely as she walked into the school to talk to the principal.

"Do I have to go?" Dante groaned.

"Yes! Now get ready or else you'll be late again!" his mother replied.

Mumbling and complaining Dante rolled out of bed, he almost fell but caught himself and stood up. This is the worst time of the week for Dante, when he has to go back to school. Dante was out all night he slept late and he wants nothing more than to just sleep the whole day away. Not like he has much of a choice though, his mother started yelling at him to get dressed that just ruined everything.

Dante put the firs things he found, a grey shirt and black pants, he splashed his face with water and ruffled his hair. Grabbing some toast on the way, headed out. Dante got in his black Chevy Avalanche 2009, sometimes being in the Deathstalker family had it's benefits. He headed for the hell they called school, he was about to pull in to park when he almost hit Jaguar.

"God damn it I'm not in the mood for this." He muttered to himself.

"Hey lady! watch where your going!" He yelled from his window.

Daciana completely ignored the guy yelling at her. She didn't have time to drive like an old lady. She had things to do and places to be. Clearly that guy didnt. She walked into the school without even glancing or awknowleging him. She headed into the principals office and spoke with him all the way until class started. The men in black had followed her as well though it was fairly annoying. The principal decided to escort her to her first class.

Dante shook his head and sighed, the nerve of that girl, what a way to start off the day huh?

Though the moment he pulled in and saw his friends he forgot all about the the uptight student, he wasn't the kind of person who hold grudges. Dante was in no hurry to go to his first class he would wander around the halls with his his friends until they get bored or someones catches them and tells them to go to class.

Which funny timing the principal and Daciana caught up with Dante and his friends. " Now are you all not in class yet? Get going move." He said sternly. Daciana didn't pay much attention to them as she looked around and then at one of the bullet boards. She shook her head lightly as she saw the event that they had up. What would be some "fun entertainment" coming during the school year. Geeze this school was a complete joke.

Damn it, caught already? This was no fun. Either way they had to get to class.

"Later guys, I got history first period."

Dante said good bye to his friends and headed to history class. The teacher was bugging him for being late but he brushed her aside, and sat in his favorite seat at the back of the class where he could snooze for a while.

Daciana walked with the principal over to her first period class. History of course. The principal walked inside and told her to wait outside for a moment. She nodded stay put. He walked in and interrupted lightly. " Now you all have a new student. Be nice and dont nag. " He said simply. " You may come in now. " He said. Daciana nodded and walked inside. " Now please introduce yourself. " He said and walked out of the room. She sighed inwardly. Why was she here again? " My name is Daciana Gemini. I will be attending this .... school from now on since Gakuen Min (her old school) closed down." she bowed lightly. The teacher told her to sit next to Dante. Well she more like pointed. It was a window seat. " DANTE! No sleeping in my class!" She yelled at him. The students laughed lightly. Daciana ignored their laughs as she took her seat next to Dante and just stared out the window waiting for the teacher to begin. Her chin resting on her smooth somewhat pale palm.

Dante wasn't asleep yet he had just laid his head on the table to rest, still he missed Daciana's introduction mostly because he didn't care. Dante sat up and gave the teacher his "evil glare", she turned around started the lesson.

Dante turned to the new girl sitting next him, he recognized her as the Jaguar lady from earlier. Great...

" Well...if it isn't Jaguar lady." He said.

Daciana turned her sea green eyes to a voice that said jaguar lady. She looked at him like she didnt give a crap what he said about her. " Sorry my name is not Jaguar lady. Learn to speak to be with my real name." She saidbluntly. Oddly everyone herd including the teacher. Even to them that was abit rude. She didnt care though as she looked at the teacher still speaking. She hadn't listened to the students mumbling about.

Dante shrugged, looks like her attitude hadn't changed since morning. This was going to be a long lesson with her seitting next to him, heck a loooong year too.

"Whatever you say lady, how about we just don't talk?" Dante said his tone cold.

Dante was trying to be friendly earlier, but if this is how she want's it then it's fine by him.

Daciana rolled her eyes. She stared at the teacher as she said. " I couldnt care less if i talked to you or even looked at you. Stay out of my way and we wont have any problems." She said in a blunt cold dark tone. She brushed her hair out of her way as she began taking a few notes. She knew most of this stuff anyways.

"Fine by me." He said turning away from her.

Dante had no idea why he got into a fight with this girl but she is being a b!tch, that annoyed Dante. The students were all gossiping and murmuring about the commotion those two caused, Dante couldn't care less. He just laid his head on the table and slept, the teacher didn't even bother him this time.

Daciana finished her notes and put her thing away. She stood up and then the bell rang. She headed to the door without a glance or word to anyone at all. She just wanted this day to be over and done with. The sooner she got to her classes and the sooner they finished, the sooner she would be able to go home and be away from this school all-together.

At the sound of the bell Dante got his stuff and got out, he met up with his friends and headed towards their next class.

Two hours pass and it's lucnh break now, his friends had something to do so Dante decided to just hang out in the school yard. He laid under a tree just watching people come and go, he had slept enough.

Daciana sighed lightly. She had put her bag away in the small lockers that she school provides. This school was just amazing. She couldnt even muster up to each. She just didn't feel like it. She missed her old friends. At that she got a text message and pulled it out as she walked out into the school yard. Though still bordering the school walls she walked along as she pickedh er phone up. Her friends had called her. She chatted lightly and described how the school was.

As Dante sat there he saw a group of five guys head towards a girl talking on the phone, he didn't know who she was but those guys had a reputation for herassing girls. Dante watched closely in case things got out of hand.

The leader of the group moved towards Daciana while the others surrounded her.

"Hey there baby. You new around here?" He said in a scruff voice, that failed to be charming.

Daciana rolled her eyes lightly as the guys came around her. " Hey Ilinca ill call you later." She said and closed her phone putting it in her pocket. " Whats it to you." She said bluntly crossing her arms over her chest. She didn't seem the least bit concerned about the situation.

Dante continued to watch nothing has happened yet, no reason to jump the gun. Still he was on his gaurd incase those guys take it too far.

"Hey relax there girl. We're just being friendly." The group leader said reaching out to to stroke the girls cheek.

"A pretty girl like you shouldn't be here all alone, you could use some friends."

His friends chuckled.

"Maybe be even, two or five?" Said one of them.

Daciana stared at him uninterested and brushed his hand away roughly. " No thank you. Since im not interested you can leave. " She said moving away from him and the others. These guys were complete idiots.

As she moved away one of the brutes grabbed her arm.

"Come on girl, don't be like that. I promise we'll be gentle" Said the leader coming in closer.

The whole group moved closer towards her, two more grabbed her from behind.

Dante has seen enough. He got up and ran towards the group. Leaping in the air Dante smashed his knee against one of brutes spine, he fell immediately. Another thug managed to punch Dante in the face, he stumbled backwards a bit but he retaliated by kicking the guy in knee causing him to kneel. Dante finished him off with a superman punch (leaping punch) that knocked him out.

The leader grabbed Dante from behind, but he managed to hip toss him. The leader landed hard on the ground but Dante wasn't finished with him, he got in the mount position and beat his face in until he was no longer conscience.

The remaining two fled, it was only then Dante turned and saw how the girl was. Of all people did it have to be her?

"It's you first day and already you got the rape squad on you...Are you alright?"

Daciana raised an eyebrow. She was not very pleased by his actions. She could handle herself. She always did. " Im fine. You shouldn't have bothered. They wouldn't have bothered me." She said coldly as she bent down lightly to grab her phone which had slipped out of her pocket when the guys grabbed her from behind. She shook her head lightly thinking to herself as she started to walk away from him.

Dante sighed almost wishing that he left her for the thugs, but he just couldn't he knew a girl that was harassed by those guys, it wasn't pretty and he just couldn't sit there and watch, no matter what Daciana says.

Before she got too far Dante turned to her and said.

"I'm trying to be nice here, I know we got off to a rough start but can't we just put that behind us?"

Daciana looked at him with her usual cold eyes. " Look okay i dont want to be here any more than you do. Believe me if it wasnt for the fact that old teachers didn't know how to keep their relationships hidden my school wouldn't be closed and i would have never met you." She said simply.

Dante took a few steps forward.

"Well you're here aren't you? And you already met me, you can't change that. So instead of tearing at each other for a whole year, we could at least try to be friends. What do you say?"

Daciana sighed heavily. " Alright fine. " She said taking his hand and shaking it. Though she was a girl she had a firm grip. She looked at her phone that got screwed up. " that jerk screwed up my phone... damn ill have to grab a new one on my way home." She mumbled turning away.

Dante smiled, finally he made a breakthrough with the girl. He walked beside her and expected the phone, yup it was screwed badly.

"I'll go with to buy a new one." He sadi grinning. "If that's alright with you I mean."

Daciana raised an eyebrow as she put the trashed phone away in her bag. " Now why in the world would you want to come with me to get a new phone?" She asked curiously. She usually never really had many people who she was with unless they were her old friends.

Dante shrugged, even though they agreed to be nice to each other; Daciana was still being her cold self. Dante is going to have to work extra hard to get past that.

"I got nothing better to do, besides how much fun would it be going alone?" He said smiling.
