[Chrysanthemum Cleaver]

10 years ago, in Grey City, there was a team of teen superheroes called "The Defenders." They did an excellent job protecting the city against various criminals and supervillains. But when an accident happened, civilians started protesting. The government banned superheroes, and forced them to go back to their normal lives. The government relocates them, and gets them back into normal school, and life. They don't know where their teammates are, or who they are now.

But now, ten years later, there's a new threat. The Defenders each receive a summons from the government, to reunite. They're the only one who can fight the new threat. What happens when they finally meet up after ten years? Not only do they have to don their costumes and masks, but they also have get to know each other, now that they've finally met one another as people, not heroes.

Name: Rachel Delaroux
Old Looks: Short, messy black hair and pale skin. Her eyes were a deep blue, and she was 5'5", hadn't fully matured
New Looks: Rachel's grown up. She's 5'8", and her black hair is long and pretty and wavy for once, not the black mess it used to be. Her skin is more ivory than sickly pale, and her eyes have changed from blue to blue-grey.
Age (25-28): 27
Superhero Name: Phantom
Power: Telekinesis, and healing, but the healing doesn't work on herself, and healing drains her energy. Healing something as big as a broken leg can knock her out.
Costume: Phantom's costume was a long-sleeved black leotard, black boots that went about 3/4 up her calf, and a long black hooded cloak.
Current job: Rachel is a free-lance photographer, and she does a lot of work for The Grey World, a popular newspaper.
Personality: Rachel used to be an extremely hot-headed teen. Now she's mellowed out quite a bit, and only employs her sarcasm and dry wit. But if you push her too far, things may go wrong. She's fun though, and casual. As a photographer, she has an eye for detail, and will often go to risks to get good shots.
Background: Once the team disbanded, Rachel actually started to get a life. She was able to take care of herself more, and her grades improved. She also discovered photography, which she fell in love with. In March of her senior year, she got her first boyfriend. They lasted for awhile, until they broke up mid freshman year of college. Rachel majored in Media Arts, and graduated cum laude. She now lives in an apartment in Grey City, on Oak Street.
