Jaryn tucked a strand of silvery hair behind her ear walking to the training room on the far end of the corridor, passing Edward. Who came to her side
"good morning" he said in a velteteen voice steping out of the way of a ray of sunlight that was streaming from the schools window.
"goodmorning" she said quietly pealing out of the crowd and into the telkinisis room.
Edward sighed and went into the Advanced Black magic room.

Just as Jaryn thought she was going to succumb ot boredom the teacher walked in teh door her normally neat bun was in a mess "I'm sorry kids" she said hurriedly "I lost track of time.." she explained "now get in your seats"
Jaryn eyed her desk the raised her hand "May I switch desks" she asked calmly.
the teacher looked at her suspiciously "why?"
Jaryn held her hand in a ray of sunlight and the light reflicted off it in different colors. "that's why" she said faltly looking a her desk that was bathed in sunlight.
"oh, I see. yes you may swithch desks with," she paused trying to remember named "Laurent"
Laurent shook his head and showed longish insisors
The teacher nodded and looked about the back row, all of whom showed glaming white teeth hos insiors were just a little longer than normal "I'm afraid your going to have to sit there, unless one of you would like to sit here" she said sympithetically
Jaryn nodded and sat in the sunstreamed seat. her hands and face reflected the light making it splay out in all differnt dirctions, she was glad she had worn her hooddie today, it covered her arms.

Lamia ran into the classroom. "Sorry I'm late." She panted.

Eyria panted and rushed into the advanced black magic room "I'm...sorry...I'msososorry...I'msosososo...late... !"

Sn Whipple shook his head... "Everyone's late on the first day..."

"Aren't we?" Lamia said and sat at a random desk.

"I'm just glad I don't have to deal with The Junior Classmen in Instrumental Magic anymore..." Sn. Whipple said... "Pointy-headed little 12- and 13-year-olds..." as this was the first day, he started to review the basics with them, in case they may've forgotten over the summer...

Sn. Whipple nodded... "Alright then... the side of the room nearest the door will be team 1, side near the windows team 2..." he wrote on the whiteboard... he then conjured up a fireball. "I will pass this to someone else in the room and ask a question... if you answer it correctly, your team gets a point, and you will pass it to someone on the other team..."

Lamia smiled she was on Team 1.

Sayuri looked up at the teacher. She smiled then looked down at the floor.
