Kinsey was not supposed to survive, because his mother had been dead during the Turning. Somehow she managed to give birth to him, but he wasn't just werewolf. The vampire DNA mixed with the were, and he is now a living vampire. That gave him a lot of troubles growing up. He lusts for blood, and dispises the sun. His pack dislike him, but haven't kicked him out just yet.

"Well, I have a proposition. Demons and the like have always had a vast amount of power..." Helena grinned mischieviously. "Only due to the fact of their dark magical knowledge. Once you have lived as long as I, you gain power and even MORE knowledge. That is why they can never power over me."

"...Let's just say that they aren't too happy about that, but they can't do a damn thing about it no matter how powerful they become. That is why I can never be turned in...although I'm not a God--of course I'm defeatable. it's just extremely difficult to kill me--er, that is, kill the undead." Helena said with a tilt of amusement in her voice.
