"sorry" Dier said as he looked back at the fountian.

"It's okay..." Xandra looked at the ground.

"so what do you want to do today"

[Strega]

"I don't know...." Xandra sighed, 'Do I bow or what?!' she was hoping he wouldn't pick up on her thoughts.

Dier smiled "well it's up to you" he said.

[Strega]

Xandra looked at Dier than hugged him.

[broken inside]

Dier hugged Xandra back and kissed the top of her head.

[Strega]

"It's a shock.... You being....." Xandra couldn't say it, it was a boundry she'd always had.

Dier didn't say anything he just sat there and hugged her tightly.

[Strega]

"You didn't seem....." Xandra realized she wanted to cry but she didn't.

Dier held Xandra tighter.

[Strega]

"Why me?" Xandra whispered.

[broken inside]

because i love you. Dier thought he couldn't speak. he hated this place it was like a nightmare to him.

[Strega]

'How? I'm no princess, and this isn't a fairytale.'

i don't care if your not a princess. Dier said as he looked around at the garden.

'...' Xandra stared at the ground.

Dier looked back at Xandra and closed his eyes.

[Strega]

Xandra looked around, 'How do you not get lost?'

who say i don't get lost.

[Strega]

'You got here easily, you got to the dining hall easily, I would've been lost forever!' Xandra rolled her eyes.

some places i can find easily but there are some i can never find.

[Strega]

Xandra laughed.

Dier opened his eyes and looked around.

[Strega]

'What was it like growing up here?'

[broken inside]

Dier closed his eye's at first it was great everyone was so happy

[Strega]

'But then the demon....'

yeah he came and killed him all even yuzus family

[Strega]

'How does she fit into the story?' Xandra looked at Yuzu.

our familys were very good friends. Dier said.

[Strega]

'Oh...' Xandra sighed.

[broken inside]

Dier opened his eyes and looked at Xandra.

[Strega]

Xandra was still looking around.

[broken inside]

Dier sighed and looked at the fountian the water change to a purple then pink then yellow and green. it kept changing differant colors.

[Strega]

It caught Xandra's eye and she was drawn to it.

Dier smiled and watched the water.

[Strega]

Xandra stood and walked to the water, "It's pretty."

[broken inside]

Dier followed her. "yeah." he said.

[Strega]

She let her hand fall into the water.

[broken inside]

when she touched the water the water ripped and a little girl stood where she had touched the water. the little girl ran over to a man the man picked her up and hugged her. Dier smiled and touched the water also. the water ripped again and there stood Xandra, him and the little girl.

[Strega]

"Oh...." Xandra whispered, staring at the figures.

Dier took his hand out of the water and walked over to the bench.

[Strega]

Xandra was mesmerized as the forms slid back into the water.

[broken inside]

Dier looked at the ground. the water turned back to normal.

[Strega]

"How did you....." Xandra looked at him.

[broken inside]

"i didn't it's the fountain. it shows you pieces of your life."

[Strega]

"It was.... nice." Xandra couldn't find the words.

Dier smiled a little "yeah"

[Strega]

"... Do you know how to dance?" Xandra blushed after she asked.

[broken inside]

"of course." Dier said

[Strega]

"How well?"

[broken inside]

"i don't know" Dier said as he looked back at Xandra. music started coming from the water and the color started to change again.

[Strega]

"What's it doing this time?" Xandra still hadn't moved from her spot.

"i don' know" Dier said. he walked over to the fountain and put his fingers in the water. it ripped and it showed Xandra in a beautiful purple dress and Dier in a tux. they were dancing.

[Strega]

"Good." Xandra looked at him, "I asked and I guess I got my answer."

Dier smiled. then took his fingers out of the water.

[Strega]

Xandra looked at his eyes.

[broken inside]

Dier held out his hand. "would you like to dance" he asked in a sweet voice.

[Strega]

Xandra smiled, "Sure." she took his hand.

Dier put his other hand on her waist and started dancing.

[Strega]

Xandra smiled, it was the simple things that mattered to her.

Dier smiled and continued dancing.

[Strega]

Xandra leaned on him.

Dier smiled and pulled her closer. water turned back to normal and the music stopped.

[Strega]

Xandra didn't care that the music had stopped, she was happy right where she was.

Dier smiled and cotinued dancing with Xandra.

[Strega]

"You're quite good."

Dier smiled. "so are you" he whispered in her in her ear.

[Strega]

"Thank you."

Dier smiled and stopped dancing he bowed and led her over to the bench.

[Strega]

"Light on your feet." Xandra noted.

Dier smiled and kissed her softly. "now what do you want to do?"

[Strega]

"I-I don't know.... Ummm...." Xandra thought hard.

Dier smiled. shes so beautiful.. he thought.

"Ummmm...... Let's wander around. See if we can get lost." Xandra laughed.

Dier laughed. "sounds light fun"

[Strega]

Xandra stood and lightly tugged on his hand, "Come on."

Dier stood up. "ok ok i'm coming" he said

"Yay!" she smiled and started to walk/skip.

Dier followed her smiling.

Xandra stopped after 40 minutes, "Yup, I'm lost...."

Dier laughed. "so am i"

[Strega]

"Great, that could be a bad thing." Xandra laughed too.

"yeah it could be" dier said. he smiled and looked around.

[Strega]

"Soooo......" a shiver ran down Xandra's back, it surprised her.

"are you cold?" Dier asked her.

[Strega]

"I don't know." Xandra shrugged.

"ok" well lets try to find out way back." Dier said as he took her hand again.

[Strega]

"Okay...." she looked back at the passage.

Dier started to walk down the hall trying to figure out witch way to go.

[Strega]

"Left, I think."

"really i though it was right" Dier said confused.

[Strega]

Xandra shrugged, "I don't remember." she laughed.

"well lets just go straight" he said

[Strega]

"Okay." Xandra nodded, gripping his hand tighter.

Dier and walked down the hall there was anothe turn.

Xandra looked behind them, 'I keep getting this weird feeling that we're being watched, Dier....'

Dier looked behide him there was nothing there. i don't see any thing. he said.

[Strega]

'I must be paranoid then.....' she looked back, but couldn't get rid of the nagging feeling.

now that she said that it does seem like theres someone following us. dier said as he looked back over his shoulder.

[Strega]

Xandra bit her lip, 'See?'

i know i know just keep walking there are some very weird things in this house and i think that maybe one of them..

Xandra froze, 'What type of things?'

i don't really know but there trouble with a capital T.

[Strega]

'Great....' Xandra started walking again, a shiver ran down her spine again, as if something was breathing down her neck.

yuzu ran past them. run! she said as seh dashed down the hall. Dier stered after yuzu.

[Strega]

"Come on!" Xandra tugged on Dier's hand, scared.

[broken inside]

Dier grabbed her hand and ran down the hall as fast as he could.

[Strega]

Xandra tripped, "Ow...."

[broken inside]

Dier stopped and picked he rup and kept running.

[Strega]

"Ow...." Xandra looked at her knees.

[broken inside]

Dier looked at Xandra as he ran. are you ok? he asked.

[Strega]

'yeah, but my i skinned my knees, and I landed in some sort of liquid.....'

[broken inside]

liquid? dier said confused.

[Strega]

'Yes, it was wet.'

[broken inside]

thats odd. dier said he ran through a door he stopped turn and shut the door the continued runnig

[Strega]

'There was, because my knees are wet.'

[broken inside]

Dier looked at her knee. like she said it was wet. he stopped in front of a door and opened it. he walked in set Xandra down on a bed.

[Strega]

"It stings..." Xandra whispered, feeling drowsy.

Deir looked at her leg it looked like just normal water then it changed color. Dier's eyes widen. how did that water get down there? he asked himself. he tried to wipe it off but some was aleady in her skin.

[Strega]

Xandra yawned.

Dier looked at Xandra. then back at her knee. she'll be fine i think.. he thought.

[Strega]

Xandra closed her eyes.

Dier laid down beside her. what will happen nexted he thought.

[Strega]

Xandra curled up next to him, "Whatchya thinkin'?"

"how did the fountain water get down there?" he said still confused.

[Strega]

Xandra shrugged.

Dier looked at Xandra. "does your knee still hurt?"

[Strega]

Xandra nodded.

[broken inside]

"hmm i wonder what was down there this time? it's almost never the same thing"

[Strega]

"What was down there last time?"

[broken inside]

"last time i think a lesser demon. Dier said.

[Strega]

"Oh." Xandra thought for a second.

[broken inside]

Dier looked at the ceiling.

[Strega]

Xandra scootched up and kissed his forehead.

Dier smiled and put his arms around him.

[Strega]

"I love you."

[broken inside]

"i love you too"

[Strega]

Xandra smiled and once again curled up next to him.

Deir smiled and kissed her softly on the lips.

[Strega]

Xandra kissed him back.

Dier continued to kiss her not want to let go.

[Strega]

Xandra had the same feeling.

"i wonder if it left yet?" Dier said as he held Xandra a bit tighter just at the thought.

[Strega]

"I don't know...." Xandra felt his grip.

Dier looked Xandra and kissed her softly.

[Strega]

Xandra smiled and nuzzled his neck.

Dier smiled and closed his eyes.

[Strega]

Xandra yawned again.

[broken inside]

"tired aready?" Dier asked.

[Strega]

She nodded, "Not used to running."

[broken inside]

Dier laughed. "well you will be after a few more days like this."

[Strega]

"We're staying here?"

[broken inside]

"if you want" Dier said.

[Strega]

"It's fun, but I couldn't be burden.... I've already been one long enough...."

[broken inside]

"don't say that it's not true." Dier said kissing her on the forhead.

[Strega]

"Is too..."

[broken inside]

"no your not." Dier said saitting up.

[Strega]

"And what makes you think that?"

[broken inside]

"because your my guest."

[Strega]

"..." Xandra knew it made sense, she didn't want to admit it.

Dier pulled Xandra closer and hugged her tightly.

[Strega]

Xandra returned the gesture.

Dier smiled. "will you stay here a little longer then? he asked still hugging her.

[Strega]

"Yes." Xandra smiled.

"good" Dier said he kissed her forhead again and sighed.

[Strega]

Xandra sighed and fell asleep.

Dier fell asleep shortly after Xandra.

[Strega]

Xandra woke up the next morning and stretched.

[broken inside]

Dier opened his eyes when he felt Xandra move. "good morning" he said sleepily.

[Strega]

"Very good morning indeed!" Xandra twirled around after she stood.

Dier smiled and stood up. "i take it your knee is better" he said watching her twirl around.

[Strega]

"A little, but never let small things bring you down, let the good ones keep you going!"

Deir smiled and opened the door and looked out he heard something come from where that thing had chased them. he turned to Xandra "we should get to the dining hall or we'll be late for breakfast." he said.

[Strega]

"Okay." she smiled warmly at him.

[broken inside]

Dier took her handed and walked down the hall towards the dining hall.

[Strega]

"You didn't seem very lost last night when we were running." Xandra looked at him.

[broken inside]

"i was but i was following yuzu who knows this place like the back of her hand."

[Strega]

Xandra laughed.

[broken inside]

"well she does" Dier said as he walked down someteh stairs to teh dining hall.

[Strega]

Xandra was happy to see the semi-familiar place.

Dier smiled and led her over to the chair by yuzu. yuzu smiled, "i thought you wheren't coming." she said.

[Strega]

"We just woke up late." Xandra said, matter-o-factly.

[Strega]

((I have to go to bed. Night!))

"right" yuzu said as a servant came out and gave them there food.

[Strega]

Xandra, again, eralized she didn't recognize most of the food.

[broken inside]

Dier and yuzu started eatiing.

[Strega]

"Okay, I give up! What is this stuff!" Xandra poked it with her fork.

[broken inside]

yuzu leaned over and looked at it. "oh thats some kind of fish they give it to you with every meal and it tast horrible." she said looking at the food.

[Strega]

Xandra poked it again, then ate the stuff she recognized, "Never trust unfamiliar food until someone tells you what it is."

yuzu smiled. "true true." she said as she ate a peice of the fish. "after a while it doesn't tast so bad and if you don't eat it the servants get mad at you and thats never good." she said. Dier glared at yuzu and she shut up.

[Strega]

Xandra made a face, she poked the fish again, 'I need mind powers to make it disappear.....'

yuzu finished and stood up. "well i'll see ya around." she said as she walked away. Dier watched her leave. when she was gone he muttered something under his breath and the fish on his plate disappeared

[Strega]

Xandra stared, "Oh, so you get the mind powers?" she laughed.

Dier smield and said the words again and her fish disappeared too. "happy?" he asked.

[Strega]

"Yes. Thank you." Xandra kissed his cheek, "So, are you prince or king or whatever else they have?"

"prince and yuzu is the princess." Dier said as he finished eating.

[Strega]

'When I was younger, we never treated the royalty properly, it was always "There goes Princey-poo" or, "So who's losing their house to taxes this time?" We were rude.'

my family was never like that we tried to figure out ways that people could pay the taxes. we never just said oh there not paying there taxes they should be killed. Dier said as he looked down at his plate.

[Strega]

'It wouldn't matter. Commoners are commoners, royals are royals. They'll never see eye to eye. It was meant to be and so be it.'

Dier didn't say anything. he just stared at his plate. does she mean i'm that way too? he asked himself.

[Strega]

'No, but that's what I was scared of, at first.'

[broken inside]

Dier smiled a little so what do you want to do today. he asked her.

[Strega]

'Get lost in a different place from last night's spot....'

[broken inside]

good idea. he stood up and held out his hand to her.

[Strega]

Xandra took it, and stood gracefully.

Dier smiled and led her down one of the halls.

[Strega]

Xandra trotted to his side, "Right, left, or straight?"

[broken inside]

Dier looked at one of the walls me held out his hand and a black sword appeared in his hand. he pointed the sword at the wall and muttered something and a door appeared.

[Strega]

"Ooooh..." Xandra stared.

[broken inside]

Dier smiled and squeezed Xandra's hand. "be very careful." he said as he opened the door and walked down the passage.

[Strega]

Xandra nodded, following, her knees starting to throb.

the tip of Diers sword started to glow so they could see. he squeezed her hand tighter.

[Strega]

Xandra continued to walk at Dier's side.

there was a faint growling sound from the other end of the hall. Dier's sword glowed brighter as to say come and get it.

[Strega]

Xandra was entranced by the light.

a bone chilling roar came from the other end of the hall and the sword's light grow then it was gone and a big black dog with a glowing caller stood in front of them he growled and kepted walking. Dier followed the dog in silence.

[Strega]

Xandra was hesitant.

[broken inside]

it's ok Ginza won't let anything happen. Dier said and squeezed her hand.

[Strega]

Xandra followed.

[broken inside]

there was a cage in the middle of the hall in the cage there was a dog just like Ginza and five little puppies. Ginza ran over to the the mother and touched noses. there was another growl from deeper in the hall but Ginza ignored it.

[Strega]

Xandra thought about picking one up, but didn't know if it was safe.

[broken inside]

there was one little white puppy out of all the black. she was smaller then the rest. she looked Xandra in the eyes and wined.

[Strega]

'Can I pick it up?' Xandra looked at Dier.

[broken inside]

yeah she's your's i seen you two in the fountain when the puppies where born. Dier said.

[Strega]

Xandra walked over and picked it up, cuddling it.

[broken inside]

the puppy glowed softly and licked Xandra's face. the rest of the puppies wined when Xandra picked up the white one. the mother barked sharply and they stopped.

[Strega]

"So, this puppy's the runt?"

[broken inside]

"yeah.." dier said he pet Ginaz and looked at the other puppies.

[Strega]

"It's cute." Xandra smiled.

[broken inside]

"yeah,"Dier said he stood up adn looked down the wall. he opened the cage. "we should started heading back." he said as the mother and the puppies ran towards the door Ginza at following making sure they were all there.

[Strega]

Xandra nodded, cuddling her new puppy, "What should her name be?"

"how should i know" dier said. "yuzu named Ginza and karin because i couldn't think of anything so ask her." he said.

[Strega]

"Fine. I will." Xandra said, petting the puppy, it's stubby tail wagging.

[broken inside]

when they eached the door and opened it light flooded into the hall. the puppies ran out into the lighted hall and jumped up and down. yuzu walked over to karin and hugged her. all the puppies ran over and jumped on yuzu.

Xandra displayed her puppy, "What should I name her, all mighty namer?" she joked.

yuzu punched Diers arm. "hmmm." she thought for a minute. "Kagera."

[Strega]

"Okay." Xandra looked at the puppy, "Your name is Kagera. Got it?"

[broken inside]

Kagera barked happily and licked her face. Dier smiled and walked over to Ginza and gave him a bone.

[Strega]

Xandra laughed and hugged her, "Kagera."

[broken inside]

Kagera yawned and fell asleep.

[Strega]

Xandra smiled at it and carried it close to her heart.

[broken inside]

Deir yawned. " i could use a nap as well." he said as he watched Kegera sleep.

[Strega]

Xandra laid on the bed with Kagera.

Dier sat down beside her and Ginza hopped up on the bottom of the bed and leaded down.

[Strega]

Xandra giggled, "If we keep getting dogs, there won't be room for us."

[broken inside]

"i only have one, the rest are yuzu's" Dier said as he laid down beside her and yawned.

[Strega]

"Okay." she smiled. Xandra snuggled against Dier, Kagera in between the two.

Dier kissed her forhead and fell asleep.

[Strega]

Xandra fell asleep a little later.

Ginza move so he was laying on there feet and fell asleep.
