Zandra took a deep breath of the air around her and sighed. The scent of blood everywhere. She loved the smell, but never bothered to taste.

yuzu saw a small rabbet hop past she stopped looked at it then moved on.

[Strega]

Zandra smiled as she twirled around, arms outstretched left and right.

yuzu stopped a tree and started to climb it.

[Strega]

Zandra fell to the ground, arms still outstretched as she stiffled a giggle.

when yuzu got to the top she looked out at the land and sighed as the wind blow the tree's branches. she started to sing a song she had learned as a child.

Zandra's ears picked up on a soft musical voice. She stood, completely tense as she followed it to a tree, 'A tree is singing?' she thought to her self, but shook her head.

yuzu was hit by a branch and fell she as she fell she jumped off a branch and landed on the ground.

Zandra jumped back as a girl landed in front of her, "Whoa!"

yuzu turned to see someone behind her. she looked suprised to she her but yuzu didn't know why.

"Are you trying to give me a heart attack?!" Zandra hissed. She knew she couldn't have one, but the saying got the point across.

"umm i don't think so. yuzu said as she started back up the tree.

[Strega]

"Then don't scare me like that...." Zandra frowned.

yuzu jumped back down "i didn't scare you i fell out of a tree thats all."

"Same diff." Zandra waved a hand, "How'd you land on your feet like that?"

" it's talant" yuzu said as she once again started to climb the tree.

yuzu jumped back down. "you want to come it's great fun" yuzu said holding out her hand.

yuzu laughed and helped her up the tree.

Zandra stared from the top.

yuzu looked at the girl. wait i never told her my name. yuzu thought to herself. "i'm sorry i never told you my name i'm yuzu nice to meet you. yuzu said as she looked around at the tree tops.

"Zan, Zany, Zane, Zana, Zandra, which ever you prefer." Zandra shrugged.

yuzu looked at her "um i think i'll call you Zany it sounds fun. yuzu said. then she started to sing again.

[Strega]

"Okay, you're not the first." Zandra looked at the sky, the stars looked beautiful.

yuzu looked at the sky and seen the stars. she launched herself at the stars and grabbed at them. when she landed back on the tree she sighed "drat i still can't reach."

[Strega]

"They're impossible for some of us to reach..." Zandra mumbled.

"i'm not stupid i know that it's just fun to try. yuzu said as she jumped up and down.

[Strega]

"At least you try. I gave up awhile ago." Zandra grinned.

"well at one point in time i didn't jump at the stars." yuzu said as her face fulled with sorrow.

[Strega]

"Well, you do now. I jumped until my knees bled from the landing and my face stung with tears." Zandra looked at Yuzu.

"my mother always told me to follow my dreams and i did. every night me and my mom would climb up in a tree and try to reach the stars. but when my mom died i stopped. but my friend told me that my mom would be sad if i didn't. so every night i try to reach the stars hoping it will make my mom happy." yuzu jumped again a little higher this time.

Zandra smiled, "She's probably smiling, right now. How old were you when she died?"

"i was six" yuzu said as she jamped at the stars one last time.

[Strega]

"... I'm sorry for your loss..." Zandra turned back to the stars.

yuzu sighed then whack a branch hit her in the head and yuzu fell.

[Strega]

Zandra was startled, "Are you okay?!" Zandra jumped down, landing like a cat.

yuzu looked at her "yeah and you really should work on that landing"

[Strega]

"I'm not in trees much. I prefer the solid ground." Zandra helped Yuzu up.

yuzu looked at the stars one last time before she started to walk home."you coming?" yuzu said as she walked

when they got back it was very quit. yuzu looked around but didn't see anybudy.

Zandra looked catiously out of her peripherals, not showing her worry.

"where did every one go?" yuzu asked as she walked down the road alittle.

Zandra shrugged, "Random monster attack?"

"no we would have smelt the blood" yuzu said walking back to were zandra was.

"Yeah, well, I was just hoping no one is too dead.... I did smell blood earlier though..."

"yeah me too but it smelled more like an animals blood" yuzu walked over to a house and opened a door no one was inside.

"I-I don't know the difference..." Zandra looked at the ground.

"not many people cat it's another one of my many talants" yuzu said smiling forgeting about the empty(sp?) town.

[Strega]

"Well, then I don't feel sooooo stupid." Zandra let out a small laugh.

yuzu pulled out a dagger(sp?) and looked around thinking it might be a trap. then dier fell out of the tree right on yuzu.

Zandra threw him off and held out a hand for Yuzu, "You okay?" she didn't have a second thought about the boy.

" ow ow ow" yuz said reaching to take zandra's hand but dier grabbed it first. "I don't beleave I'm seen you before I'm dier it's nice to meet you" dier said as he kissed her hand.

Zandra stared at him, removed her hand, and helped Yuzu, "Ladies first, Boi." she stated softly.

when yuzu stood up she ignored dier and walked around. "i wonder where every one went" she said as she looked at the sky.
"it's a full moon where do you think they went" dier said camly,"really yuzu you should pay closer attention(sp) to these things." dier said walking away.

[Strega]

Zandra grabbed the back of his shirt, "I might sound really rude, but who do you think you think you are?! Falling on poor Yuzu without even an apology!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!"

"I was just paying her back for falling on me." dier said looking at yuzu. "I didn't fall I jumped" yuzu grumbled.

Zandra couldn't help but giggle, "You two sound like a married couple."

"what!" they both said turning and looking at her. "ew that would be just sick" yuzu said turning away.

[Strega]

This just made Zandra laugh harder, "I've been around for awhile but that was just funny!!!"

dier walked over to zandra. "I'd much rather(sp) marry you then her" he said looking in to her eyes.

((It's okay^.^)) "Wha?!" Zandra stared at him, shocked.

Yuzu started to laugh. "thats.. really.. funny..."Yuzu said trying not to laugh.
Dier just stared in to Zandra'seyes with his blood red eyes ignoring Yuzu.

Zandra's violet eyes turned harsh, "I've been lied to enough, I will not hear it from another." she turned on her heel and strode into the forest.

Dier stood there a bit suprised he didn't know what to think. he had really ment it. Dier had been watching Zandra for a week now and finally had a chance to meet her.
Yuzu stared at Dier. " now you did it" yuzu said running after Zandra.

[Strega]

Zandra kept her normal pace, which is about as fast as a running human, and stared straight ahead. Being... old ((for lack of a better word)) gave her wisdom.

dier sighed being a vampire was so hard he thought. age never matters with us. we never get old. Dier walked back to the caves where every one else was.

Yuzu caught up to Zandra, "Zany wait up!" yuzu called.

[Strega]

"Why?" she tried to not sound too cold, but felt it creeping up.

"is something wrong" yuzu asked

dier sat on a house.

[Strega]

"I've been lied ten too many times for a life time, I don't feel like hearing another one." Zandra sighed, moving a branch.

[broken inside]

yuzu laughed."then you don't know Dier very well" yuzu walked a little faster trying to keep up

[Strega]

"I've been cut off from people for a long time Yuzu." she slowed, "You're 17. I lost track at 700. Huge age difference. I don't like today's world. Nothing is right." she closed her eyes, "Nothing smells right anymore. Smog covers all of the beautiful scents I used to know."

yuzu looked at her suprise "i never said i was 17. if i even am 17." yuzu said as she slowed a little.

[Strega]

"Guess it was a guess. You still jump for the stars. I dtopped when I became what I am now." Zandra was staring at the stars, "Now it's harder to ssee them..."

"i really don't know my age i just think i'm 17 i was 6 when my mom died then i don't remember much theres some stuff i don't know why it's there. it just is" yuzu said looking at the moon.

[Strega]

"So, why is everyone out of town on a full moon?" Zandra asked.

"it's some kind of gathering for all vampires. The leaders talk and see how everyone is doing to make sure that people stay safe and everyone has food." yuzu said looking at the moon.

Dier seen the group of people coming back and quickly got off the roof.

[Strega]

".... I guess I should apologize to the boy, huh?" Zandra sighed.

"nah he'll live" yuzu said as she hopped into a tree.

Dier asked aroubd trying to figure out what he missed.

[Strega]

Zandra smiled and followed Yuzu.

[broken inside]

when she reached the top she looked towads the town, "look there back" yuzu called.

[Strega]

"Kewl. How many people knew I existed?" Zandra looked at Yuzu.

[broken inside]

"I don't know but everyone will be happy to see some one new." yuzu said as she watch them gather in groups.

Deir looked at the trees he had wanted to run after Zandra but didn't and now he was beating him self up about it.

[Strega]

Zandra sighed, "So, I must come out of hiding, then?"

"yep" yuzu said as she started to climp back down the tree.

[Strega]

Zandra followed.

when they got back to town it was like a normal day. I yuzu stopped and sighed.

Dier walked around bored.

[Strega]

((Things to make you feel like an idiot......)) Zandra looked around.

yuzu walked up to someone and started to ask them what happened.

Zandra stayed close to Yuzu, but kept an eye out for Dier, feeling a little bad for being harsh.

yuzu got all the news she wanted and turned to Zandra. "well not much has happened i guess."yuzu said.

Dier was walking when he seen yuzu and Zandra. he turned in walked away hoping they didn't see him.

Zandra caught Dier's eye and realized how fast he wanted to get away, this just made her feel worse, "Dier!" she wasn't going to let him get away without an apology.

dier didn't stop he just walked away

yuzu watched and sighed. "leave him alone for a little" yuzu said to Zandra.

[Strega]

"I feel so bad..." Zandra looked at the ground.

yuzu looked at her, "it's ok he'll get over it he all ways does."
yuzu said yawning. "i'm getting tired do you have a place to stay" yuzu asked.

[Strega]

"A tree house in the woods...." Zandra nodded.

[broken inside]

"oh ok. a house in a tree that sounds weird" yuzu said as she turned.

[Strega]

"It isn't."

[broken inside]

"May be to you"yuzu said "well i guess good bye then" tyzy said as she started to walk away.

[Strega]

"Tomarrow?" Zandra sort of hoped to see the girl and Dier.

[broken inside]

"meet by the waterfall tomarrow" yuzu said as she walked to her house.

[Strega]

"Okay..." The next night Zandra met Yuzu at the waterfall.

[broken inside]

"zany" yuzu called when she saw her. "what do you want today the water is really warm today do you want to go swimming." yuzu said.

[Strega]

"I don't own a bathing suit..." Zandra said, confused.

[broken inside]

yuzu laughed "i knew you'd say that. yuzu said as she handed her a bathing suit. "i have two" yuzu put on her bathing suit and jumped in.

[Strega]

Zandra slid into, feeling a bit awkward. She jumped into the water.

[broken inside]

yuzu went under water and swam around under water.

Dier stood on top of the water fall and looked down at them. then he dived down and hit the water with a huge splash.

[Strega]

Zandra squeeled, laughing, at the sudden splash.

[broken inside]

Dier swam under Zandra and pull her down then swam under the waterfall where no one could see him.

yuzu laughed and did flips in the water.

*Sits at the edge of the water, dipping the black-painted toes in, and looking at everyone acting funny*

Zandra resurfaced and laughed, "Dier! That wasn't fair!" she looked for him and saw a girl dipping her feet in the water((Rachel)). She wondered why she didn't join in.

Dier smiled then dove back under water and pulled her under again.

Yuzu swam over to where Zandra was and came back up.

[Strega]

"Dier!" she splashed him. She smiled at him, "Sorry about last night. I get a little overwhelmed sometimes, and things pop out."

"it's ok" Dier said splashing her back.

Yuzu swam over to Dier and pushed him under.

[Strega]

Zandra laughed again and splashed them both when he resurfaced. Zandra then dunked Yuzu under the water.

Yuzu stayed under for a while to let them talk.

Dier laughed and looked into Zandra's eyes.

[Strega]

"So...." Zandra sighed.

Dier looked around, where did yuzu go. he thought then looked back at Zandra.

yuzu watched from the waterfall.

"Like I said... Sorry 'bout last night. I just haven't been around people alot...." Zandra sat down in the water. It reached a little over her belly button.

"it's ok" Dier said looking at his hands.

[Strega]

"... I guess I thought you barely knew me yet you were saying these things. Something inside my yelled lie and it came out....." Zandra stared at the water.

Dier looked at her and put his hand on her chin and lifted her head so she was looking at him.

yuzu watch trying not to laugh.

[Strega]

Zandra kept her eyes on the water.

Dier leaned forward and kissed her lips.

She was sort of shocked, yet not shocked. She expected it, yet didn't understand why.

Dier moved a bit closer to Zandra knowing she didn't under stand why he kissed her.

[Strega]

".... Why? You have looks. You could have any one better known. Why me? A nobody...." Zandra whispered, barely audible.

"i don't really know i just get this feelling very time i see you" Dier said as he hugged her tight

[Strega]

"...." she let him hold her.

[broken inside]

Dier held Zandra not wanting to let go. he thought if he did she would leave.

Yuzu sighed she was happy dier and zany were perfect for each other.

[Strega]

Zandra closed her eyes, wanting to melt into the water.

Dier stopped hugging her and looked her in the eyes.

[Strega]

She sheepishly avoided them.

[broken inside]

Dier laughed a littled then splashed her.

Yuzu saw that it was ok to come out so she dove under water and swam over.

[Strega]

Zandra splashed Yuzu, "And where exactly were you, hm?"

Yuzu just laughed and splashed zany and dier.

[Strega]

Zandra rolled her eyes and smiled at the two of them.

Dier dived under water and swam around alittle

Yuzu looked at zany and smiled. "what was that about" yuzu asked a big grin on her face.

[Strega]

"Tying up loose ends." Zandra stated.

[broken inside]

"right.." yuzu said as Dier came back up.
Dier swam over to zandra and put his arms around her.

[Strega]

Zandra blushed, "I guess."

Yuzu smiled then got out of the water climbed up in a tree and jumped back into the water with a big splash.

Dier laughed and did the same.

[Strega]

"I'm not into extreme diving." Zandra laughed and stayed to the side.

Dier laughed and climbed the tree and then jumped into the pound. he swam up to zandra and pulled her under again.

Yuzu watch the two for a little then swam to the edge and climbed out. there so cute together. yuzu thought as she dipped her feet in the water

Yuzu watched them and smiled.

Dier went deeper untill he came to a cave he went in it and swam up to the surface.

Xandra still followed, enjoying the feel of the water.

when Dier got to the surface he looked to see if Zandra had followed and she had. he smiled and waited for her.

She caught up, keeping her feet in the water.

Dier moved forward and kissed her passionately.

She was surprised slightly, but didn't pull away, either.

Dier moved away and stared into her eyes. he wanted more then to just kiss her he wanted her to kiss him back but he let it go.

Xandra stared at him thoughtfully.

Dier wanted to kiss her again but he didn't want to seem rude so he held pack.

Xandra wrapped her arms around him, she shocked herself, but didn't care as she closed her eyes.

Dier put his arms around her and pulled her closer.

She opened her eyes and blinked.

Dier wanted to kissed her put didn't he held it in he looked at her waiting for her to make the first move.

Xandra reached her hands up and placed her hands on both sides of his face.

Dier felt her hands on his face and closed his eyes her touch made him shiver.

She felt him shiver, "Do you mind?" she felt foolish for not asking first.

"no i'm fine" Dier said as he opened his eyes and looked at her.

Xandra's fingers traced his face, then to the hollow of his neck, memorizing the features of his face.

she's killing me. Dier thought as she looked him over Dier looked at her his eyes full of love.

Xandra stood up straight, then kissed him.

Dier kissed her back.

[Strega]

'I'm so lucky....' Xandra thought to herself.

Dier kissed Zandra not wanting to stop.

Xandra realized her hands were still at his neck and dropped them to her sides.

Dier pulled away and looked at her.

Xandra leaned against him.

Dier put his arms around her and sighed

"So, why'd you take me here?" she asked, looking up at him.

"because it's quit" dier said and kissed her again.

She smiled, "Okay."

Dier looked around it was so peaceful here.

She poked his cheek.

"ow what was that for" Dier said rubbing his cheek.

"You look funny when you're being serious."
