ok look here's the story :rei uzamaki(my char)is naruto's sister but they didn't grow up together becase that one day when the nine tailed fox attacked so did another demon one more power full the three tailed snow fox and when her father sealed it inside rei it was to riskey to have the the 9 tailed fox and the 3 tailed fox around so the villiage decided to give her to a group of ninja's known as the silent proteters which is a group of out cast with special powers(this is where you pep's come in) well thats the story when people join itll get better:)
