Add a notice to the Upload page

In the Prop Upload area (http://dollwizard.com/upload/) there needs to be a warning of some kind that you can't currently upload props to any of the vector dolls, just the BMP ones. I keep seeing things in the latest prop uploads for these dolls that aren't supported, and then the person who uploaded it keeps uploading it, wondering why it's not showing up.

Rather than make some of the dolls give an error message when something incompatible is uploaded, we're going to do some modifications so they take the props.
