Nikki sat on a tree on a high branch, playing her flute softly.

Shikino walked around the yard, looking for anything to do. Instead she walked to the statue in the yard and sat on it.

Nikki stopped playing and looked at the blue sky. They sat before it would be a huge storm here later on. She didn't mind, she liked the rain. It made her feel at peace....

Shikino fumbled with the case of her Sax. She smiled when she opend the case to a crome colored instament. *sigh* She smiled again and wrapped the strap around her neck.

Nikki jumped down and walked back into the school. She went to her room and got on her laptop. She e-mailed all her friends back home. 'They'll probably e-mail back soon, knowing them.'

She looked around hoping to see someone she knew. Shikino gently placed her lips on the head of her Sax, She almost laughed when it came out a little too Jazzy.

Nikki got e-mails from all her friends, and some from her family. The e-mails said how much they missed her, and what was going on in her hometown. 'Wow, I came here today and alot has already happened at home. Well, that sounds like my friends, and abit like my family.' She got off the computer and grabbed a book called, 'Play to the Angel'.{That actually is a real book.} She sat on her bed and began reading from where she left off.

Shikino played as good as she could... that was until she got tired. When she got tired she put her sax away and walked to the store. With her instramint in the case. She bought a 12 pack of soda and walked out back to the school. She sat under a tree waiting for someone to come by... maybe.
